the hotel was lovely, room nicely appointed. Lobby offerings for coffee and snacks were very nice. Nikki in particular was friendly, informative, and helpful. I wanted to book a massage at the spa, and was told by the spa, they are not part of the hotel and require 48 hrs notice, as therapists are on call. So 1/2 the reason I stayed there was for that, which is not advertised that way. at about 3:45 am I was awaken by someone trying to get in my room. Figuring it was a mistake, I yelled out wrong room. about 30 sec later, they tried again with more vigor. I called the front desk, and colin said he'd go check it out. he called me a few min later said he saw no one. while on the phone with him a stronger attempt was made by ”no-one”. I let out a scream, and told him he needed to help me. I said I was packing my stuff up and wanted an escort out of my room. he came up about 5-10 min later and I went to there lobby, about 5:00 am. Where I waited until about 8:30 am until it was light out and could go somewhere. Safety there is an issue. staff does not know how to handle such an event. Police should have been called after 2nd attempt. ”this has never happened before” is not the proper response. My trip was ruined, and a good hotel went bad in a hurry.

We love staying here when visiting Fantasy Springs Casino. It's less crowded and quiet. The only thing is that it's a hit and miss with their service. The last time i stayed, everyone was so nice. This time, not so much. The breakfast area wasn't refreshed as it should, cold stuff. It used to be so much better! The lady started taking everything out one 930 hit. On the dot. It seriously isn't that serious. Someone grabbing a sausage link at 9:34 should be okay. The front dest ladies seemed in a bad mood. Im a reward member, and checking out late time is really never given to me. They always have an excuse as, why not. The hotel is really clean though and the rooms are very spacious. The only horrible thing is that the AC unit makes such a loud noise, keeps me up most of the night until i knock out! Book it...

I appreciate that the hotel is brand new and it was very clean. However, I will never stay there again. It was the loudest hotel I’ve stayed in and that is saying a lot. I didn’t sleep at all because if people walking around above us. You could hear people walking in hallways, you could hear toilets flushing, etc. Absolutely no insulation in the walls at all. Also, the breakfast ends at 9:30. Checkout is at noon and especially for a weekend, the breakfast should be served until later in the morning. Part of the draw of staying there was the included breakfast but my whole family couldn’t get up before 9:30 and ready to eat, so we missed it. Both the check in employee and the check out employee were not friendly and very cold/dry. Bottom line, clean hotel, but never again.

Overall super clean breakfast was great staff was great AC super cold rooms were very well kept definitely great experience the river was across the street so it was perfect for a date night

Överlag njöt vi av vår vistelse.Platsen var bra, nära centrum och vi uppskattade verkligen flygplatsens shuttle (de justerade till och med sin shuttletid så att vi kunde göra vår flygning). Faciliteter var trevliga, vi njöt av grapefruktträd, pool/varmtröja och lounger.Badrum och andra faciliteter verkade något föråldrade jämfört med de fräschade sovområdena. Tuben var långsam att dra och det var en bit av duschhuvudet motståndskraft som bröt så vi kunde inte ändra vattenflödet till bara duschhuvudet.Mycket en uppfriskad motell känsla, som verkar vara viberna i hela staden. Väggarna var ganska tunna så att vi kunde höra grannar/andra gäster samt trafikljud.Bädd och linne var bekväma, vi uppskattade att poolhanddukar.Ville stanna igen om i stan.

Our first time staying downtown Palm Springs and we loved it! The hotel was gorgeous (just like the photos!) Walking distance to the main strip with lots of restaurant & shopping options, a weekly Thursday night street festival/market and even a Grocery outlet across the street where we were able to stock up on some low cost snacks/drinks. When checking in the staff saw we were staying for 6 nights so ensured we had a quiet room, away from the street - which was thoughtful and appreciated. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. The pool and pool bar with Happy Hour has us feeling like we were in Mexico. As you can probably tell, my fiancé and I loved our stay and will most definitely be back again!

Great location close to downtown and nearby Casinos. The pool area is relaxing and refreshing. The included breakfast has fresh fruit, sausage, eggs and English muffins and waffles. Great way to start the day.

Palm Desert Suites more than exceeded my expectations! No contact check-in was very easy. The staff replied quickly to any of my texts. The room was spacious, newly remodeled with a full kitchen! There was a full sized refrigerator and stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The bathroom was large with double sinks and sparkling clean. The location was quiet with a pool close by. Really lovely place! Highly recommended! Palm Desert Suites will absolutely be on the top of my list the next time I stay in Palm Desert! The big bonus, the price was excellent! Thanks!!

温泉可以😌 反覆去了兩次 酒店都不錯 但攜程訂房擔保金很難退 攜程服務現在特別差 原來一直用攜程 現在每次用都很差 非常非常差 如果大家能在繽客或者其他網上訂房最好 下次我也準備用其他網絡定門票和房間了 主要是因為攜程太差太貴

I traveled spontaneously to Palm Springs for Indian Well finals and was able to book my hotel with an option for a full refund up until 5 days before my trip which was nice bc I was flying standby so was taking a chance! I arrived early and was able to check in and have my luggage held early while my room was being prepared and grabbed lunch and a drink at the bar (Denaya was lovely) and then head to the pool to relax! Room was clean, while staff was helpful and friendly. Location was great. There was not a shuttle available to tennis stadium as website said but I was able to pick one up at neighboring hotel. I rented a car and with in 5-10 min I was able to go grab drinks/dinner and a 45 min drive to Joshua tree national park was a bonus and a local trail only 15 min away as well. When I return for the tournament again I will more than likely stay here again!
