"第二次入住這家酒店，體驗感依舊滿分！上次朋友幫忙預訂就覺得很舒心，這次和老伴網上下單，價格實惠又省心。打掃衞生的服務員聽到我咳嗽，立馬貼心叮囑天氣乾燥要多喝水，主動多送了兩瓶水，沒多久還端來一碗温熱的梨羹，怕房間乾燥特意拿來加濕器，這份細緻周到真的太暖心了～早餐種類豐富又好吃，老伴全程誇讚吃住都滿意，退房時工作人員還一直送到門外，目送我們走遠才離開。服務熱情貼心，細節拉滿，性價比超高，下次再來肯定還選這裏！"

"優點:訂的親子房，房間很大，有搖搖馬和小帳篷。洗澡熱水穩定，房間乾淨，保潔大姐每天都有打掃，各種消耗品齊全。所有崗位服務都特別好。草原最好酒店🥰🥰。樓下就是吃飯的地方，離景點近，，直對大舞台，晚上還有放花，很👍🏻。
缺點:房間沒有空調，好像每家酒店都沒有，但是晚上真的真的很熱，七月十幾號，就算是下雨都很熱，最後沒辦法叫了客房送了兩個被單蓋，就這樣都熱🥵。床墊很軟，腰不好的真的很難受。兩宿因為熱+床墊軟沒睡好😂。入住第一天發現被罩上有不乾淨的東西，跟客房説了，第二天幫忙換了。非常感謝。另外提個建議，房間地板磚有鬆動翹起，因為是親子房，建議酒店還是要修繕一下，不然小孩容易絆倒。"

"This “Songshu Inn” (“Squirrel Hotel” on the actual sign) is next to the entrance to the “seven-colored forest” - a surprisingly fun and family-friendly place to visit in the summer, well, at least for families who do not come from the actual prairie. Mostly domestic travelers but that should be a taken at such a lesser-known location internationally. Still, we ended up staying an extra day to visit nearby theme parks. As someone who had spent more than a year in business/resort hotels all over the world, all I want to say that the hospitality of the hotel staff truly exceeded my expectations."

Although it is only three hours' drive from Beijing, it is enough to slow down the city's heartbeat to the frequency of grass growth. When the morning mist covers the boundless water mirror on the terrace, you will understand that the so-called poetry and distance are just the grassland heartbeat solidified by the designer with spatial magic.
"去大灘無數次了，個人有點小潔癖，所以每次去，都會找當地性價比高，環境好，衞生方面很好的酒店住。這次去，查看酒店發現了這家新開的，看起來不錯，抱着嘗試的態度，訂了兩個晚上。
到了以後發現，確實比以前住過的酒店，環境好，衞生也很好！安靜又乾淨，整體設計也很用心。
接待我們的小姐姐，人很熱情體貼，讓人幫忙把行李箱拿到房間，還給了我們一份小禮物。當天下雨，天氣有點冷，跟我們説：綠豆湯，你們今天先不喝了，一直放冰箱裏，太涼。我給你們拿了兩瓶飲料，送你們的。真的很體貼！幾天下來，我們有什麼需求，小姐姐都能及時幫我們解決。點贊！
酒店是在當地村裡，房間外有陽台，一眼望過去，周邊的景色也很美！我們選的房間，朝南，早上起來，坐在陽台外，在微風下曬着陽光，秋高氣爽，真的太愜意不過了！！！喜歡😍ps：9月初草原早晚有點涼，早晚在陽台待着，需要穿件薄衣服。
而且，酒店距離周邊的景點，不遠，位置都比較適中，去哪兒都很方便。
關於吃飯：酒店就有餐廳。羊排分量真的很足，兩個人吃，會有剩餘。價格實惠量又大！我們這幾天吃飯，都在酒店餐廳裏吃。吃不完，阿姨還能幫我們保存起來，放冰箱裏，下次過來吃，還能幫忙熱一下。哈哈哈，主打一個經濟實惠又不浪費😄
體驗感不錯，下次再去大灘玩，還會再來！！"

房間景色挺好的，房間窗户可以看到山景和草地。
早餐一般吧，普普通通，油炸類的都不是很新鮮，試了雞米花和油條，都不像當天炸出來的。
車位很多，很好停車。
辦入住的時候，前台的態度不是很好，臉有點臭，愛答不理的。當時和前台説預訂的時候寫了房間要求的備註，被前台反覆問了兩遍備註寫了什麼。後來説，哦看到了。。。所以，明明是可以看到的，但懶得看？希望客人再重複一下嗎？看不懂

入住馬鎮白馬酒店太驚喜！服務員熱情又專業，尤其感謝幫我規劃周邊遊玩路線的工作人員，連避開人流的小技巧都細心告知。房間乾淨明亮，推開窗能瞥見馬場一角，氛圍超讚。健身房器材新、空間大，餐飲性價比很高，本地特色菜味道正宗。離核心景區近，出行方便，下次來馬鎮還選這裏，推薦給計劃來玩的朋友！
