"川西自駕所有酒店民宿的天花板！Santa是我遇到過服務最好的，審美最在線的民宿。位置就在香格里拉鎮中心，附近餐館和奶茶店很多，離稻城亞丁景區開車十幾分鍾就到。
抵達的那天開錯路了找不到停車場，老闆和服務員小姐姐出門幫忙領路，超耐心介紹房間細節，還幫我們升房了。電器用的都是戴森的電吹風和加濕器，沙發很大很舒服，半圓形的餐桌挺有設計感，大浴缸泡澡可以解除一天的疲勞。
民宿每天會贈送早餐，並且會送到房間，種類特別豐富，中式西式都有，最愛的是米線，真的特別香！
我們在鎮子上吃晚飯突然下雨，老闆還過來送傘，給我們推薦乾淨好吃的餐廳，擔心我們吃壞肚子。晚上怕我們高反還送了榴蓮到房間，特別感謝用心的服務！
服務員小姐姐幫忙協調停車位，拿外賣送到房間，幫忙拿行李，進出都會打招呼，特別注重客人的體驗感受，真的感覺到了真誠對待。
如果下次再來一定還會選Santa，支持老闆和兩位小姐姐～

房間更是沒話説——落地窗正對着街景，傍晚時分看夕陽灑在樓羣上，別提多愜意了。床品軟乎乎的，像陷進雲朵裏，被子帶着淡淡的陽光味，倒頭就睡了個安穩覺。衞生間乾濕分離做得乾淨利落，洗漱用品是清清爽爽的柑橘香，連漱口杯都燙得温温的，透着被認真對待的舒服。
早餐也得誇誇，中西式都有，現做的煎蛋火候剛好，粥熬得糯糯的，小蛋糕甜而不膩，阿姨還會主動問要不要添咖啡，熱乎又親切。住了兩晚，每天出門時門僮都會笑着問去向，回來時總能準確叫出房號遞上鑰匙，這種被記住的感覺，真比啥都暖。"

"It was okay. Would not book again. Unfortunately, this was one of our worse stays in China during our month long travel. There was an unfortunate plumbing issue (that they had no control over, totally understandable) but they moved us to a different room not listed with not as good of a view. And after asking and having to personally message the boss via WeChat received a 10% discount. The room was not very clean. Leftover tissues and hair in corners from the pervious person. The walls were thin enough to hear the neighbors. And we arrived to breakfast 30minutes after it started and there was very little left. I would be more gracious but this was also the most expensive place we stayed at. Did not meet my standards and would not stay here again."

"First of all I would like to thank the 2 young women on daytime reception for their help, particularly in translating- I speak neither Chinese nor *******.
When I stayed, this hotel had huge clientele, - even though the National Holidays were over- many coaches and minibuses. With so many people there for one reason - walking in the Yading National Park - breakfast had a base-camp feel, as people rushed to get to the mountain or the airport.
The situation of the hotel is good just outside Shangri-la Town (and right next door to the hospital)
It is convenient to get to the scenic area whilst staying at a relatively low height...altitude sickness being a risk at these heights. The room was cosy and warm."

心心念唸的稻城亞丁我來啦！！
必須給珠璣境泊別院五星好評！這次入住體驗遠超預期，最驚艷的是躺在床上就能望見窗外如畫的山景，清晨雲霧繚繞，夜晚星河低垂，真正實現了“躺着看風景”的夢想。
貼心的服務讓人倍感温暖，記得昨晚小五管家真的很細心：每晚熱乎乎的晚安牛奶伴我入眠，下午在陽光露台享用的精緻下午茶更是愜意。離店時收到意外驚喜——一本詳實的《稻城亞丁》指南和一套手繪明信片，瞬間被這份用心打動。
這裏不衹是歇腳處，更像遠方的家。每一個細節都透着主人對這片土地的熱愛，讓我的稻城之旅從一開始就充滿了美好回憶。強烈推薦給所有追求詩意棲居的旅人！

Great hotel, but we came off season so probably that’s why it didn’t meet our expectations. The staff and rooms in the hotel istelf are very nice, but the area around feels like a complete ghost town. Nothing is open and there is nowhere to eat in the area, only a 5 minute drive by car to the nearby”Shangri-La town” where only a few restaurants are open. Overall the hotel itself was good, breakfast was okay and it’s fairly close to the Yading park (10 minutes drive). We hope to come back in the summer for a better experience!

The hotel is conveniently located in an area with good restaurants and lively atmosphere.
The interior of the hotel lobby is impressive and indeed ecologically designed. The room is very quiet, spacious and comfortable.
The hotel is managed by the owner, who is a world traveled business man and who also lives in the hotel. Hence, the quality of the service and assistance provided to the guests is impeccable.
We felt like visiting friends because of the sincere assistance extended to us by the owner and his staff.
The hotel deserves a five star rating and we highly recommend it.

這次去稻城亞丁住在華景文瀾酒店，整體體驗可以説非常驚喜。酒店位置很好，離景區不遠，交通方便。大堂寬敞明亮（可是大門似乎沒在用？）
前台接待非常熱情，且脾氣超好，辦入住速度快。（還有衹可愛的狗狗！）房間裝修雅緻，空間大，床特別舒服，高原住宿完全不用擔心。每天打掃得很乾凈，細節上很到位。
早餐種類很豐富，味道不錯，能滿足一天的能量需求。酒店環境安靜，晚上休息很好。工作人員整體素質很高。無論硬件還是服務都超越4星評價，下次再來還會毫不猶豫地住這裏。

房間裝修是民族特色的風格，很漂亮。老闆和店員人非常貼心。初來高原地區不適應，房間內有加濕器和供氧設備，讓人舒服不少，離稻城縣人民醫院300米，步行5分鐘就到，很方便的。退房的時候落下一個杯子在酒店，老闆檢查的時候發現立馬就郵寄給我了。很愉快的入住體驗，川西很美，扎西德勒
