"Upon checking into our room had to use 2 separate elevators (neither of with were in good condition). Get to our room and it's 30deg in the room and it absolutely stinks of wet dog ( I know the smell). Next morning the --＞ Extra 26$/pp breakfast ＜-- in the hotel was horrible (just don't eat there. So many good restaurants in walking distance). The --＞ Extra 25$/day ＜-- Parking is overprice, go on Palais Montcalm (10 min walk) for 15$/day. For the money spent a this Marriott, our experience was very disappointed. Marriott Delta Quebec City used to be a higher end hotel now it's low end. Old and Tired Dirty rooms and bins of garbage in common areas doesn't help too. We are both heavy travellers, and this experience at Delta is one of the worst I've been go through."

"This is a condo built from the old industrial buildings of Quebec City. The quality is very good. It was perfectly cleaned. There is no reception (the reception is in another building) which is a bit annoying on late arrivals (in that case, only one person works there, dealing with people, the phone etc.). In the building, you would meet from time to time the cleaning team, which is very nice and ready to help. This condo is properly equipped. There is nothing on the food side except salt and pepper so you have to go to the supermarkets nearby to get the basic items. The place is rather quiet. There are homeless around, that's true, but there are not aggressive at all. Many restaurants, bars, etc. are all around. The old city is not far, walking or using one of the many buses down the building. The view is nice. You can go up to the roof which has a few chairs and tables (really the minimum !) for a nice sunset. The bedroom could be too warm, as the a/c is in the living room, and it pulses the air through a tube in the bedroom (the curtains are black, so this doesn't help). The price per night may be high, ever higher than in some nice hotels (200 to 300 CAD + tax and more per night), but the condo gives space and you can cook. The laundry is at the 2nd floor (2.50CAD for washing, the same for drying). You have to find your products. So this is a good and nice place, maybe a bit expensive according to the season, the day. As this is a condo, there is no basics (e.g. spices, oil, a few tabs if you want to do your laundry etc.). You can ask for more towels if needed as there is no everyday cleaning: this is not a hotel. I was very satisfied of this condo, the team is nice, I had no problems during the 6 nights I stayed there. I think we could have a few more services for the price (compared to other branches using the same concept for instance)."

"A single issue can significantly detract from the overall experience, overshadowing the hotel's positive attributes, such as its location and the city's appeal. The room's cleanliness did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Despite presumed cleaning efforts, the room exhibited persistent uncleanliness. Evidence of this is readily apparent; for example, personal items left on surfaces, such as an iPad, mobile device, or dark-colored clothing, quickly accumulated dust or grime. Photographic evidence further substantiates this claim. Upon departure after a two-night stay, we attempted to address this concern with the reception. However, instead of offering an apology, the staff questioned our delay in reporting the issue and offered a complimentary coffee as compensation. How funny."

"My major complaint is one that is. common with many hotels. That is the concept of not offering housekeeping services unless you are staying 3 nights. I paid 260CAD per night. IMO, getting fresh towels and the garbage emptied should be part of the service. Queuing at the front desk to ask for towels is frustrating. Nice staff and we'll appointed room. The location is in an industrial park. Restos close by but anything of interest requires transportation. It wasn't an awful stay but I don't feel the value for money spent would entice me to return."

"We stayed for two nights, and overall everything was good – clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient. The room didn’t have a full kitchen (only a microwave), but there is a shared kitchen for guests on the ground floor, which makes up for it. There was no sink for washing dishes in the room, only a dishwasher. This is fine overall, but running it for a single cup isn’t really an option, especially since there was only a minimal amount of dishware. The bathroom also lacked a toilet brush. One small detail: the blanket was arranged a bit unusually, like a “sandwich” with sheets around it instead of a proper duvet cover. These are minor points, but they could be improved for future guests."

"酒店看上去是舊樓翻新活化的建築，在新城的市中心，門口對著市區的主路，對面平行的一條街有著非常多的餐廳可以選擇，步行到老城區也只需要20分鐘左右。 酒店有一扇不起眼的門口，需要自己用密碼打開，這間半自助式公寓式酒店配備著一家大小生活所需的所有基本用品（除了牙刷牙膏和拖鞋），有一間獨立房間和上下床的獨立空間可以住下一家四口👨👩👧👦，客廳和餐廳算是很大，內部設計簡約大方，選用的傢俱也精緻有品味，樓底很高，很有空間感。洗衣機和乾衣機俱備，甚至見到洗衣機內放好一粒洗衣球備用，廚具也是很豐富齊全。床褥很舒服，我和女兒很享受回酒店後的每一刻時光。我絕對推薦給要來魁北克的每一位朋友。"

"這家算是Boutique Hotel, 乾淨、舒適房間、陽台，極佳的位 置，就在old town旁，步行去大部分景點。 有些小瑕疵，遙控器沒電，我們住兩晚，第二天沒有人來清潔，補充水及咖啡。要自已打去前前台要求送補充物品。 有人代泊車服務，CAN40一天。有点貴。 整體來說，滿意。"
