"This place is great value for money. Nice clean rooms and comfy beds. The down fall is they don't have a pool and don't have chairs to sit on the balcony. The main thing to avoid is the hotel restaurant, it is terrible!!! I order the calamari and it looked like a kids meal, over cooked, over priced and just bland. My husband ordered the grilled chicken, it was boiled chicken they took out of the freezer and put onto the grill to get few grill lines. It was still cold in the centre. Many better restaurants are located nearby."

"The overall experience swings to both extremes — some things were very good, while others were quite disappointing. Good: New and Modern interior design, especially impressive for a motel-rated property. Spacious room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Wide variety of in-room beverages. Concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking for motel guests (unlike the sister hotels, which charge $15 for 24 hours). Bad: No self-service laundry — a major drawback for a motel. I had to walk 480m to a public laundromat on first day.. then only learned that we can use laundry service at sister hotel. Poorly designed shower area. The shower platform is higher than the toilet section, causing water to flow out into the toilet area instead of towards the drain — very odd design. Internet is weak, unstable, and slow. If your child wants to play Roblox… forget it. Housekeeping needs significant improvement. They didn’t wash the mugs and glasses, didn’t clear used plates, didn’t sweep the floor, and didn’t replace the trash bag — they only changed the towels."

"Hotel was rather new and clean with a small pool and gym that’ll be adequate if you’re the only ones using it. However service can be improved on a number of occasions - room wasn’t cleaned despite putting out the sign, housekeeping staff entered the room despite having do not disturb due to system error showing we had checked out."

"I stayed at Toms Court Hotel in Adelaide for two nights and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well set up, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for getting around the city, and everything felt easy and convenient. Overall, a really enjoyable stay I’d happily come back again."

"It was ok, but not more. The two most important things for me in any hotel are a comfortable bed and a good shower. the bed was great but the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Aside from that, there were other issues that I would not expect from a hotel of this standard, carrying the prices it does. The TV power button did not work, neither did any of the top buttons on the remote. Once I turned the TV on at the GPO and then on the actual TV itself, I was unable to use the connected DVD player as the buttons to switch to it on the remote did not work. Breakfast was quite poor. Basically cereal or scrambled eggs with a few other options such as fruit cups, yoghurt and biscuits. It served my purpose being close to the convention centre, but I doubt I'd stay there again."

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering personalized recommendations and thoughtful gestures that made us feel celebrated. For couples looking for a stylish and romantic getaway, Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets is an absolute dream. We’ll cherish the memories of our stay forever!"

"I had a great stay here compared to most hotels where the room is spacious and there's a big window with sunlight coming through and they provide welcome snacks and water for free which is rare these days unless you stay at a 5 star hotel. I was happy with the friendly customer service and allowing to store my luggage before check in and after check out. What could be improved is a sign as soon as the lift was being fixed as I didn't know the lift wasn't working when I was waiting for it on level 3. The room tends to be stuffy when the air con isn't on and brings a stuff smell. Windows need to be opened if it would open. The hotel card is quite fiddly and takes a while to unlock, they need to replace with better cards and door signal. In saying that, I would stay again as it was a good experience overall compared to other hotels I stayed in. It's not far from IGA groceries and bus stops plus there's a shared area to cook your food."
