"Good location as it is just opposite Brussels Midi train station. However, it is unsafe to walk late at night. The bedsheets were dirty, towel has hole, and the toilet light is RED?? Nice that the room has 2 toilets 👍🏻"

"Nice hotel. not quite in the center, but possible to walk there in 20 minutes. Love the Sauna on the 25th floor with a great view and can warmly recommend the restaurant (the Iris) which has a limited menu, but all dishes on it are very well prepared (we ate our way through). Staff is friendl as well."

"A beautiful hotel. Really friendly staff who went out of there way to please. We forgot a travel adapter and they found one for us to borrow and insisted on not going out to purchase one. They stored our bags for us whilst we went out for the day on check out day. Room was spacious and had double doors so kept it really quiet. Great bathroom facilities and comfy bed. (Could of just done with extra pillows but to be fair we didn't ask) Couldn't recommend enough"

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Brussels-Central Station, which made it incredibly easy for us to reach the hotel upon arrival. It’s also the ideal base for day trips to cities like Bruges and Ghent since the trains depart directly from the same station. The hotel staff were genuinely friendly, warm, and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was extremely comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of power outlets — a small but very important detail for travelers who spend most of the day exploring and need to charge phones, cameras, and powerbanks. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, there was plenty of space for our belongings, and the bathroom was excellent, with enough room for all our skincare and personal items. Housekeeping also did a great job keeping everything clean. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. At first, I thought it was a bit expensive, but everything was fresh, delicious, and there were so many options that it definitely felt worth the price. The hotel was so good that I genuinely didn’t want to leave Brussels — two days were not enough. I truly hope I can come back again one day."

"The area is close to Brussels Midi station, not very safety area, the nearby attraction “Hill gate “ is under renovation, visitors can’t go to top for viewing the city. Bathroom is very small, hard to turn around."

"The interior design of the hotel features a mid-century style. Both the public areas and the guest rooms are very clean and well maintained—credit to the housekeeping team for their excellent work. However, the front desk service needs significant improvement. Upon arrival, there seemed to be an issue with the front desk computer system. The only staff member on duty was clearly aware that guests were waiting to check in, yet she did not even look up. Instead, she kept her head down and muttered to herself for a full five minutes without acknowledging anyone. At check-out today, I asked another front desk staff member for a receipt (or any document confirming that the room charges had been fully settled). Her attitude was extremely rude, and she bluntly told me that they had no right to provide such a document, not even by email. I would simply like to say to this front desk lady: please do not treat guests like they are ignorant. After I firmly explained that I needed proof of the deposit refund, she finally and reluctantly printed the document for me. The front desk staff at the Hilton Brussels clearly require better training. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in Europe—even at high-end hotels, service staff are often poorly trained. 酒店內部裝潢是mid century風格，公共空間跟客房環境都相當整潔乾淨，給清潔團隊一個讚！但櫃檯人員就有待加強。抵達入住時櫃檯電腦似乎出問題，櫃檯唯一的一個服務人員知道旅客們在等入住，連看旅客都不看一眼，就低著頭自顧自一直碎碎念長達五分鐘。今天退房時請另外一位櫃檯的人員給我一張收據（我有註明或是其他證明房間款項結清的文件都可以），人員態度非常差的跟我說：我們沒有權利給你這份文件，連用電子郵件寄送也不行。只想跟櫃檯這位小姐說不要把客人當**好嗎？後來我又據理力爭說那我需要押金的取消證明，她才勉勉強強印出來給我。布魯塞爾希爾頓酒店的櫃檯人員訓練有待加強，但這好像是歐洲通病，歐洲就算是高檔酒店的服務人員都欠訓練。"

"Great experience! We were 3 people + 2 dogs. The room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was and had a lot of choices. Dogs welcome! The hotel is just beside the building where people do their IELTS English which was perfect for us.You walk out the door behind the reception and straight in to the Madison Building, IP Campus. Just a couple of things that could be better. No fridge in the room. No coffee machine, just instant coffee. Parking 15€ for the night. And for info. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel. We thought we could have had lunch where we had breakfast, but it wasn't possible. Instead you can buy ready-made meals and warm then up in a microwave. It wasn't too bad of quality though. Freshly made in glass jars and 3 vegetarian options."

"Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day."

"The room was clean and spacious. The location is excellent, as the hotel is directly opposite the train station, and most sightseeing spots are within a 10–20 minute walk. We traveled to Brussels mainly for the Christmas markets, which were spread across different areas of the city, and we were able to reach all of them on foot. Although the breakfast was not particularly impressive, it was still convenient and nice to have it included in the stay."

"Room and building are almost clean. It takes 10 min from La Grand Palace, It's not so far. If you want to go to the Central station, using the underground is very nice."
