The super happy to help and make your life easier The hotel itself locate like few steps from exit of metro Zhongyang street. i was shock when i see the metro in front of hotel cause expect less. Room is quite small so i request the bigger one if they have so they upgrade me with no cost 😘 all amenities are enough. **caution: no elevator, i have a huge luggages so guy staff and some ladies staff need to help me bring upstair The cuteness of this hotel is they provide tea,coffee,herb tea, snack,cake for everyone free!! also give the departure gift when u check out those are quite great souvenirs from Haerbin 🫰🤟👏"

Everything about the hotel is very commendable for me: location (near Central Street), cleanliness, service, and facilities! Less than 3 min walk to central street. The hotel's front desk and room service staff are very friendly, courteous, and easy to communicate with, readily fulfilling any requests. Basic amenities and necessities are readily available and in good condition. Overall, it offers good value for money and a comfortable stay. Family Room has excellent toilet and bathroom design with sufficient privacy and place to hang clothes. Even has humidifier which was good as the air could get really dry here. The hotel knows travelling needs of family well. If there is bidot and vanity mirror would be bonus."

"I need to take the high speed train early morning hence chosen Xueli Hotel as it is near to harbin west train station and it’s above a shopping mall and opposite is the Wanda mall. Family room is big and some free snacks are provided for. Only downside is the room assigned with slight sewage smell."

"Service is so good here! Front desk staff was so warm and friendly and professional. The entrance only has steps so when we arrived, we took a few minutes trying to decide how to carry all our luggage up, but then some staff members came running out to help us carry it up! They helped us take our luggage to our room as well. It's in a prime location – right on Central Street, and easy walking distance to the metro station, shops, malls, restaurants, the Hongzhuan morning market and Saint Sophia's Church. However, the rooms are VERY small. There's barely any walking space, especially if you have multiple suitcases. The front desk did warn us about this when we checked in and offered to show us different rooms to see which size suited us best, which we appreciated, but it's something to consider. There was also no heated toilet seat, which would have been nice during the Harbin winter 😔 The corridor and shower also smelled a bit strange. There's also only one lift, so sometimes you need to wait. I think this is a great budget hotel for people travelling light, and is a good option if you're staying in Harbin for the Ice and Snow Festival, because the location is perfect for sightseeing – just 2-3 stops away from the Ice and Snow Festival, and walking distance to shops where you can buy cheap winter clothes and food."
