I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

"Very clean hotel and the service was great! Everyone spoke good english and was very courteous even the security guards that opened the door for you. I had an issue with my bed and they promptly fixed it. Location is alright. It's right in Dhaka, but due to how the roads are built, when traveling by car, you have to make a big loop to get to the building. They decided to clean the water tanks mid day, so the water was orange for several hours. They told us to run the water for 15 minutes after but it was still yellow tinge and the remainder of the stay.
Design of the shower is awful. No hooks nearby. You have to walk across the bathroom to get the towels and no where to hang them. The showerhead is attached about 4 feet high so it shoots at your chest or you can use the rainfall shower head where it pours directly down.
Breakfast was mediocre. Selection was ok, taste was ok, but it was not fresh and the good items were not refilled frequently enough."

"This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!"

"Overall, the stay was quite pleasant.
However, I was disappointed that I didn’t receive a room with balcony access, even though I had booked it well in advance and specifically requested it. Aside from that, the hotel staff were accommodating and courteous, which I truly appreciated.
In terms of cleanliness, the room appeared clean at first glance but lacked attention to detail. It seemed like the bedsheets and duvet cover hadn’t been changed, as there were multiple stains on them. The bathroom floor also had several strands of hair, which were only noticeable if you looked closely.
The breakfast was average—not a wide variety, but the food tasted good. One downside was the air conditioning; it was outdated and not so comfortable.
What stood out the most was the friendliness some of the staff. Their warm and helpful attitude made a big difference in my experience."

"Too much mosquito even in higher floor. I booked this hotel for my Parents. They stayed 3nights on 12th floor room number 16. Overall facilities is okay,clean but not really clean.1st night they could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes. They informed reception next morning was was told they will spray but same thing happened 2nd night as well, when called reception said they sprayed which was not true.after requesting 3times they sprayed and finally there was no mosquito.they need to give more attention.
Visitors are not allowed, bathroom is too small and bidet is too short to reach."

"Location is near airport, dhaka is not a ‘ walkable’ city so you need to get a ride or take a package tour to be able to het around and visit places of interest, hotel was clean and rooms were a good size, came with toiletries, daily housekeeping, staff were super friendly, helpful and hospitable!!! Breakfast was wonderful, loved the rooftop bar, I booked this hotel because of the rooftop infinity pool but unfortunately it was under renovations when we were there, overall would love to stay here again when in Dhaka"

"Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage."

GGästanvändare落ち着いた感じの中規模の高級ホテル。周りは閑静な住宅街であるが歩いて10分弱でBanani Super Marketに行けるので便利。移動はほとんどPathaoを使用したが、入口にはガードマンが24時間体制で警備で送り迎えしてくれ安心して呼べる。（こちらの車はナンバーがアラビア数字でなくベンガル語なので判別つきにくい。）

NNicolaas Maria BosIt's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .

Rooms were clean enough, but overall felt outdated and uninspired. Service was passable but far from warm or efficient. The amenities looked better in photos than in real life, and breakfast was forgettable.
It’s fine if you need a bed for the night, but don’t expect anything beyond the basics. Plenty of other options in the area offer better value for the same price.

TTraveler MalaysianA couple of times I stayed at other hotels in Dhaka and this is one of the hotel that is well recommended. The environment at the lobby is so classic and high end and the staff is so polite and so well spoken in English. They provide free shuttle service to pick up from the airport and location is near to airport too. The room is sooo spacious and super clean so as the toilet! The bed was comfortable too. That makes this place indeed well maintained. And never forget their food served at the cafe was good! The only problem are the honk noises from outside. But this is bearable for me. Just that the toilet door has loud cracky noise when trying to close it. But it’s ok. And the most important thing is their WiFi was so slow but ended up they resolved it with another set of router put into my room. Amazing job and I would give this place overall superb!
