"Great hotel, but we came off season so probably that’s why it didn’t meet our expectations. The staff and rooms in the hotel istelf are very nice, but the area around feels like a complete ghost town. Nothing is open and there is nowhere to eat in the area, only a 5 minute drive by car to the nearby”Shangri-La town” where only a few restaurants are open. Overall the hotel itself was good, breakfast was okay and it’s fairly close to the Yading park (10 minutes drive). We hope to come back in the summer for a better experience!"

"川西自駕所有酒店民宿的天花板！Santa是我遇到過服務最好的，審美最在線的民宿。位置就在香格里拉鎮中心，附近餐館和奶茶店很多，離稻城亞丁景區開車十幾分鍾就到。抵達的那天開錯路了找不到停車場，老闆和服務員小姐姐出門幫忙領路，超耐心介紹房間細節，還幫我們升房了。電器用的都是戴森的電吹風和加濕器，沙發很大很舒服，半圓形的餐桌挺有設計感，大浴缸泡澡可以解除一天的疲勞。民宿每天會贈送早餐，並且會送到房間，種類特別豐富，中式西式都有，最愛的是米線，真的特別香！我們在鎮子上吃晚飯突然下雨，老闆還過來送傘，給我們推薦乾淨好吃的餐廳，擔心我們吃壞肚子。晚上怕我們高反還送了榴蓮到房間，特別感謝用心的服務！服務員小姐姐幫忙協調停車位，拿外賣送到房間，幫忙拿行李，進出都會打招呼，特別注重客人的體驗感受，真的感覺到了真誠對待。如果下次再來一定還會選Santa，支持老闆和兩位小姐姐～歡迎水果: 有陽光玫瑰，蜜李，蘋果，品種很多也很新鮮"

"First of all I would like to thank the 2 young women on daytime reception for their help, particularly in translating- I speak neither Chinese nor *******. When I stayed, this hotel had huge clientele, - even though the National Holidays were over- many coaches and minibuses. With so many people there for one reason - walking in the Yading National Park - breakfast had a base-camp feel, as people rushed to get to the mountain or the airport. The situation of the hotel is good just outside Shangri-la Town (and right next door to the hospital) It is convenient to get to the scenic area whilst staying at a relatively low height...altitude sickness being a risk at these heights. The room was cosy and warm."

"這家酒店真的讓人驚喜！從踏入大堂開始，暖黃的燈光配着淡雅的香氛，瞬間就驅散了旅途的疲憊。前台小哥笑意盈盈，辦理入住時手腳麻利，還主動遞了熱毛巾和本地的小茶點，細節處透着貼心。房間更是沒話説——落地窗正對着街景，傍晚時分看夕陽灑在樓羣上，別提多愜意了。床品軟乎乎的，像陷進雲朵裏，被子帶着淡淡的陽光味，倒頭就睡了個安穩覺。衞生間乾濕分離做得乾淨利落，洗漱用品是清清爽爽的柑橘香，連漱口杯都燙得温温的，透着被認真對待的舒服。早餐也得誇誇，中西式都有，現做的煎蛋火候剛好，粥熬得糯糯的，小蛋糕甜而不膩，阿姨還會主動問要不要添咖啡，熱乎又親切。住了兩晚，每天出門時門僮都會笑着問去向，回來時總能準確叫出房號遞上鑰匙，這種被記住的感覺，真比啥都暖。"

"Reach the renowned hotel standard in terms of cleanliness, services and amenities, but a bit too remote from the center. The hotel’s manager is really service-minded. He volunteered to take us to the local restaurant for lunch and came back to hotel by himself. This is beyond the expectation."

"We stopped here before going to Yading the next morning. The room is clean and spacious and the staff who talked with us on WeChat is very helpful and nice. Overall, it is a very nice hotel in Riwa. Recommended. The only two things that we hope the hotel could be improved for better experience are 1) the hot water is not stable 2) we stayed in the connecting room and the airconditioning was not flowing to the inside room."

"It was okay. Would not book again. Unfortunately, this was one of our worse stays in China during our month long travel. There was an unfortunate plumbing issue (that they had no control over, totally understandable) but they moved us to a different room not listed with not as good of a view. And after asking and having to personally message the boss via WeChat received a 10% discount. The room was not very clean. Leftover tissues and hair in corners from the pervious person. The walls were thin enough to hear the neighbors. And we arrived to breakfast 30minutes after it started and there was very little left. I would be more gracious but this was also the most expensive place we stayed at. Did not meet my standards and would not stay here again."
