"A Stone's Throw" 4 bedroom 1.5 bath 2200 sq ft home  centrally located between Geneva and Watkins Glen on the west side of Seneca Lake. Residing in a quaint small town. Walking distance to the lake, local bar/restaurant and the kueka outlet hiking/biking trail that has 2 beautiful waterfalls. Just minutes from the regions premier wineries and breweries and only 10 minutes to Penn Yan. Fully furnished interior comfortably sleeps 10 with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 twin trundle beds. Includes year round sun porch - great for those rainy days. Exterior has a large backyard with a firepit. Plenty of seating inside and out.
