"Rummet är generellt litet, men tillräckligt för 1 person. Rummet är rent, inklusive sängkläder och toalett. Men rummet är för mörkt, vilket är mycket svårt att läsa eller ens titta på tv. Rummets ljudisolering är inte så bra. Den första natten väcktes jag av polisbilen utanför fönstret. Morgonen efter den andra natten väcktes jag av städningens ljud utanför min dörr. Ljudet av människor som pratar utanför korridoren är lika högt som det låter som om de är inne i rummet. Men min vistelse är generellt bekväm. Läget är inte nära stadens centrum, men det finns en tunnelbane- och tågstation i närheten. Tunnelbanestationen ligger precis utanför hotellet. Tågstationen ligger cirka 5 till 10 minuters promenad bort. Det är bekvämt om du besöker andra städer, men det tar tid att ta sig dit om du ska runt i Bryssel."

"It was okay, the front desk weren’t the most helpful. Upon arrival I was told to pay a €50 deposit which could only be paid on a credit card or cash. When I then said I’ll have to go find somewhere to withdraw money I was told I can now use my debit card. Upon leaving they wouldn’t give me my deposit back via card and insisted on cash despite explaining I was leaving the country to which the front desk attendant said I can’t claim I wasn’t given a refund which felt like a motivated statement.  The room was okay, however the heating didn’t work properly and during a cold winter it wasn’t nice. There was a view from outside the window but not as nice as the booking page displayed it. Overall it was a fine hotel to stay at for one night however I would not be inclined to stay longer, next time I travel I will make note to avoid it."

"The room was clean and spacious. The location is excellent, as the hotel is directly opposite the train station, and most sightseeing spots are within a 10–20 minute walk. We traveled to Brussels mainly for the Christmas markets, which were spread across different areas of the city, and we were able to reach all of them on foot. Although the breakfast was not particularly impressive, it was still convenient and nice to have it included in the stay."

"We arrived at the hotel quite late at night, so we had to ring the doorbell at the entrance. A friendly staff member promptly came to assist us and helped us with the check-in process. Once we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised — the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. The hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room — we had a clear view of Brussels Central Station, which was especially charming at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The room, the facilities, and the service all exceeded our expectations."

"The area is close to Brussels Midi station, not very safety area, the nearby attraction “Hill gate “ is under renovation, visitors can’t go to top for viewing the city. Bathroom is very small, hard to turn around."

"Room and building are almost clean. It takes 10 min from La Grand Palace, It's not so far. If you want to go to the Central station, using the underground is very nice."

"The interior design of the hotel features a mid-century style. Both the public areas and the guest rooms are very clean and well maintained—credit to the housekeeping team for their excellent work. However, the front desk service needs significant improvement. Upon arrival, there seemed to be an issue with the front desk computer system. The only staff member on duty was clearly aware that guests were waiting to check in, yet she did not even look up. Instead, she kept her head down and muttered to herself for a full five minutes without acknowledging anyone. At check-out today, I asked another front desk staff member for a receipt (or any document confirming that the room charges had been fully settled). Her attitude was extremely rude, and she bluntly told me that they had no right to provide such a document, not even by email. I would simply like to say to this front desk lady: please do not treat guests like they are ignorant. After I firmly explained that I needed proof of the deposit refund, she finally and reluctantly printed the document for me. The front desk staff at the Hilton Brussels clearly require better training. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in Europe—even at high-end hotels, service staff are often poorly trained. 酒店內部裝潢是mid century風格，公共空間跟客房環境都相當整潔乾淨，給清潔團隊一個讚！但櫃檯人員就有待加強。抵達入住時櫃檯電腦似乎出問題，櫃檯唯一的一個服務人員知道旅客們在等入住，連看旅客都不看一眼，就低著頭自顧自一直碎碎念長達五分鐘。今天退房時請另外一位櫃檯的人員給我一張收據（我有註明或是其他證明房間款項結清的文件都可以），人員態度非常差的跟我說：我們沒有權利給你這份文件，連用電子郵件寄送也不行。只想跟櫃檯這位小姐說不要把客人當**好嗎？後來我又據理力爭說那我需要押金的取消證明，她才勉勉強強印出來給我。布魯塞爾希爾頓酒店的櫃檯人員訓練有待加強，但這好像是歐洲通病，歐洲就算是高檔酒店的服務人員都欠訓練。"

"It’s a lovely hotel with good location, although a little bit dated and could do with a refurbishment. The rooms are however very comfortable. The cost for breakfast I thought was very high at approximately 40 euros per person. I opted to walk around the corner and get coffee"

"Good location as it is just opposite Brussels Midi train station. However, it is unsafe to walk late at night. The bedsheets were dirty, towel has hole, and the toilet light is RED?? Nice that the room has 2 toilets 👍🏻"

"Nice hotel. not quite in the center, but possible to walk there in 20 minutes. Love the Sauna on the 25th floor with a great view and can warmly recommend the restaurant (the Iris) which has a limited menu, but all dishes on it are very well prepared (we ate our way through). Staff is friendl as well."
