All bedding will be freshly laundered and the sofa will be covered until just prior to your arrival. We mention this just in case someone is HIGHLY allergic to cats.Parking and access: This first floor guest suite has it's own sidewalk and separate entrance. You can park just in front of the sidewalk on the street. There is a wheelchair ramp about 100 feet from the sidewalk and no steps from the sidewalk to the suite.
