"The stay was great , there was butler help us arrange for station pickup and drop off . There was souvenir given to kids. However the front office staff wasn’t that helpful , we couldn’t use T3 to book taxi, the staff did not help us book a taxi, only ask us to flag taxi on the road ourselves . The smart system didn’t respond too well, wanted to open the curtain by voice command but couldn’t work, and the washing basin couldn’t drain water very well , need to use hand to open the drainage to release water."

"It's a very new hotel and it shows. Breakfast is good but a bit expensive. Free drinks, gym and laundry are very nice additions to the overall great service. Location is a bit away from the center of the town (though just a couple of blocks away), so it's more quiet there. And thank you for the free station pickup service!"

"The hotel is kind enough to upgrade my room to a bigger room due to off peak season. The establishment is clean and staff are friendly. Room has plenty of sockets including usb. Bathroom is big. Water pressure good. Laundry free. Breakfast is good. Central location near bus stop. Taxi fare to/from changbaishan train station is rmb18 each direction. Thumb up to Miss 吕 who helped me to book/amend/refund tickets to attractions. I would be delighted to stay here again."

"Lovely hotel, very well kept and maintained nearby Chang bai shan train station. Comfortable and clean. Stay was ok but service was par at best, they don’t have much experience dealing with foreigners. Also stingy with mineral water couldn’t spare a few more at front desk."

"The room is new, clean, and has no cigarette smell. Luggage storage is available. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Zhongyang Street, near a famous ice cream shop and a tasty mala sausage stall. The area at the end of Zhongyang Street is beautiful and less crowded. I would stay here again."

"-room was big and comfy , i like the toilet seat where its automated. Balcony is lovely too .Floor inside the room is well ventilated with heater. TV was huge and good quality .
-breakfast was ok , everyday was quite the same kind of breakfast with some changes .Food was good .No coffee and tea , only water and soybean
-location was isolated from main road ,hence its more quite and serene .But to take Didi , required to walk outside 2 min and wait for taxis .
-Washing machine x2 and dryer x2 .Detergent is prepared as well .
-Walk to Changbaishan North required about 8 min walking. Took Didi to Enduli and Genting Market, you can walk for around 12-15 min to reach the commercial area .
-shower and toilet bowl is in separate room
-lift is ok ,not too fast or slow .big to accomodate 4 people with luggages .
This is by far my most flavored hotel i stayed in my entire trip ."

"New Hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. The Room was bright with big windows and the size quite good for a couple. The breakfast room was located in the building next to our house, but everything was good. The hotel is not directly located in the city center, but the green park opposite if the street was beautiful."

ZZziinnee1212312121i'm not chinese and cant speak chinese so i can't communicate with front office to pick me up from trainstation so i use taxi from Changbai train station to this hotel with cost 100 yuan.
when arrive, a young chinese women in tradition korean custome greeted me so well. she try to communicate with me and friend by wechat. made me so impressed.
i went ski and the receptionist arrange ski class and ski suit rental for us.
variety of breakfast :)
hotel arrange bus to send me and my friend to next hotel. that's so lovely :)

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

GGästanvändareThe staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory.
If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff.
Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.

Hhappy explorerGood location in up and coming new development suburb, away from the city crowd. Public bus#2 ply outside hotel is a plus factor. Walking distance to the numerous food outlets ( especially Korean). Hotel travel desk staff helpful in mountain trip bookings. Hot breakfast food is palatable. Must try the package of Hot Spring pool after the mountain day exploration. Spacious room/apartment and support staff from counter to butler service is commendable.

Breakfast was decent with a good variety, but it can get quite crowded and busy, which might be a downside for those who prefer a more relaxed morning. GGästanvändareHotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Hotel was empty when we (family of 4) arrived. We were not aware of an on-going fire drill and because of on-going construction, we mistakenly thought the hotel was closed. Hotel staff appeared as we were about to leave to make other arrangements. The hotel manager provided us with a translator and profusely apologized for the miscommunication . Rooms were exceptionally clean and breakfast exceptionally good. Location was ideal...close to the hi-speed railway station and downtown. We give this hotel and staff 5 out of 5 stars.

GGästanvändareThere was a bit of hiccup at check-in, and my guess is language barrier might have contributed to it, but eventually it was sorted out, as the booking was already paid via Trip.com.
The hotel is not far from the town of Erdaobaihe and Changbaishan high speed railway station, but it's definitely NOT within a walking distance. Taxi or personal driving would have to be arranged.
The hotel is big and the lobby is so vast and spacious, but it may be the timing of my visit that is rather empty and quiet.
The room is so spacious. I especially love the bed topper; it's so comfortable. Despite the language barrier, the service is wonderful. Although I was a solo guest, they provided a full Chinese breakfast, and it has the best beef dish in China! They have a service that will take you to Changbaishan Visitor Center, north slope entrance, and you may return by taxi. Overall, despite a minor setback in the beginning, I'm impressed!
