"A Life-Saving Stay with Breathtaking Views!” My stay at **Tibet Hostel** was absolutely incredible—thanks to the **kind and attentive staff** named xu mu the manager who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. As someone sensitive to high altitude, their **nasal oxygen supply** was a *literal lifesaver*, helping me adjust comfortably. The **morning breakfast** was a delightful experience, with fresh ******* bread, warm tea, and eggs served with a **panoramic mountain view** that made every meal unforgettable. The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch! I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. If you're visiting Tibet, **this hostel is a must-stay**—comfort, care, and stunning views all in one! **10/10 experience.** -"

"One of the best stayings in my 10 days trip in Tibet! Staff greets us with a warm ******* Herbal Tea with a welcoming scarf and warm towels to warm us up. Friendly staff was helpful and efficient during check in. Room was spacious and clean. More than enough quality amenities were supplied. Comfortable bed for good sleep and most importantly sufficient and steady oxygen can be supplied by the hotel. Humidifier was also one of the best we encountered throughout the whole trip. Absolutely loving the traditional Chinese style room and hotel design that doesn't look old school but authentic. Convenient location where accessible to everywhere! Highly recommend!!"

This is by a long way the best hotel I have stayed in , in Tibet. Love the ”Manor” feel, at the same time homely. The rose garden which decorates Lakari cafe ia a lovely place to eat, relax, wind down. Food & service excellent. There are in addition two other restaurant on site, serving authentic Chinese & Tibetian food, yum. DURING a qord in the garden, I notice birds churping and hunting worms on the lawn ! Rooms takes on a modern Tibetian style, everything works & impeccably clean. Staff are v warm, helpful, even helped w my washing, offered to show me around on her day off. A most enjoyable stay. Tops all otherss I have stayed in Tibet.

Beautiful hotel that still preserves its historical architecture with modern luxuries. We enjoyed the heated floor (it's so comfortable to walk around) and the oxygen machine (a lifesaver when we just reached Lhasa!). Special thanks to Guest Service staff - 次塔 for coordinating breakfast and housekeeping with us throughout our stay, and for helping to safekeep our forgotten item when we checked out! Her warm hospitality helped us ease into the high altitude environment more easily! Oh and don't forget to try the Indian restaurant within the hotel - it's extremely delicious and the price is affordable! We hope to return soon!

特別點贊管家麗麗！從辦理入住到微信溝通，麗麗都非常盡心，快速響應並解決了我的需求。 選這家最初是看中它標榜凱悦旗下、裝修新且有布宮觀景。實際入住發現，房間設計雖然初印象不錯，但有些地方不太實用：洗澡區域是開放式的，必須拉窗簾，不然容易走光。 後來瞭解到這是凱悦與如家的合資品牌，既沒有完全達到凱悦的標準，也少了本土品牌的貼心。房間沒配體重秤和擦鞋布，也沒有像亞朵那樣提供卸粧用品。不過説實話，以這個價格來説，性價比依然很高。 位置在拓宇路，出行方便。但帶長輩出行需常打車，酒店大門在小巷子裏，滴滴不願開進來。好在退房當天，前台幫忙把行李搬到了路口上車點（圖3），還幫忙搬上滴滴，非常感謝！

We liked this hotel, it had a spacious atrium with a lot of healthy and green plants. Having the free laundry facilities was great. The location was perfect, it is within walking distance to the Jokhang temple and Potala Palace. There are many places to eat below the hotel.

第一次發自內心的想寫評價，本次旅行是帶長者和孩子，從到酒店的那一刻起就感受到了拉薩的熱情❤️我們入住的房型非常棒美中不足是沒有電梯，要辛苦保安小哥哥幫忙送大箱子上去，由於剛剛進藏大家都有些高反我們的背包也要辛苦他們送，前台小姐姐也是超級優秀，主打一個有求必應，還有酒店的特色文化超市也很棒，小姐姐一直有耐心的陪我挑選，從早到晚衹要有需要他們隨時在！！！現在年輕人能有他們這樣的工作熱情和工作態度真的很值得誇讚，哈哈哈哈希望老闆看見評論給他們加雞腿呦🍗全能的保安小哥哥真是六邊形戰士哪哪都有他的身影！ 環境：很哇塞風景不錯 服務：一萬個贊都不夠 地點：主打去哪哪方便

This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect. The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help. The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room. The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service. All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.

房間很乾凈設施齊全，周圍美食很多用餐很方便，酒店後面就是布達拉宮出遊也非常方便，早餐每天都不重樣，品種也很豐富，特別是幾個前台小姐姐服務非常非常熱情周到，看到我們高反嚴重立即給我們葡萄糖服用，還幫着將我們行李送到房間，在此衷心感謝幾位前台小姐姐！！！

本人3.28入住該酒店，高反厲害，看到攜程後台提示酒店是晚八點開始供氧，衹能自己買幾瓶氧氣瓶，房間加濕器有問題客房服務員進屋一個招呼不打，直接把加濕器水加上就走，最起碼的禮貌或者善意提醒顧客使用説明都沒有，平日沒有培訓或者考核，到了八點還沒有氧氣，我的氧氣瓶已經吸完，我給前台打電話她告訴八點半才開始供氧，到了八點半還沒有又給她打電話，她説師傅去開了，八點三十三再打電話説等一下，八點三十七我直接到前台質問，還是沒有絲毫不安，我一個高反人羣奔着西藏賓館貴賓樓去，其他酒店很多提供全天供氧，他們晚上八點半到第二天七點這個時間段供氧很不友好，沒想到到了時間段還不提供沒有絲毫抱歉，本人高反頭疼得厲害找到前台質問，高質量的服務應該提前給顧客打開氧氣，關心顧客身體狀況，這個前台高高在上對顧客難受沒有一點同情心，高反非常危險，本人在極度難受之際接受西藏賓館貴賓樓如此冷酷無情的服務體驗，絕不會再來第二次！！

The hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel. The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage. The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app. There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
