The forever water heater means you'll never run out of hot water....take a nice hot, long shower if you want to. If you like restaurants, museums, coffee houses, night spots, theaters and antique shops you will love staying in this location. Private parking for three/four in the back with additional parking directly in front of our home for four/five additional vehicles. We offer dining room seating for 20 with six additional seats in the kitchen. We've also added a privacy deck and eating area for entertaining in the back.....palm trees...white lights....you get the picture. Lake Erie beckons just a short walk away with the boat launch right downtown. Many beautiful parks and play areas line our waterfront. You'll love strolling through our beautiful downtown.
