The home is located on the world famous tailwaters of the South Holston River down stream of South Holston Lake with over 1 mile of privately owned river frontage. One half mile of the frontage is perfectly groomed for your easy access and provides plenty of spots available for launching your boat, relaxing on the river bank or wading the waters. A walking path is provided for accessing the river right from the back yard, as well as a private access which allows you to pull your vehicle right down to the river.
