"It was a very satisfying stay. The hotel’s location is excellent. There is a large supermarket and a department store within walking distance, and a night market right next to the hotel. It is conveniently located in the center of Dalian, making it easy to reach the city’s major tourist attractions. The service was also outstanding. The staff were friendly and responded quickly to requests. I also liked that the room had a transparent refrigerator, and it was convenient to have multiple outlets available for charging my phone. Highly recommended."

"We booked this hotel about a month in advance for our New Year trip to Dalian. Since we arrived early, we asked the staff if we could leave our luggage and go out, and they kindly arranged an early check-in for us ㅠㅠ. The room was very spacious, clean, and new. Whenever there was an issue, such as the heating not being warm enough, the staff assisted us immediately. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Dalian."

"Hotel room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Everything In the room seemed new. Super nice and comfortable. One set-back hotel did not provide disposable sleepers. I could not find it anywhere in the room. I thought this was a standard item in every hotel now. Counter service staffs seemed okay except for a few who are not very helpful. Presumably not knowledgeable. Hotel location is not good. It is away from Railway Station and especially Metro Station. As I rely on subway train or public bus alot to get around as a budget traveller and to blend in into their local life.. And I find it not convenient to get around for sightseeing and others."

"I extend my stay there for another day due to the hotel is affordable, comfortable and near Metro. I accidentally left my wallet in the hotel room and tough that no room cleaning will be done. I when out in the morning and back in the night and notice that my room has been clean. I was worried about my cash in the wallet that have around $700 and my cards which I did not place into the safety box when missing . After check not even a single thing or $ missing. Thanks to all the staff which is able to guide and recommend us place to visit. Will back to this hotel when my next visit 🫡"

"High CP hotel, king size bed and a japanese style bidet (this is the highlight for me 555) The property is really convenient (not to mention its near the sea front, just a walking distance), it is just across the road to Exit D of the Gangwan Square subway and that same line goes directly to the airport. The staff is so kind and they made sure I am ok and convenient. They communcate everything through wechat and also catered to my request to change the free breakfast from porridge to soy milk. Their manager is also very nice and communicative. They also gave me tips as well on where to go in Dalian and also give morning updates on the weather Will stay again"

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Staffs is friendly and helpful. Hotel room is clean and new , provide laundry service and free supper from 9.30pm to 11pm and this is a surprise to us especially during cold weather also we have an old folk with us so we enjoyed it a lot. Quite a lot of eateries nearby, small shops to buy some groceries. Definitely will be back again. Thank you 😊"

"We stayed at Novotel Dalian Zhongshan as a family, and chose it largely because it’s a newly opened hotel (2025). While the location felt slightly less central than we expected, it was hardly a drawback—taxi fares are very affordable, making it easy to get around. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also a real advantage, especially for families. The room itself was immaculately clean, exceptionally spacious, and paired with a beautiful view, it made for a very comfortable stay. We were also genuinely pleased with the fruit and beverage service, which felt thoughtful and welcoming. One more highlight: the delivery robot was fascinating—no matter how many times we saw it, it still felt surprisingly cool and memorable! Overall, a modern, well-maintained hotel that we’d happily recommend to families seeking comfort and a touch of something new."

Good Winter 2025 holidays with good hotel, cleanliness, good bedding *we slept deeply and soundly * all heater works well superb good Rm5005 ( no windows with round tub), giving thanks to the most friendliest staff to Pretty Miss Liu and the gentle lady during our first day 11/12 on duty! Keep up your service! They are always so welcoming and helpful to assist esp. our food delivery ( that need a local number) she even use her rewards point for our ordering! So thoughtful and kind! We will visit dalian bcos of *刘小姐* good memorable service! Yummy b1st from hotel good setting too. Travel anywhere with didi are so convenient, good location with residential turn out so homely. We had free costume dressing from hotel, gdscent capsule laundry and my baby girl experienced her first snow in dalian too 13/12! We love snowy in Dalian!
