PARKING The property has 4 dedicated parking spots. 2 in the garage and 2 on the driveway. Please only use these spots and avoid parking on the street, as the city has strict parking rules and tickets are common.2. QUIET HOURS Backyard access is restricted after 8 pm to observe quiet hours. Our neighborhood has kids and elderly residents, and unfortunately, some past guests ignored this rule, causing noise and smoking issues that led to community concerns.
