Folk är trevliga!Lyften vid huvudingången är inte uppenbart att vi måste bära upp våra bagage stegen.Hotellet bör tydligt ange att kunderna kan använda hissen bra i stället för att bära tunga bagage genom trappor.

We originally had a very good experience at this hotel and were hoping to return in the future. However, the morning we checked out left us extremely upset. We had an urgent matter at the bank and could not check out by 10:00 a.m. At 10:30, we received a notice from the hotel asking us to check out immediately, otherwise a late charge would apply if we stayed until 1:00 p.m. I replied right away, explaining that we were handling something important and hoped to return by 12:00 noon. Suddenly, we were told that even between 11:00–12:00 there would be a late charge. We rushed back immediately, but the front desk staff gave us unfriendly looks and treated us poorly. We expressed that we did not understand why the late charge policy was not clearly explained from the beginning, and then prepared to return to our room to collect our luggage. Even at that point, the ********* male employee continued to show a hostile attitude. All the staff at the front desk kept pressuring us to pack up and leave, and none of them showed any courtesy. We acknowledge that we were late, but the staff kept repeating the checkout policy without any kindness or flexibility. After staying three nights, we expected at least a little goodwill. Instead, another of the front desk staff, male employee, even threatened to call the police. We did not use violence—we were only arguing about their poor attitude. Calling the police to solve or arrest us for complaining your poor service? Is this really your standard of hospitality? It is so ridiculous. When we voiced our dissatisfaction and anger at the attitude of the two male staff members, one female colleague suddenly laughed. At such a moment, should she really be laughing while looking at us? What we felt was not friendliness, but ridicule. If this is your usual standard of service and way of handling incidents, we truly feel helpless and disappointed. Possibly your management does not care about the service standards at all, which is why such unprofessional staff are employed. This incident seriously affected our mood and disrupted the rest of our trip. It is truly incomprehensible and unacceptable.

amazing almost unbeatable facilities! fully equipped unit which really helped us save lots of money by cooking. washer, coffee machine, induction stoves, pots and pans, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, chopping board and knives, cutlery/utensils, fridge with freezer, chiller and veg compartments. they even provide dishwashing powder and laundry powder. smart TV was great as well, beds were comfy. service was super friendly and helpful as well. they even have a pilates studio and a gym in this hotel. we had the best stay in this spacious room and we’ll definitely be back if we ever visit australia again!

Hotellet är för gammalt Även efter att ha renoverats har det fortfarande en stark känsla av ålder. Belysningen från lobbyn till rummen är svag. Jag bokade en lägenhet med två sovrum för en familj. Jag tittade på bilderna och tyckte att den hade renoverats och såg vacker ut. Det var det värsta men dyraste hotellet jag bodde på under min gratisresa till Australien. Huspriserna i Sydney är för dåliga. Läget är okej Det finns många barnfaciliteter på torget inte långt från hotellet. På sommaren kan barn leka med vattenfontäner, klätterställningar och slussystem plats att ladda ur sin energi.

The location was perfect next to the China Town & convenient to CBD. Only 15-20mins transportation to Sydney airport. I checked around 00:00, only One staff at the front desk, he seemed tired & his hand writing was terrible, the WiFi PW did not work & no one answer the phone when I dial from room. Next day, another helpful staff wrote the correct PW for me. The room was spacious but no enough desk area, the bed was comfy. The hygiene was unacceptable specially the toilet. The cleaning staff only clean twice during my 5 nights stay , the hair was sticked on the ceiling , molds were terrible in the shower area. The hotel need to enhance the cleaning & interior environment work. Overall this hotel was not worthy for the price I paid. Disappointed.

Excellent location right in the city. The staff were fantastic. When I left behind a very expensive tea pot they did not hesitate to store it for it me, when I decided to have it posted to my address, they organized everything! It arrived safely and was pacakged professionally in a way that meant it was never going to be broken. 

We take metro to hotel (nearest station CENTRAL ) from airport, around 15 miniutes . From metro station CENTRAL to hotel 1 km , walk with luggage is a bit hard. From light rail L2 / L3 station CHINATOWN to hotel 300 m. From light rail L1 station PADDY'S MARKETS to hotel 400 m. -Easy by walk . Hotel reception staff super . Breakfast good .

Absolutely comfortable and nice room, and there’s some free water soaked with fresh fruit in the grand design lobby just in the entrance area which is good👍🏽 And it takes 10mins walk to Central Station and quite convenient to go to many spots in Sydney Center

Our living experience in the Hotel was great. The upgrading service in pent house provided a great view of the surrounding areas with a part of Darling Harbour. The house is so big which let us have a very good rest. The facilities in house are sufficient. The room attendant was very helpful and pleasant. Almost everythings are brilliant, just two things need to improve. One is the drainage and the water supply is not stable in the bathroom. Second thing need to pay attention to is the bathroom door in the bedroom should be changed to the material that can block the sunlight to let the guests sleeping deeper.

It was a good location and very convenient hotel for business needs. A lot of business facilities around and also good for restaurants nearby too.
