SONG JIANG BONANZA WINNING HOTEL — From Smoke Signals to Sacred Silence Arrival & First Sniff This old dog finally flopped down in Jilin City, relieved to rest my paws at the grandly named Song Jiang Bonanza Winning Hotel. “Winning,” I thought—until my non-smoking room greeted me with a stale tobacco haze. One whiff and I nearly cancelled the stay on the spot. Room Rescue Cue Mr Hong Dejian—calm, English-speaking, and clutching the keys to redemption. He patiently showed me alternative rooms until we found one that didn’t smell like a poker night. Had I left, I would’ve missed what came next. Comfort Food = Home Dinner delivered a miracle: stewed chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. One bite and—boom—mummy’s cooking. After days on the road, I finally found food in China that tasted like home. Tail wagging resumed. Care Beyond the Call Mr Hong returned with a portable heater, pointed out city landmarks, and even taught me how to take a non-reflective photo (yes, this dog learns fast). His easy friendliness softened the edges of dirty window panes and mostly Mandarin-only staff. I even showed him the ink-black towel after wiping the window—evidence, not barking. Menu Meltdown & A Win At the restaurant, I was handed a Chinese-only menu after saying I don’t speak Mandarin. I hit the roof. To their credit, reception listened: I received a call from the lady boss, and the issue was acknowledged. Then a hero appeared—the restaurant lady, who patiently translated dish names so I could choose lunch and dinner without guesswork. Gold bone earned. City Interlude: Jilin Catholic Church Between meals and meetings, I visited Jilin Catholic Church (吉林耶稣圣心堂)—a quiet pause from hotel hiccups. The church offered a moment of stillness, a reminder that even on a bumpy stay, the city holds pockets of grace. Logistics That Worked Back at the desk, the reception lady manager efficiently arranged my transport to Wusong Island—quick, competent, and reassuring. Breakfast & The Fine Print Breakfast surprised me in the best way: healthy, balanced, a thoughtful mix of local and Western dishes. One final bone to chew—early booking didn’t pay off as prices dropped later. A truly Winning Hotel would honour the lower rate at check-in. Verdict Despite communication bumps, this is a solid winter hideout: good Songhua River views, comforting food, and fast service when it counts. 優點：貴賓樓行政雙床房，房間大，衞生間也超級大，安靜，衞生好，服務好，早餐豐富，南北方人口味兼顧。 缺點：衞生間沒門，智能馬桶夜裡極吵，躺床上就能看到男生小便池，夜裡起夜衞生間感應燈自動亮起，吹風機非常不好用，吹風時自動摺疊無法固定。 總體來説很好。

入住體驗非常棒！外觀好看，一看就有特色。前台熱情周到，入住流程高效，前台備了各類便民產品，甚至有蒸汽眼罩，讓人倍感親切。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果很好，晚上休息非常安靜。早餐種類豐富，味道也很不錯。酒店設施齊全，健身房和洗衣房都很實用，整體性價比很高，下次來吉林還會選擇這裏！強烈推薦！

住進維也納國際酒店，安全感拉滿的安心之旅。這次入住吉林維也納國際酒店，最讓我驚喜的就是它把“一客一換、一客一消毒”落到了實處，直接戳中了我對住宿衞生的核心需求！推開房門就發現，床上用品透着乾淨的褶皺感，摸起來帶着陽光曬過的清爽，完全沒有異味，一看就是全新更換過的。更貼心的是，浴室裏的毛巾非常柔軟潔凈、漱口杯透明沒有一點污漬。洗手枱、水龍頭和馬桶表面也沒有水漬和灰塵，能清晰感受到消毒後的潔凈感，連遙控器這種容易被忽略的小物件，都像剛擦拭過一樣乾淨。這種肉眼可見的細緻，讓出門在外的我徹底放下了對衞生的顧慮，住得特別安心。維也納國際酒店用實實在在的行動，把“放心住”做到了細節裏，下面幾張圖是偶然在洗衣房發現的！下次出行還會選這裏！

Smart traditionally themed hotel. Room was a suite, bedroom 2 large beds, plus separate large room with sofa etc. Location is ok but recommend using taxi app. Breakfast selection was not great.

Awesome room. Big and very clean. Maintained perfectly. I loved my stay in this place. I will stay here again.
