"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 The staff at Apollo Bay Motel & Apartments were very helpful and made the check-in process extremely easy by clearly guiding us through every step. Their communication was excellent and very friendly. The room was warm, clean, and comfortable. The accommodation is in a very convenient location, with all shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby and within easy walking distance. All the amenities we needed were provided, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. Overall, we highly recommend Apollo Bay Motel & Apartments to everyone and would happily stay here again."

"This hotel boasts a fantastic location along the Great Ocean Road, offering breathtaking views of Apollo Bay during the day. However, the heating system was insufficient—while the living room had heating, the bedroom lacked proper heating, leaving us feeling quite cold at night. Additionally, the bedroom curtains did not fully block out light, so bringing an eye mask is highly recommended for a good night's sleep. Despite these minor drawbacks, the scenic surroundings and convenient coastal access make it a decent stay for travelers exploring the area."

"Perfect location to stayover after long drive from Sorento to Queenscliff to Apolo Bay. Recommend to have a good rest and continue the other half journey of Great Ocean Road the next day. Onsite parking available. Nice Apolo Bay seaview when having my breakfast😁😁"

"We stayed one night at the Sandpiper Motel in Apollo Bay during peak season. On the positive side, the room was exceptionally clean, and the embroidered details on the bedding, pillow slips, and face towel were a lovely touch that added a sense of care and thoughtfulness to the decor. However, our stay was not without its issues. Room 5; Throughout the night, there was a persistent high-pitched noise whenever water was used in our block of rooms, which disrupted our sleep, not helpful if you are a light sleeper. This was particularly disappointing given the cost of over 500 NZD for one night. Additionally, while the self-check-in process was efficient, the lack of any staff presence left the motel feeling impersonal and made it impossible to seek assistance when needed. For example, there was no way to address the plumbing issue or request additional items like more face towels during our stay. While we appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to detail in the room design, these other factors made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests."

"The owner so lovely, we check in late and she prepare a drawing for us to find the room. The room is clean and we can feel it well maintain and the shampoo they provided smell good. Both of us very satisfied this stay will recommend to others who going to apollo bay. The bathtub got the massage function as well."

"Vi stannade i Apollo Bay-området för Great Ocean Road Trip.Det är ett standardhotellrum, bra storlek för ett par nätter.Platsen var perfekt, lätt att spåra + lätt parkering också.Det finns supermarknader i närheten, med olika matalternativ också. Rummet har kedja och mikrovåg, men ingen kedja utom två teskedar.Ett lite hemskt ögonblick när andra kunder gick framför dörren men i allmänhet var det okej."

"Cute little home with a loft for family of 5. Counter staff was very patient and courteous despite us arriving late doing the Great Ocean Road drive. He patiently waited for us to handover the keys before retiring. All done with a smile 😃 food places were just a walking distance away. The stay was pleasant altho short 1 night . Thank you."
