Three bedroom two bath home nicely updated on a sandy tree lined street that's just a three minute walk to the private beach just across A1A. Heated salt water pool with pool floats and a removable child/pet fence. There is a wonderful enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water. The backyard features a large fenced in green space perfect for your dog. Lovely outdoor seating area with fire pit and tiki torches. Garage with SUP's, surf boards, bikes, beach cart, and beach towels. First floor has travertine tiled floors throughout. The master bedroom, which is on the first floor, has a king sized bed and a flat screen T.V.. Also on the first floor is the large first guest room which has a twin over full bunk with a single trundle bed plus there is a queen bed. The first floor also has a nicely updated bathroom with a travertine tiled shower. Upstairs has the second guest room with a single over full bunk with single trundle. The second floor bathroom features the same beautiful travertine tiles, a stand alone shower and a separate bathtub. Two living areas, one with a queen sofa bed that has an upgraded mattress and a large flat screen T.V.. There is bamboo plank flooring throughout the second floor. Also upstairs, is the dining area which easily seats eight. Light and bright kitchen with granite countertops, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a nice sized island with stools completes the second floor. Outside is a large second floor deck, adjacent to the kitchen, dining, and large open concept living areas, with a grill, which overlooks the pool. The Summerplace neighborhood has a private dog friendly beach that is only a three minute walk away. This area is home to many nature trails including the famous 'Old Florida Trail'. In addition to the private beach, there is also a public beach with a lifeguard, restrooms, and showers just a couple of blocks away. The public beach also has a great authentic Italian Pizzeria and a sandwich shop.
