"The hotel was in a good location for me , it was just beside the event that I joined. And easy to take the subway to the city. Room was nice and large even though it was strange that the double bed actually was two beds that where fixed. The things that I did not like was that the checkin process was complex. When I arrived in the hotel, I needed to enter all the data my self. The other thing was that sauna was 21 euro per person. Third thing was that I would have needed to give 50 euros to borrow an iron to iron my clothes. It was supposed to be as a reservation but they give it back as cash and that is not easy for me with company cards. I chose this hotel because it was meat but next time I probably book something else"

"Great location. Misleading room information. Was told that room has 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed when we booked via trip.com. Room was so small that it was hardly big enough for 2 singles which is what we got. Heating was central so we could not turn the heater aircond on. Was told that it was to be turned on our last night but that did not happen."

Även om det inte finns många rumsalternativ för en familj på två, erbjuder detta hotell en king size-säng och en bäddsoffa för två, vilket ger gott om utrymme. Med europeiska mått mätt inkluderar hotellets styrkor en utmärkt frukost och bekväma transportmöjligheter. En liten regional järnvägsstation ligger tvärs över gatan, och medan andra områden är stängda på söndagar, är denna stormarknad öppen. Turistområdet ligger 15-20 minuters promenad bort, och det finns många spårvagns- och spårvagnsförbindelser till olika attraktioner. Lättjärnvägslinjen D ansluter direkt till centralstationen (HBF)."

"Had a really great stay here. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Location is convenient, easy to get around the city, and the staff were professional and friendly. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the facilities were excellent. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Vienna."

"Our three-night stay in two standard twin rooms was quite disappointing. The amenities were inconsistent; despite photos showing coffee and tea, our rooms lacked them, and only one room had a refrigerator, which was odd since they were the same room type. The most significant issue was a faulty air conditioner in one room that soaked the carpet, leaving it wet and smelly. We had to spend a night in the unpleasant room before we could move. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel's location was excellent."

"Hotellet har ett utmärkt läge. Det är mycket nära centralstationen och bara 5 minuters promenad från slottet Belvedere. Hotellet ligger på en livligt trafikerad gata, men mitt rum var tyst trots att det hade utsikt över gatan. Det rådde viss förvirring angående rummet jag skulle bo i, och en chef engagerade sig för att hjälpa till mycket snabbt. Problemet löstes på några minuter och jag fick ett annat rum. Personalen i receptionen var mycket hjälpsam och artig. Det var även chefen. Rummet var rymligt och rent. Varmt vatten i duschen. Balkong med utsikt över gatan. Tjocka persienner. Sängen var stor och bekväm. Sängkläderna var rena. Den enda anmärkning jag skulle vilja göra är skrivbordets städning. Jag var tvungen att torka av det med en våtservett och det visade sig att skrivbordet var ganska dammigt. Badrummet var dock mycket rent och snyggt med gott om handdukar. Jag gillade att det fanns ett minikylskåp där jag kunde förvara all mat jag hade med mig. Rummen hade också en inbyggd garderob och ett värdeskåp. Priset var mycket bra, särskilt med tanke på närheten till stadens centrum. Jag uppskattade att jag kunde hämta en karta över Wien i receptionen. Jag skulle bo där igen och jag skulle rekommendera detta hotell till alla som besöker Wien."

"What a fantastic stay!  Location - the property is located about 15 mins walk from Wien Hauptbahnhof station, which is a direct RailJet service to the airport for 4.60 EUR. It also has several tram and bus lines running by stops even closer than that. Getting to central Vienna is easy via these options, and other sights like Schonbrunn Palace are relatively accessible, and comparable to other hotels located in the city centre.  Rooms - my room was conveniently located near the elevator on the sixth floor, and provided an excellent view over the Schweizergarten. The property is on the smaller, more boutique side, so the elevator is never going to be too far from the room. The lobby is also small which means you can literally go from walking in the door of the lobby to the door of your room in a minute; the same can’t be said for larger properties typical of the major brands. The room was surprisingly spacious, was cleaned every day (which I was very surprised about, a rarity in Europe these days!), the bed was comfortable and the temperature easily controlled. The only thing I would note is the water temperature control in the shower was overly sensitive, but once you get it set to preference it’s fine. Staff - the staff were excellent: friendly and professional. The restaurant staff were also excellent when I visited for dinner one evening.  Value - perhaps what I was most pleased with was the value. I paid less than half of what similar properties were charging for my dates, though granted I booked several months in advance. I’d highly recommend the Hotel Daniel if you’re booking a stay in Vienna!"
