I was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him! The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities. Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine. I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well. The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

I was very satisfied with the price-quality ratio of my stay in Appart'City Collection Geneve Aéroport - Vernier. Check the hotel's terrace on the 4th floor - which gave a very nice opportunity to watch the planes taking off. The staff was very nice and helpful. At the reception you can receive a free public transport pass for the Geneva city area for the duration of your stay. The bus stop is near the hotel. The room was big enough with the kitchenette, which was very convenient. Supermarket is nearby. The hotel itself is new and very clean.

Great location for early morning flights with free shuttle bus to and from the airport, reception was inefficient and short of staff, only one staff was on when I was checking in at 3pm which is the busiest check in time of the day and had to wait more than 45mins to get checked in, no sofa bed in the room as per room description

Best hotel in Geneva. Affordable price with good location just 400m away from Geneve Railway station. Easy to find. Walking distance to Lake Geneva. Accessible to Migros and Coop. Comfortable and clean room. Most important for us as Asian is the toilet provide bidet. Like it very much. And the room also had bathtub. Great stay in Geneva before catching our flight the next day..

LAKE GENEVA HOTEL Très bon produit grâce à sa situation et porte bien son nom LAKE GENEVA HOTEL il est très bien situé et vous offre une extraordinaire belle vue du lac Leman de Genève et de ses montagnes tout autour. Le personnel est chaleureusement accueillant et bienveillant et à l'écoute du client Dès le soir de notre arrivée On nous a proposé une chambre d'angle au 1er étage avec vue sur le lac que je ne voyais pas au primabord puisque il faisait nuit et en plus au moment de la réservation sur site ce n'était pas dans les prédispositions. Mais une fois sur place j'ai tout de suite validé malgré le petit surcoup mais cela en valait la joie et les 🤑 sur l'étendue du lac le lendemain au réveil et de son lit le spectacle etait époustouflant. La suite sera plus agréable avec les petits déjeuner hyper copieux et surtout très bon rapport qualité prix du vrai English breakfast à côté du continental un mélange français Anglais et le restaurant est d'un niveau supérieur et les plats sont servis avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et du savoir faire dans les recettes. C'est à voir pour le croire. Allez y sans calculer mais faites vous un petit budget puisque c'est la SUISSE et c'est GENÈVE et son LAC

Un hotel très bien site avec des restaurants a proximity Les chambre sont assez grandest et confortables. Service attentione.

We arrived early at 9am and front desk staff is kind to allow check in upon checking there are rooms availabilty. The location of the hotel is good. Just 2 tram stop away from Cornavin Station. Walk 3 mins to Butini tram station, which can assess almost all the places of interests In Geneve. Rooms are clean and staffs are helpful and friendly. Highly recommened.

As a business hotel with the bare minimum, bed and shower, and convenience of being close to the airport, it's ok. The breakfast buffet at CHF32 was very good. Geneva is an expensive city per se. This week, I think there were fairs/events in the city crowding the hotels and bringing the prices up. Things to complain about: the shower doesn't have a door, so the bathroom gets all wet. There are no amenities like courtesy slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste (Yeah, save the planet...) And the shower mixer gives you 3 choices: cold, hot, and cold-hot-cold-hot... So, showering is a challenge. Think of these ”chain/brand” hotels as that is what you get to make their EPS go up and please their shareholders. There is nothing to do with hospitality.

Although I had bed bug bites and was uncertain whether I had gotten it in the hotel or the hotel before, there was no proper procedures, only a “it has not happened before” and an alleged check by a private hire. Although its likely to be from the hotel before, there was no attempts at remedy or assistance, which leads me to believe that customer service may not be the strength of the hotel. It was otherwise a good hotel, which would have garnered higher ratings if they were to treat certain problems more seriously. (There was also a stoppage of water during my stay which was by no means the fault of the hotel, but during that time, maybe water could be provided by the hotel for if customers do have the needs)

Hôtel très bien placé. Les installations ne sont plus toutes neuves, mais néanmoins propres et fonctionnelles. La chambre était de dimension raisonnable, pas immense mais assez grande pour un séjour de deux jours à deux. Le personnel est poli et attentif. Rien à redire, si ce n'est qu'il y fait un peu chaud.
