"The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay.
The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect.
The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay.
The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided 😂, which was a nice and unexpected touch."

"真是超級驚喜的選擇！之前對鹽官一無所知，到了之後才發現是個超級大的古城，原是一個鎮子，裏面古建築與水系相得益彰，十分清靜幽雅，比好多去過的古鎮好很多！酒店貼心升級，住到宣德門。去的時候屬於淡季，裏麪店鋪營業不多，沒有那麼商業化。服務非常好，接駁車也方便，去各個景點有接送。因為比較倉促，很遺憾錯過觀潮。總之是個值得為之一去的地方！"

"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is high-tech, I got an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room aesthetics were cool. Hotel is right beside a giant shopping mall (Yintai City), and there are many amenities. Gym and self-service laundry are free and available 24/7, and your room can monitor the progress of the laundry. Overall just super value-for-money and an absolute steal."

"Facilities and amenities were great. Just that to use the wifi, needed a local phone number, which as a tourist I don’t have. The front desk lady in the end had to use her own phone number to register. Perhaps the hotel can take this into consideration for abroad tourists. Other than that, the service was excellent, pricing is very competitive and I had enjoyed staying there very much"

"趁着天氣不錯，趕在“寒潮”前到了鹽官，比預想的好玩不少，也可能預期值沒有太高。首先，水市酒店的工作人員。無論前台還是打掃衞生的阿姨，都會盡量微笑打招呼，也都比較熱情，酒店在景區外，但相對安靜，而且離得也不遠，還是比較方便的，房間也比較大，不會侷促，第一天到了就有歡迎的小甜點，當地特色。諮詢前台也會告知遊覽的方式，早餐也還是比較豐盛的：飲品、水果、包子、甜點、熱菜等足夠選擇～
有機會考慮再來，特別感謝第一天到特意來接的工作人員，姓陳，也感謝幫我升級房間的前台工作人員，姓吳，服務態度好，為客户着想，感謝。"

GGästanvändare我們在潮樂玩的很開心，所以續住了5天！大半是因為住宿平楚讓我們住的很安心很舒適。特別是管家盈盈把我們照顧得很好，她待客人很有温度。我們感冒了，她和同事們就給我們房裡補上多幾瓶飲用水，淡季的套餐她也很用心地配合我朋友的忌口，安排地很豐富。知道我們不大會吃當日的甜點綠豆糕，就給我送上別的小零食。平楚房間的設計格調很符合我們的審美，衞生水平也很高。 很棒的入住體驗。

••shiguang•這次是和朋友一起住的，下了飛機已經很晚了。看到這酒店還有房間就入住了這家酒店一進門就人給我奉茶，而且還有親切的問候，每個人的服務都非常體貼到位，前台的專業素養也非常高，包括他們的經理，高經理酒店設施也非常齊全，衞生也很乾凈，房間也特別的大，下次還會來這家酒店入住！

缺點：春節房價知道漲，配套服務缺不知道跟上。估計住店客人不少，但早餐廳完全毫無準備。第一天，有麪條但沒有麪湯和澆頭，讓我們自己倒點白開水+醬油湊合下。第二天八點半豆漿玉米沒了，再過十分鐘，八種蒸籠點心衹剩三種，要求補齊，就回答：沒了，吃別的吧。連續兩天都這樣，是不是應該退還早餐費？

GGästanvändare早就盼着鹽官之行了，但對可訂的酒店一直踟躕，生怕訂一個不如意的酒店影響遊玩的心情。然而令我驚喜的是，酒店環境非常好，乾淨整潔；接待人員態度熱情，除了清楚地介紹酒店情況還告訴我們當日觀潮的時間，併為我們升級了酒店的頂級套房，真的讓我們驚喜有餘。大概是酒店帶給我們的好運氣，居然讓我們在可能看不到大潮的時候看到了潮起潮湧，所有這一切歸功於酒店的舒適和福氣，希望下次再來時依舊能住在這裏，享受酒店帶來的一切。非常感謝！

GGästanvändare女兒去迪士尼玩了，我和老公選擇了來潮樂之城。以前不瞭解這個地方，是在一個公眾號上知道的，一是為了逛逛古城看音樂之家博物館，二是為了看錢塘江大潮。
停車可以直接導航到遊客服務中心，也就是鹽官古城正大門的廣場上。酒店在景區左側，辦理入住可以在遊客服務中心（鹽官古城進去左轉），也可以在水市酒店前台（不進古城，面對古城直接左轉進巷子），因為水市酒店也是他們家的。我們在遊客服務中心辦理的，直接免費升級到了水市酒店入住，離景區大門更近。
訂的房間包含雙人早餐和雙人景區門票，辦入住時錄入人臉後可以24小時內無限次出入景區。還有免費的接駁車，景區裏隨便穿行也不累。
我們的大床房給免費升級到了家庭房，很寬敞，乾濕分離，兩個洗漱台，大浴缸，窗户面對古城，房間隔音效果很好，晚上很安靜，房間熄燈後沒有奇怪的暗燈，可以保證很好的睡眠狀態。
早餐是自助，可以到9點半，有中式有西式，隨你選擇，很棒的是還能帶到房間給不肯起床的豬隊友。離開時問前台要一下停車碼，登記自己的車牌就能免費離場了。
服務人員有問必答，很隨和，他們應該是潮樂之城的統一管理，都是穿沖鋒衣工作服的。非常滿意這次住宿，推薦大家都來他們家，真的滿意才寫這麼多的，希望幫助到大家。

AAnonym användare放暑假了家裡親戚帶小孩過來玩訂的房間，平台看到的是新開的一家四星級酒店，兩百左右訂的，性價比超高！房間寬敞明亮，面積挺大的，大大的落地窗，視野開闊，床很舒適，有四個枕頭，馬桶還是智能的，窗簾也是電動的，裝修風格大氣，由於晚上回來的比較晚第二天早上起不來沒吃早餐不知道早餐怎麼樣，大廳有免費的茶飲和現磨咖啡，喝了兩杯感覺賺到了哈哈😄，他們家還有免費的洗衣房，健身房，擦鞋機……不愧是四星的酒店，應有盡有！侄女説過兩天回來這邊還要再定他們家！

JJerryJu入住後電話前台，我問有能有常規落地窗通風好的，回答説房間已經幫我升級了，沒有。。。真不是我鐘意的風格。長方形，進門就是會客區，辦工作昏暗，圖3。然後就是卧室大床2米。再然後就是有窗的地方，是洗浴區，窗户還衹有50公分寬可開，在洗浴區的角落。 就衹能開窗開門有點通風效果。真跟圖片上的不一樣，升級的套房真是拉胯，創新還是強行改造？反正我不喜歡。然後就是早餐，誰説豐富來着，真像好多年前的漢庭。唯一的好處是，樓下酒家，方便吃飯聊天。還好就1天，就單住而言，我不會再來。供各位參考。
