It was built in 1899 with historic and most architecturally in wood building. Breakfast was good and has variety of choices. It has McDonald and Starbucks below the building which make it super convenient."

"We stayed 3 nights in a family room for 4. The room is spacious enough to put all our 5 luggages. The bed is comfy and there is a mini bar which offer free drinks. The location is ideal and walking distance about 10mins to the main train station. The buffet breakfast spread is also good."

Men den tjänst som tillhandahölls under nattens växel var besviken.Kort efter midnatt kontaktade jag fronten för hjälp med att hitta en Apple Store eller bekräfta tågrutten till flygplatsen, eftersom min telefonskärm just hade skadats. Den anställde visade otålighet och en tydlig ovilja att kommunicera.Han sa upprepade gånger att jag inte skulle oroa mig inför honom och att ”uppfinna det själv”, vilket var både hjälplöst och oprofessionellt. Hans information var också inkonsekvent.Först hävdade han att Apple Store nära tågstationen kunde reparera telefoner, sedan insisterade han på att det inte fanns någon Apple Store i området. När jag närmade mig mottagningen direkt för ytterligare hjälp vägrade han igen att hjälpa. I stället var morgonreceptionisten snäll, tålmodig och gav tydlig vägledning, inklusive att en tågöverföring var nödvändig för att nå flygplatsen.Detaljer som nattpersonalen inte nämnde. Det är olyckligt att en anställds attityd överskuggade en annars positiv erfarenhet.Med mer konsekvent och professionell service över alla skiften, skulle detta hotell vara ett utmärkt val för resenärer."

"Located ~700 m from the main train station, near thr lake, however, all the rooms are obscured by other buildings so there’s no view of the lake."

"Check in was pretty fast and easy. The rooms are pretty decent with size, but only allow 2 adults and 1 child on the double bed. Paying for an additional bed for adult costs CHF 80, which is reasonable. However, since I have 2 young kids, I also have to pay for the additional bed. Though not a big deal, but hope hotel can revise the occupancy policy to offer family with 2 young child to stay in without additional costs, Location wise, it’s fantastic. Next to a university."

"Hotel has a long history and beautifully furnished, but was located quite far from the station and there was not much of a view. Loved the breakfast."

"Very convenient location. Near the train station and the old town. But it is also very noisy at night and in the early morning. The hotel is next to a club, you can hear people talking loudly from 11pm onwards to early morning from your room. On weekdays, you can hear the rubbish truck around 5-6am."
