五星滿分推薦楠院的放翁院！一大家子老老少少七八口人入住整院，體驗感直接拉滿💯。正宗的樂山明清古宅院，古樸典雅有底藴，環境安靜清幽，妥妥的鬧中取靜，住起來太舒服了。自帶專屬停車場，停車方便，位置也好，離上中順等美食打卡地超近，出行覓食都便捷。院內配置高端，兼具雅緻古樸與舒適質感，長輩們在院裏搓上了自帶麻將悠閑度日，母親還在書法區隨心作畫，最後店總還貼心贈送了捲軸（原本收費的），這份細節和心意太戳人。店家專門建了管家羣，管家小姐姐、店總全程服務周到，事事有迴應，照顧得無微不至，特別暖心。我們住了兩天，全程舒心愜意，臨走還收到了店家贈送的米花糖伴手禮。這次的樂山之行因為楠院變得格外圓滿，留下了超難忘的美好回憶，等天氣暖和了，必定再帶親友再來入住，必須回購。

This hotel was amazing. Value for money was exceptional. The room was very large and so well designed with space for everything. The cleanliness was perfect - so clean, the decor is very nice. The shower and bath were great and bed so comfortable. The breakfast was really good for this price range with plenty of variety. The staff were very professional and friendly and helpful and efficient. The decor is much more plush than one would expect for this price. The hotel is new so looks great. It is very conveniently located near one of the eat streets that is much better than the main eatery street. Initially we were trying to find hotels by the river etc but this location is better it is quick to get anywhere by taxi anyway and the riverside hotels and location is not nice with many run down hotels. Don’t stay anywhere else as this hotel is so comfortable and perfect in every way. We would definitely stay here again. It is also great to stay here and do day trips to Emei etc. we really loved this hotel and was so pleasantly surprised with the quality. The only area for improvement would be person at door to be more proactive in assisting with bags etc.

the stay was so so good! firstly, before our arrival date, the hotel contacted us on both trip.com & wechat, so our transport to the hotel from emeishan station was smooth. check-in was fuss free as well, and the front office lady xiaoshi was kind, warm, and gave us tips for our trip up emei. we could borrow the hanfu and took pictures in the yard and around the hotel. the facilities were clean, nice, and overall really cosy. breakfast was really good too. and if you prefer to go up the mountain earlier, the hotel will also prepare some light takeaways for you, and thats super thoughtful i’ve read reviews that the location was not as good as those around baoguo; but since we were travelling as a family, this place was peaceful, slightly quieter and very near huangwan visitor centre! To me this was equally as good as hotels that are around baoguo. the trip up emei mountain was quick and fuss free as well, since I got the tickets and boarded the bus from huangwan (about a 5-7 mins walk away from the hotel) which is not much different from baoguo. will definitely stay here again if im visiting this area :))

Exceptional Stay with Unmatched Hospitality We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the professional and welcoming staff, setting the tone for a perfect visit. Due to some logistics, the hotel generously offered us a free room upgrade. The room itself was exceptionally good—spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The entire property is stunning, featuring beautiful ancient Chinese architecture that provides a charming, rustic feel while still offering all the comforts you could need. The service was a highlight of our trip. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, especially the delicious noodles which were a perfect start to our day. To top off the amazing service, the hotel arranged for someone to see us back to the Emeishan railway station and even kindly paid for our fare. This level of care and generosity is rare to find. We will definitely be coming back for another visit and highly recommend this gem to anyone traveling to the area!

We initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff. When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough. If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting. A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay. A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

Xiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to offer advice or assist us, even helping us with our car booking which we were having trouble with. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Location is good with eateries n convenience stores next and opposite the hotel. Staff is helpful and responds promptly to our requests. Due to the short time period we have, we could not have time to enjoy the additional facilities and special service/voucher offered in our bookings.

The hotel offers many facilities. After a long day of hiking, you can especially enjoy the hot spring. Unfortunately, we didn’t bring our swimsuits, which was a bit of a pity. The location is excellent — a food street is just a 5-minute walk away, and the shuttle bus station is also nearby. I was looking forward to trying the breakfast, but I woke up too early, so I can’t give any comments about the meals.

Läget är definitivt det viktigaste försäljningsargumentet, bara cirka 200 meter från Golden Summit. För alla som planerar att se soluppgången eller solnedgången är detta hotell perfekt beläget. Rummet är ganska litet men rent och bekvämt, precis lagom för två personer som reser lätt. Observera dock att vandringen (med trappor) till hotellet är cirka 1,5 km, så det är bäst att inte ta med tungt bagage, eftersom det kan vara ganska utmanande att bära upp det. Personalen är vänlig och uppmärksam. De påminde oss till och med om att inte duscha vid ankomst på grund av den höga höjden, så omtänksamma råd! Frukosten är enkel men tillräcklig, medan middagen (på egen bekostnad) var förvånansvärt god. Hotellet erbjuder också gratis te, vilket var en fin detalj. Lobbyn har en lugn och rogivande atmosfär, och jag gillar verkligen dess minimalistiska design. Bara en liten påminnelse: det finns ingen hiss på hotellet. Sammantaget skulle jag fortfarande starkt rekommendera detta hotell. Att sitta uppför en backe med en kopp nudlar och varmt te medan man njuter av utsikten över bergen. Sånt är livet!
