"Location is great and staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious. Lighting in the rooms is quite dim, however, and they took awhile to cool down in the heat. Also found some rubbish in the corner of one room when we first settled in — housekeeping was otherwise good. If you get breakfast included it’s ok but otherwise skip it — food in the “hot” section was often cold and there wasn’t much variety from day to day. Nevertheless, the overall stay is good value for money and the location is convenient so would definitely stay again."

"Starry hotel design was very artsy and unique. The rooms were well equipped and functional. We had the first good coffee in ages at the breakfast. There was washers and dryers but didnt use and not sure if need to pay or free. Overall, a very one day stopover stay at Changde. We had really good & peaceful rest."

"第三次入住上川雲季酒店大小河街店，這次我帶着孩子連住了三晚。酒店的服務一如既往的好！小朋友很喜歡房間的浴缸🛁，每天晚上晚回來都要泡澡😄。特別感謝每天為我們做房間清掃服務的大姐！我小孩不小心弄臟了被套，服務員大姐默默給我們更換了乾淨的床品。晚上還給我們送了營養粥。
入住的這幾晚，我帶娃在大小河街圍爐煮茶、觀看行進式實景演出《常德往事》，活動結束後步行幾分鐘就到了酒店，特別方便。
最後要點贊酒店的早餐，紅燒牛肉米粉比河街某些網紅店的好吃😍多了，哈哈。"

性價比高 超預期 。從前台女孩兒JLL、到客房軟硬件 、到早餐廳、到退房時男生前台，方方面面可圈可點 ，無槽點。
很晚到店，JLL接待，熱情周到。
每年各種假期全國各地跑，五星四星住的多，歡朋也是住過幾次，這家歡朋比較新，價格優厚，品質屬實非常不錯，哪怕衹是途徑常德，體驗也是温馨愉快。

Very helpful staff and very sincere in attending to our questions! A nice quiet hotel that’s near to 河街 and overall a very comfortable stay! The staff was very attentive and helped us receive our buys too! They took the extra mile and even provided us with some drinks and snacks after we checked out! 👍👍👍

I had a great experience in this hotel, hotel was really nice and clean, amenities and room cleaned daily, it is really premium hotel experience.
I went to a hotel restaurant, we were a group of around 8 people food was really nice and service was good
I recommend this hotel, will come back :)

前台小姐姐服務温馨，態度超好。酒店熱水舒服。乾淨衞生。唯一有點瑕疵的就是酒店老闆有點吝嗇。這麼冷的天空調外機沒開，擔心客人熱感冒。如果老闆大氣點，能開上熱空調。就更加美好。

第一次來住這個酒店 報着試一試的感覺 果然沒讓我失望 房間乾淨整潔 阿姨服務熱情 有求必應。然後就是前台那幾個小姐姐 真的服務好貼心 熱情給我介紹房間設備設施 洗衣服務，健身房服務 。真的，住這個酒店就像回到家一樣。真心強烈推薦 美豪麗致桃源點 👍

酒店服務員態度都好好呀，辦理入住是前台小姐姐就告訴我哪兒早餐，哪兒可以健身，哪二可以吃好滴，哈哈，真有被熱情到，然後一個叔叔就幫忙把把行李送到房間，本來行李也不多，但是都不好拒絕的那種，然後四樓餐飲也很不錯，準備的餐前小吃還不錯的，下次還來住啦。

We needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning.
Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.
