Located right @ the entrance of the Dubai Financial Centre metro train 🚂 station, its most convenient to travel around with ease. Comfy & cosy room with beautiful decor, boasting the panoramic view of Dubai iconic Burg Khalifa. Great F&B selection for breakfast, spoilt for choice. Staff are warm, friendly & helpful. But awaiting for the lift arrival is a next level challenge 😂

Läget är utmärkt; promenaden till stranden var så kort som möjligt (ett plus med tanke på värmen). Det finns ingen privat strand, men de erbjuder strandhanddukar, parasoller och ett strandset vid utgången. Poolen är liten, men det finns alltid plats. Havet har varit upprört de senaste dagarna, så att koppla av i poolen är ett måste. Vi bokade halvpension :) Jag tycker att det är perfekt, trots det stora antalet restauranger i närheten. Maten är varierad, inklusive brasiliansk och australisk, och till och med en hamburgerpub. Vi gillade det. Rummen är rena och städas dagligen. Vi fick gratis incheckning och en födelsedagspresent på rummet. Vid ankomsten tilldelades vi Kamil (en rysktalande); vi hade läst om honom i recensionerna. Tack så mycket! Han hjälpte oss med allt. Ursprungligen var vi på andra våningen med utsikt över marinan. Vi bad om att få flytta upp – de gjorde det möjligt för oss, men utsikten på 12:e våningen visade sig vara över stranden. Det är inte dåligt, men utsikt över marinan hade varit mycket bättre. Personalen är vänlig och ivrig att hjälpa till och göra din vistelse oförglömlig.

Detta hotell erbjuder en verkligt unik upplevelse, efter att ha renoverats omsorgsfullt från ett storslaget kryssningsfartyg och nu beläget längs kusten, med ett exceptionellt läge. Hotellet ståtar med en mängd olika restauranger, ett välutrustat gym och en swimmingpool. På kvällarna kan gästerna njuta av lugna promenader på däcket medan de njuter av den hisnande solnedgången över Dubai. Det som verkligen skiljer detta hotell från mängden är den enastående servicen som personalen, särskilt Ms. Shrook, erbjuder. Hon visade exceptionell professionalism och värme, frågade proaktivt om mina rumsönskemål och såg till att alla mina behov uppfylldes. Hennes engagemang och uppmärksamhet på detaljer förbättrade min vistelse avsevärt och gjorde den både bekväm och minnesvärd.

When I arrived, the room I had originally booked was unavailable, so I was upgraded to a suite instead. The suite was well equipped, with a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee provided. Amenities included soap, shampoo and body wash, as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste (though there was no conditioner). Everything was clean and functional. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was also able to book a ticket to the Museum of the Future through a tour agency at the hotel. The price was higher than the official ticket (250 vs 169), but as tickets were sold out on the official website, it was still a convenient option and better than missing out entirely. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options and generally good quality. Overall, a comfortable stay with helpful service and solid facilities.

Nice and clean but for 14 &15 floor it’s little bit noisy because the night club other things it perfect

Läget är riktigt bra och det är bekvämt för att shoppa och hitta matställen. Men det var väldigt bullrigt på natten på grund av nattklubben nere. Hotellet är ganska gammalt och ljudisoleringen är inte bra. Mina grannföräldrar lekte med sina barn och skrek ganska högt. Hotellet har pool och gym men vattnet i poolen behöver rengöras och filtreras lite. Bortsett från det är priset bra för frukost som ingår i Dubai.

After a disappointing stay earlier this week at another 4-star hotel in Tecom, I decided to try Novotel Al Barsha for the weekend, mainly because Swiss Butter Steakhouse is inside the hotel. My friend Hannah and I checked in with a mix of curiosity and hope for a better experience. The hotel does seem busy, which contradicts what some other guests have said. To their credit, we were given our room right away at check-in. I had booked a Superior Twin Room and specifically requested a higher floor for a better view. I also accepted a smoking room, understanding the compromise, but the overwhelming smell of smoke in the hallway left me wondering: shouldn’t a 4-star hotel manage this better? Upon entrance, to our surprise, we found a joined single bed instead of twins. We called reception, hoping to move rooms, but they offered to just separate the beds. Regret hit when we saw how small the single beds were! Honestly, if you’re tall or on the bigger side, this setup will not be comfortable—especially if you’re staying with friends or family. To add, the bed’s mattress clearly needed flipping, as there was an obvious slope that made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Adding to the unfortunate, despite being on the 25th floor, there was no view to speak of—something we were really looking forward to. It felt like a missed opportunity, especially given the hotel’s location and our specific request for a high floor. The bathroom was another letdown. The tissue holder was almost broken, the materials inside looked cheap, and the toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, with visible brown markings—pretty gross for a 4-star hotel. Thankfully, the bathtub was at least clean, so that was something. On the bright side, the highlight of this hotel is definitely their spa and pool. We were given discount vouchers for Soul and Senses Spa, and my masseuse, Shatria, did a great job. The pool is a decent size and clean, while the sauna and steam room were perfect. The health club overall is the ace of this place. For breakfast, I agree with other reviews—it’s decent. The restaurant was packed in the morning, but the vibe was good. However, they don’t escort guests to tables; you just find a seat yourself, which is fine but felt a bit unpolished. One odd thing I noticed: while housekeeping did try their best to fulfill our requests—like providing coffee capsules and water—there was no creamer for the coffee and tea. Even 3-star hotels provide that, so it was a first for me (maybe it was just the standard). Despite these minimal disappointments, I still try to see the positive side of this hotel and did my best to take decent photos that you may see for reference. Overall, it seems like this hotel mainly caters to group tourists, which makes me wonder if they’re sacrificing quality for quantity. I hope they work on improving their services, including room quality, views, and attention to detail, so they can leave a better impression of Dubai for future guests.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, and its location is fantastic, right next to Al-Raqqa Metro Station. There are many shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. However, the reception staff's behavior was nothing new. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but I arrived at 2:30 PM. They told me my room would be ready in half an hour, then told me to wait 10 minutes, then 15 minutes, and finally, I received my room at 5:00 PM. Furthermore, one employee acted inappropriately when she learned I was Arab. She asked me if I was Arab, and when I said yes, she laughed.
