good location, near city and train station! Good service, quick incheck and frendely to dog.

Overall, it was a very good hotel. What I liked the most was that the room was very spacious. The kitchen was also very functional and had all the necessary dishes. I think it is suitable for long-term stays. Additionally, it was within walking distance of the station and very close. The staff were friendly and nice as well.

The hotel is in an excellent location if you are working at the conference centre a Room with a Zoo, you have to walk one minute across the square. I ate twice in the restaurant, both times the food was mediocre (too much tomato sauce on pizza, very strange and poorly made carbonara with pasta that was dry due to being put under the grill). The breakfast was also extremely basic for 20 euros a day, one day the baked beans were empty the whole time I was there, several days most of the cherry tomatoes were wrinkled. The juices were nice and the bread was fresh. Overall, the staff seemed slightly poorly coordinated in ensuring someone was available at the bar and reception. The bar was frequently unmanned, and the reception was as well, it seemed like sometimes bar staff were spending time with friends. In addition, the bathroom in my room smelt, from the day of arrival. Overall the location is good and it seemed relatively clean, but the rooms are small, I would not eat here, but the bar is suitable for a drink.

An excellent chain hotel in Antwerp. We were delighted with everything – the room amenities, its design, and especially the service. Special thanks to the receptionist for his friendliness and prompt, professional service. We would be happy to stay here again.

Overall our expectations were exceeded, we have been traveling for almost 90 days and this has been the best hotel we have stayed. The room was clean and well appointed. The location is a short walk from the central train station through a safe neighborhood. The staff was friendly and quick to make any request happen. The staff appears to care for the hotel and customers as if they had a true interest in the outcome of everyone who passed through their doors. Thanks again for the excellent stay.

A beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days.

Excellent location as it is only 10 minute walk to the railway station and within walking distance to the shopping district and old market square with no shortage of eateries. Bland new decor and clean. Good bed. Extra charge for breakfast but good food quality.

Anledningen till att jag bokade detta hotell var på grund av den moderna och coola rumsdesignen och dess pool.  Vistelsen var dock dålig. Vi stannade i tre dagar och behövde inte städa förrän på morgonen på dag 3.  Och en oväntad situation uppstod. Vi saknade saker på mina kosmetika-, massage- och verktyg.  Vi kontaktade hotellet för att undersöka saken, men de gjorde ingen undersökning och sa bara att jag skulle uppgraderas med frukost nästa dag.  Poolen måste bokas innan man åker, men ingen kontrollerade faktiskt antalet personer som använde poolen.  Det börjar bli oroligt för fler än 12 personer. Handdukarna låg på varje solarium, även om ingen använde dem.  Incheckningen var inte smidig och snabb. Det tog en timme att komma in i rummet. Jag debiterades stadsskatten två gånger, en gång förbetald online, en annan gång vid ankomst.  Sedan bad receptionen mig att skicka ett formellt e-postmeddelande för att fråga hotellet om den överdebiterade stadsskatten, men avgiften avstods omedelbart 15 minuter senare. Rumsnyckeln fungerade inte till det första rummet, och sedan fick jag en ny rumsnyckel till ett annat rum 15 minuter senare. Det fanns ingen stol/pall för kunderna vid incheckningsdisken, och incheckningsprocessen var så lång och tröttsam. Jag var inte nöjd med min vistelse.

The hotel is fabulously well placed, it is right next to the central station and this saves a lot of difficulty with luggage! This particular establishment needs a little maintenance. As you enter into the building, the carpets/mats are filthy and the paint is chipped off in many locations giving a rundown look. Reception was clearly overrun and requires extra workers, although the girl working upon my arrival did a fantastic job despite some particularly awkward tour guides hassling for attention! The room was not up to standard cleaning wise. No mattress protector! - This should be grounds for admonishment over anything else. If I stayed at a four or five star establishment without mattress protectors, I would refuse the room ordinarily. It is simply not hygienic. The balcony on my room had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time and there was an ashtray overflowing along with cotton buds and wrappers.

В номере была ужасная плесень! Пахло сыростью и еще неприятным запахом. Мы попросили заменить номер, но сказали: «отель полный и это самый лучший номер, по сравнению с другими». Расположение, соглашусь отличное, но номер ужасный!!!!
