"I stayed at Ha Na Hotel for a short trip and here’s my honest review: Pros: • Very good location — close to shops, cafés and local attractions. • Room was okay but quite tight, mattress comfortable and water pressure good. Cons: • Some rooms feel a bit older than the photos, but still acceptable for the price. Overall: A solid choice if you want an affordable stay with a convenient location. Don’t expect luxury, but for budget travellers, it’s worth it."

"Overall service was good. The staffs are very helpful and easy to communicate with as they are fluent with english. However would really appreciate if got freezer to store my ice gel pack. As an expressed breastmilk mother like me, we need ice pack to travel on road. Already chose only hotel with refrigerator during screening to book the hotel. Turns out only got chiller. Otherwise, for muslim this hotel is convenient as it is walking distance to two halal resto and as well as night market."

"I'm happy with the hotel location but its safety is questionable. Firstly, there is only one lift which can be accessed from the garage unit next to the main entrance, which means anyone can just get to the lift without passing by the front desk. The lift also does not require door card so safety is a concern especially for solo travellers. It is easy to climb into the next unit's balcony, not only that, the room card also has the room number labelled on it which is also an unsafe practice... Not sure if other hotels in the area are also like this though"

"The apartment had a lovely city view from the balcony. The furniture looked new and stylish. The staff were kind and always ready to help with anything I needed."

"The hotel has a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and bright, with large windows. In my room, the window faced the sunset, and the sunlight warmed the room throughout the day. This made the room pleasantly warm, even in the evening. It was nice to return to a warm room after a long day, thanks to both the sunlight and the view of a beautiful sunset. The placement of power outlets was convenient, and the room included a kettle, which allowed me to make tea easily. The hot shower was also a plus. The parking area was secure, closed, underground, and very spacious—perfect for both bikes and cars. Overall, the hotel gave me a sense of safety and coziness. However, there was one downside I encountered. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower kept flooding the room. On the first day, I reported this issue to the staff. They responded promptly by wiping the floor with dry towels and removing the water. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. The next day, I asked them to fix it again, and they removed the floor filter, which was blocking the water drainage. While this improved the situation, it did not completely resolve the issue. It seems the shower area wasn’t adequately sealed, as water continued to seep out into the room. This made it impossible to take a long shower, limiting me to very short ones. Despite this, my overall impression of the hotel is positive."

"It was such a pleasure to stay at Sweet Lavender again, as it was our second time staying at this hotel. The location is great, and the staff was so kind and helpful. The only downside was the noise, but we turned on the fan, and it helped block the noise from outside. We are more than happy to stay there again in the future."

"Hotellets läge är extremt bekvämt för att ta sig runt och njuta av sevärdheterna och ljuden på Da Lat-marknaden. Faciliteterna är rena, personalen är artig och de tar väl hand om gästerna. Det finns till och med en fantastisk utsikt över Coline Hotel för att ta bilder. Den enda mindre nackdelen är att ljudisoleringen i rummen inte är särskilt bra; det skulle vara perfekt om det fanns en lösning. Jag skulle definitivt återvända om jag besöker Da Lat igen."

"Cozy boutique hotel with nice service! We come Da Lat in 29 november and stay here for 3 nights. So, in room we had , there was a tv with airplay , big bath, balcony, nice wifi , enough for work. When we come, Weather still not too good , so in room , was a little bit cold. but after take a bath it was ok. Breakfast à la carte, you can choose one main dish , after you come at morning, you can take fruits, choose few drinks (they have a different nice taste tea) , juice , coffee and one little cake desert (at least we had this set) We took a bike, so for us location was nice , take a grab is not problem too. Near have some cafe, but sometimes we still book a grab for foods. You can pay by cash also , when rider is coming . In sum, worth place"
