You'll also have a formal dining area & in-house laundry.This house is in a neighborhood and very close to another house, however we have built a 6' privacy fence between the homes to give this house a large private backyard. The house is sanitized of all pet hair & dander after a pet stays, therefore we charge a reasonable pet cleaning fee of $20/night. We have a maximum of 3 trained pets per stay. Pets cannot be left unattended inside the house unless they are in a kennel. We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture or bedding. There will be an additional fee for UNANNOUNCED or UNAPPROVED animals of $50/night.*BREAKFAST - We provide some great Make-it-Yourself Breakfast selections so that you can sleep in a little, relax and enjoy your stay without having to bring groceries for breakfast. You'll find some FRESH LOCAL EGGS in the fridge & a WAFFLE STATION with all the fixings! It's usually pretty quiet here, but you may hear children playing in their yards, ATVs and diesel trucks driving around, roosters crowing, dogs barking, church bells ringing or the sound of a train traveling through on the other side of town. On rare occasion you might even hear the volunteer fire department siren go off. If you are a really light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs, but we don't get any complaints about noise.
