"Beautiful hotel. Super clean, 5 mins from the airport and includes free shuttle, and staff are nice. Tram is also a couple of minute walk away and you are in the city centre within 15 mins. Also surrounded by shops and restaurants. Perfect! Will be coming again."

"Very convenient with a shuttle bus every 20 mins to and from Airport. Room is small but adequate for 2 people for a short stay. As a tourist, also have a free transport card to travel within Geneva, which is again only 20-25 mins away. Only issue is queue for shuttle bus in mornings can be chaotic because of queue jumpers and people without lugguage, which means may miss first bus….so just be aware if catching a fligh"

"I had an excellent stay at Hotel Warwick. The location is truly unbeatable, with the train station just a few steps away—perfect for easy and convenient travel around the city. We were also pleasantly surprised and very grateful for the early check-in, which made our arrival much more comfortable.
The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive, always ready to help with a warm attitude. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a cozy space to relax after a long day.

"I was very satisfied with the price-quality ratio of my stay in Appart'City Collection Geneve Aéroport - Vernier. Check the hotel's terrace on the 4th floor - which gave a very nice opportunity to watch the planes taking off. The staff was very nice and helpful. At the reception you can receive a free public transport pass for the Geneva city area for the duration of your stay. The bus stop is near the hotel. The room was big enough with the kitchenette, which was very convenient. Supermarket is nearby.
The hotel itself is new and very clean."

"Great location just a few hundred metres from the main railway station. Tram stop right outdoors and surrounded by good range of shops and restaurants.
Rooms are air conditioned, spacious and have good facilities such as safe, fridge and good wardrobe space.
Bathroom is decent size although shower position confusing as spray often caused the floor to be get wet.
Tea and coffee making facilities in the room but did have to ask for normal tea as only flavoured
offered. Our room was facing the street and although on the 4th floor was quite noisy.
Staff on reception were nice and helpful and we benefited from the free Geneva travel card for our stay."

"Very good stay. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel foyer area looks impressive, but the rooms were slightly lacking…they were clean and well decorated but I wasn’t a fan of the open shelving for clothes, there was no hairdryer (can be requested from reception), no fridge/minibar and only 1 towel for 2 guests? These were small issues though, and were the only minus points. Right behind the hotel, a 2 minute walk, is the rail station straight in to Geneva which was a huge benefit. The only other thing I would point out is that the free shuttle from the airport needs to be arranged/booked in advance, easy enough but I didn’t realise until arrival at the airport."

"Upon arriving at the hotel, we did not find a receptionist, then he left one of the rooms and was apparently eating. At midnight around 12:30 am the man or woman who is staying above the room was knocking hard on the floor and then someone who we believe was the same man came down to knock on the door violently, the television was with a regular volume, which means that the rooms do not have sufficient noise insulation. The colors of the walls are super dark. The experience was not good."

"Det var en bra vistelse, eftersom vi kan laga enkel frukost.De lagade till och med soffan så att vi kan sova bekvämt.AC fungerade inte ursprungligen men efter att vi kollade med receptionisten lyckades vi göra det. Toaletten har halvt täckt glas som gör vatten spränger ut och vått golvet i hela badrummet, vi måste vara extra försiktiga eftersom vi har ett barn med oss.Slipperiga toaletter är ganska farliga.Annars är allt bra."

EEmmanuel HemmerléI was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him!
The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities.
Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine.
I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well.
The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

GGästanvändareWe arrived early at 9am and front desk staff is kind to allow check in upon checking there are rooms availabilty.
The location of the hotel is good. Just 2 tram stop away from Cornavin Station. Walk 3 mins to Butini tram station, which can assess almost all the places of interests In Geneve.
Rooms are clean and staffs are helpful and friendly.
Highly recommened.

IIdris and HanaBest hotel in Geneva. Affordable price with good location just 400m away from Geneve Railway station. Easy to find. Walking distance to Lake Geneva. Accessible to Migros and Coop. Comfortable and clean room. Most important for us as Asian is the toilet provide bidet. Like it very much. And the room also had bathtub. Great stay in Geneva before catching our flight the next day..

GGästanvändareA nice hotell right in centre of Genéve with a historic heritage. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fresh with lots of variation, however a bit over expensive. The small notes on our stying was that the A/C didn’t really doing its job alright and our second thought was about the toilet door that didn’t close. Probably only in our room.
(Finally - Room number 122 on the 4th floor wasn’t available 😀)

JJn_foodieGreat location for early morning flights with free shuttle bus to and from the airport, reception was inefficient and short of staff, only one staff was on when I was checking in at 3pm which is the busiest check in time of the day and had to wait more than 45mins to get checked in, no sofa bed in the room as per room description

GGästanvändareGood location near Geneva Lake and from the airport. Train station and public transport very accessible. Room size adequate though bathroom configuration is a little strange. If you are driving, be aware the basement garage access is extremely tight and if you have a big car, good luck not getting it damage, like I did. Breakfast is good too. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, though it was on the high $ side. But all of Switzerland is $$ side.

Très bon produit grâce à sa situation et porte bien son nom LAKE GENEVA HOTEL il est très bien situé et vous offre une extraordinaire belle vue du lac Leman de Genève et de ses montagnes tout autour.
Le personnel est chaleureusement accueillant et bienveillant et à l'écoute du client
Dès le soir de notre arrivée On nous a proposé une chambre d'angle au 1er étage avec vue sur le lac que je ne voyais pas au primabord puisque il faisait nuit et en plus au moment de la réservation sur site ce n'était pas dans les prédispositions.
Mais une fois sur place j'ai tout de suite validé malgré le petit surcoup mais cela en valait la joie et les 🤑 sur l'étendue du lac le lendemain au réveil et de son lit le spectacle etait époustouflant.
La suite sera plus agréable avec les petits déjeuner hyper copieux et surtout très bon rapport qualité prix du vrai English breakfast à côté du continental un mélange français Anglais et le restaurant est d'un niveau supérieur et les plats sont servis avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et du savoir faire dans les recettes. C'est à voir pour le croire.
Allez y sans calculer mais faites vous un petit budget puisque c'est la SUISSE et c'est GENÈVE et son LAC

MMuniz PedroAs a business hotel with the bare minimum, bed and shower, and convenience of being close to the airport, it's ok. The breakfast buffet at CHF32 was very good. Geneva is an expensive city per se. This week, I think there were fairs/events in the city crowding the hotels and bringing the prices up. Things to complain about: the shower doesn't have a door, so the bathroom gets all wet. There are no amenities like courtesy slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste (Yeah, save the planet...) And the shower mixer gives you 3 choices: cold, hot, and cold-hot-cold-hot... So, showering is a challenge. Think of these ”chain/brand” hotels as that is what you get to make their EPS go up and please their shareholders. There is nothing to do with hospitality.

ZZenTanHotel reception was very friendly. Hotel staff recommended us nice restaurants to visit. Encounter two bad experiences from this hotel, 1) requested to change kettle as the kettle was rusty unable to make hot water for kids. The hotel staff is very kind enough to change 3 times for us but non of the kettle can be use. The last round he exchange another kettle for me but it is spoilt. So I gave up in the end. I have to go down to the bar and request for hot water. 2) The lift breakdown, I was stuck inside 2-3 mins . The hotel technician resolved it fast . Overall, have a pleasant stay at this hotel .

LLimmylimlimAlthough I had bed bug bites and was uncertain whether I had gotten it in the hotel or the hotel before, there was no proper procedures, only a “it has not happened before” and an alleged check by a private hire. Although its likely to be from the hotel before, there was no attempts at remedy or assistance, which leads me to believe that customer service may not be the strength of the hotel. It was otherwise a good hotel, which would have garnered higher ratings if they were to treat certain problems more seriously. (There was also a stoppage of water during my stay which was by no means the fault of the hotel, but during that time, maybe water could be provided by the hotel for if customers do have the needs)
