"We had an amazing stay in this hotel. We had the family room that was very nice and our daughter loved it.
The room was clean and spacious with many amenities.
The breakfast was good with many different choices. And it was very convenient to park.

"Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Afternoon tea served to the room was delightful. Staff was helpful and friendly. They helped arrange transport to MangShan. Breakfast buffet in the morning was a good spread was Western and Chinese cuisine. There are several restaurants around the Hotel. But there is a small restaurant situated in a Buidling on the left of the hotel as you walk out and it serves the most delicious Chinese food and very affordable. Overall Hotel experience is excellent."

"I had a fantastic stay at City Center Hotel. The location was perfect for sightseeing, just a 5-minute walk to major attractions. My room was clean and comfortable with curtains that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the front desk who helped with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast had a good variety, though I wished for more hot options. Overall, great value for the price and I would definitely stay here again”"

和朋友來郴州玩，對比了好幾家最後選了這家，事實證明沒選錯。位置:離東江湖景區開車15分鐘，樓下就有超市和早餐店，停車也很方便。房間:定的雙床房，面積比想象中大，窗户朝向小區裏面很安靜。床墊軟硬剛好，枕頭有高低兩種可以選一-這點真的很加分。衞生間乾濕分離，水壓夠大，熱水來得快。衞生:仔細看了下角落，床底、窗台這些容易忽略的地方都打掃得很乾凈，沒有異味。服務:前台小姐姐很熱情，主動推薦了當地好吃的魚粉店，還送了瓶裝水。退房時落了充電器，打電話過去很快就找到了，還幫忙寄了快遞。唯一小建議:如果能有個旅遊攻略冊子就更完美了。總體性價比很高，下次來還會住。推薦!"

"I was only staying a short period of time so didn’t really use any amenities. It was convenient for o the train station with a very short taxi (a bit far to walk at night with luggage). Staff were friendly and room was clean and presentable."

"I had a wonderful stay at Dongjiang Lake Guishu – Holiday Villa in Chenzhou. The hotel is extremely comfortable and conveniently located close to most major attractions around Dongjiang Lake. The staff were exceptionally polite, warm, and always ready to help at any time, which made the stay truly stress-free. Special thanks to 薛畅, who was always available and went out of her way to assist with every request. Her dedication and hospitality made a big difference. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chenzhou. 🌿✨"

"The room was very spacious and clean.
It was well maintained.
The service was excellent as well. We used the self-service laundry but we did not have to monitor the duration of the wash. The staff will help to monitor and will transfer the laundry to the dryer after the wash. They will also sent it to the room after the laundry was dried. Although it was suppose to be self-service, they did almost everything for us.!

GGästanvändareMy overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant.
The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient.
Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

Their bright and cheerful attitude really lifted our mood.
We visited Qianzhou to go to Mangshan, and overall, the hotel was a good choice.
The room was clean, and the location is slightly tucked away, so it's quiet and peaceful.
There's a small shop on the ground floor where you can get snacks, and although it's mainly fruit wine, they even sell Korean soju.
Most things were great, but one issue: in some rooms, there was a noticeable smell from the bathroom.
It definitely needs improvement.
If that gets fixed, this place would be top-tier in terms of value for money.

GGästanvändareVery impressed by the 2 front desk ladies who helped us changed our 3 nights booking to 2 nights. Didn't get their names, they worked the noon shift, 12-8pm, on 11 Dec 2025.
They could not understand Trip.com English and used a translation app to navigate through the otherwise fixed booking that did not allow for changes. It was a long process and they were very patient throughout.
Great service, highly recommended 👏

TTJ WeberHotel was pretty good. Breakfast was not. Staff didn’t speak English, but managed to get by. Massage place (maybe affiliated with the hotel?) on the 4th floor was also …. special. Great service overall, but skip the breakfast.

Really helpful employees at the reception, I had some issues with Amap and they helped me out. They also gave me a free tea tasting, which was really kind.

GGästanvändareThe hotel is right beside Wuling Square which is busy with locals day and night. The room was very clean and spacious and was a pleasure to come back to. Easy to get to attractions such as Gaoyiling Scenic Spot with the bus.
The breakfast was ok. It would be nice to have coffee and fruit juice.

GGästanvändareThe hotel is conveniently located in-between Gaoyiling scenic area and Dongjiang Lake, approximately 6 km to both scenic spots. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. Room is large, clean and comfortable. And room heater operates smoothly. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and has many varieties. We were satisfied with our stay here and will recommend to our family members and friends.

GGästanvändare住了兩個不同酒店再來評價，2 7號入住的國際大酒店是碰巧路上遇到了酒店水療的小尹，她很熱情吃方面為我們推薦了五里堆路的燒雞公，玩推薦了九龍水寨還給我們看了她前幾天去玩的照片，風景確實不錯，衝著小尹的熱情我們退掉了一晚大屋裡去她推薦的酒店住了一晚，本來以為她是王婆賣瓜自賣自誇，但2 8號入住大屋裡後就對筆明顯了，網上預訂價格差不多，但國際大酒店進入大堂就感覺客氣大氣點，不論從房間配有一次性浴巾、歡迎水果、還是早上的自助早歺、員工的服務都要好很多，非常感謝小尹，為貴酒店員工點贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The counter staff seemed to understand very little English, and have difficulties checking my reservation, which was made under my name in English. Overall, the hotel is a nice one, good size room, comfortable bed, and good value for money.
