"I had a very pleasant stay at Sheraton Khalidiya Abu Dhabi over the past five days while attending Abu Dhabi Finance Week and traveling frequently to Galleria Mall. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, with taxis readily available at all times, making daily travel smooth and stress-free. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance, always responding promptly and with genuine care. The room service was top-notch, with high standards of cleanliness and comfort maintained throughout my stay. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Khalidiya Abu Dhabi to business travelers and visitors alike. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Abu Dhabi."

"Удивительно смешанные чувства от пребывания. Если вы непременно хотите жить на Саадиате и у вас нет желания или возможности наслаждаться luxury отелями за 10  000 дрлларов в неделю, то вас точно понравится этот отель. Это самый лучший компромисс. Но будьте готовы, что и люкса 5 звезд у вас не будет. Лично я осталась очень давольна. Но обо всем по порядку. Соотношение цена-качества, для этого места 100%. Очень симпатичные и хорошо оборудованы апартаменты. Есть все необходимое оборудование на кухне. В 2-х минутах хотьбы есть Spar, с зорошим выбором продуктов и предметов первой необходимости. Раскошный пляж в 1 минуте. Но очень мало шезлонгов. Их разбирают рано утром. Зато пляж и песок настолько приятный, что вполне можно лечь на него на полотенце и наслаждаться. Но без зонтиков. В общем твердая четверка!!!"

"Addressing Disparities in Service at Southern Sun Abu Dhabi I am writing to express my observations regarding the service at Southern Sun Abu Dhabi, which I have frequented during my travels as an African professional in international sectors. While my second visit offered a satisfactory experience, I've noted a concerning disparity in the level of service provided during my first and most recent stays. Specifically, I've perceived a difference in how staff, including those of African descent, engage with and assist African guests compared to those of European backgrounds. On two separate occasions, I felt a marked reluctance from the porter to assist with parking my vehicle or to allocate a driver, a stark contrast to the prompt and proactive assistance offered to a European guest who arrived just before me. This experience left me feeling as though I was actively seeking a basic service that was readily extended to others. These instances have led me to question whether there's an unconscious bias influencing interactions with African professionals. As a frequent international traveler, I value seamless and respectful service, and it is disheartening to encounter situations that suggest otherwise. I believe it's crucial for Southern Sun Abu Dhabi to ensure all guests, regardless of their background, receive consistent and equitable service. Addressing these perceptions will not only enhance the guest experience for African professionals but also reinforce the hotel's commitment to inclusive hospitality."

"Our stay was excellent. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The free WiFi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The only downside was the long wait during check-in, which could be improved."

"We had to change rooms 3 times during our stay. The hotel was almost falling to pieces where many things struggled to work. There was no cold water in the first room then the second room's drain exhibited a clicking sound the whole night which was loud and disturbing. The staff however were friendly and did their best to assist with our needs and changing rooms. Overall more can definitely be done with the maintenance"
