"There are many positives about this long term stay hotel. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The hot buffet (included with the price of the overnight stay)is absolutely amazing, just that alone is worth staying there. Toasts, bagels, muffins, cereals, hot porridge, cheese omelette, plain omelette, boiled egg, sausages, bacon, … and a “make your own” waffle station with sauces, whipped cream and different toppings!!! The coffee and tea or hot water is available in the lobby 24/7! Inside my studio suite, there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge and you can borrow an electric induction plate for cooking. The room is big, with a curtain dividing the sofa bed and the king size bed. There are two layers of blinds to ensure complete darkness when sleeping. The only negative thing was that my hotel room was facing the main road and so there were cars going by every 3-5 mins in the middle of the night, and I heard all the cars that went by, even at 1:00am or 3:00am while I was trying to sleep!!! The next day, I asked for ear plugs from the reception and slept so much better! I should have asked for them when I checked in.  The water temperature of the indoor saltwater pool is not too cold, but not warm. I had a good swim. This hotel is less than two years old, so everything is new, clean and bright. Lots of families with young children stayed there on the weekend I was there. A special thank you to the friendly staff especially the one who assisted me with my luggages."

"A single issue can significantly detract from the overall experience, overshadowing the hotel's positive attributes, such as its location and the city's appeal. The room's cleanliness did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Despite presumed cleaning efforts, the room exhibited persistent uncleanliness. Evidence of this is readily apparent; for example, personal items left on surfaces, such as an iPad, mobile device, or dark-colored clothing, quickly accumulated dust or grime. Photographic evidence further substantiates this claim. Upon departure after a two-night stay, we attempted to address this concern with the reception. However, instead of offering an apology, the staff questioned our delay in reporting the issue and offered a complimentary coffee as compensation. How funny."

"周邊道路在施工，出個門七繞八繞。但酒店內部很好，乾淨舒適，還可以免費游泳、泡温泉。半層樓的行李專用升降梯太差了，開個門費死勁，要碰運氣才能打開。"

"위치는 기차역과도 가깝고 올드 샹플랭 거리와도 가깝긴 한데 약간 오잉 여기에 호텔이? 싶긴 했어요! 바로 주변 거리가 약간 후미졌달까... 그리고 계단이 있어서 깜짝 놀랐어요!! 물론 앞에 전화기가 있기도 하고 벨맨 분들이 도와주시긴 했는데 번거로울 듯 합니다. 아침에 체크아웃 할 때 전화하면 도와주러 오세요. 직원들은 엄청 친절했고 방도 생각보다 깔끔하고 넓어요! 퀘벡 호텔들에서 처음 본 천장에 등도 있구요ㅎㅎ 욕조도 있습니다~ 대신 뷰는 없었고 앞건물 뷰입니다! 저는 아주 잠깐 잠만 자고 새벽에 나간 거라 크게 거슬리는 건 없었습니다~"

"Tout était parfait. Seule l'entrée du garage est problématique, surtout lorsque, ne sachant pas, on y accède par la deuxième entrée menant à l'hôtel, du côté du restaurant Cosmos. Un détail, mais, qui peut devenir irritant. Une meilleure signalisation vraiment visible à la première entrée menant à l'hôtel serait efficace, à ce chapitre. Merci pour ce beau court séjour,"

"My major complaint is one that is. common with many hotels. That is the concept of not offering housekeeping services unless you are staying 3 nights. I paid 260CAD per night. IMO, getting fresh towels and the garbage emptied should be part of the service. Queuing at the front desk to ask for towels is frustrating. Nice staff and we'll appointed room. The location is in an industrial park. Restos close by but anything of interest requires transportation. It wasn't an awful stay but I don't feel the value for money spent would entice me to return."
