"My family and I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable, with floor heating that made it especially cozy during the winter. We really appreciated the thoughtful gifts and amenities provided, including kids’ toothbrushes, bath bombs, hand warmers, and lotions. The hotel corridor smelled really good, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. The free washer and dryer facilities were also very convenient. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit."

"Staff service is super great, we forget to reserve the bus back to Chengdu and staff help us to buy it, include coordinate until we get on a bus, we really appreciate. The hotpot dinner is good vaule and quality, even we order the smallest one, it bigger than we can complete all. The hot bath is good, we feel really relieve after it. Room heater working well, the floor and bed is heat when we sleep, so it not cold at all. All staff can not speak english but can communicate via app translator, everybody so helpfull and good service mind to communicate with us."

"Love, love, LOVE this hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The hot springs are a delight afterw long day of travel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Even the boss of the hotel introduced himself and we had a good chat. The location is stunning. Lixian is a gorgeous town with a beautiful, peaceful, friendly atmosphere. The views from the fork of the mountains are spectacular. I recommend going to the rooftop deck at night to experience the stars and mountains."

"At first, I booked a camper van, but the staff advised me against it, saying it was too cold during this season. So I changed to a room inside the main hotel building — and I’m really glad I did. The hotel is located right inside the national park, and guests can drive in after registering at the park entrance. This makes sightseeing much easier since you don’t have to take the park’s shuttle bus, which drives rather poorly along the route. From the hotel, you can take their own vehicles directly to the scenic spots, saving more than half the travel distance.
All room rates already include the park entrance fee. Personally, if I come back again, I would definitely stay here because it saves the hassle of taking the park shuttle. Overall, both the location and the rooms are excellent."

"I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly, which made the stay even better. The room was huge and had a beautiful view. The heater worked really well and kept the room nice and warm, which was great. The dining room staff were also very kind and welcoming. They served the food and drinks nicely and always made sure everything was okay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back again in the future."

"Location is 5 min walk to Bipenggou entrance, very convenient. Onsen pools are clean and were empty when we went.
Beds are big and comfortable - maybe only gripe about the room is the shower, which was a bit small.
Food decent typical bfast fare, mentioned it starts at 8am but actually food comes out at 7.15am (since the park opens at 8am, this makes sense).
Great stay overall"

"和朋友一起自駕理小路途徑理縣，在網上看到這家酒店不錯就定下來了，是很有特色的酒店，院子裏都是些花花草草拍照很好看，坐在院子裏喝喝茶很放鬆，而且這個酒店還有棋牌室桌球室，竟然還有做手工的，可以自己diy銀飾戒指手鐲木藝品之類的，真的太棒了，在酒店都不想出門了，服務也是沒得説，很熱情！很細心的為我們介紹遊玩路線，打卡地這些！推薦！！！"

GGangtiexunmenglong酒店在一個單獨的小路盡頭，門口就是停車場，剛剛停好車工作人員就出來要幫忙拿行李了，晚上出去買東西回來也是剛下車就出來幫忙開大門，大門是單獨鎖的衹能從裏面開，這點讓人很安心。
大廳特別有格調，讓人很沉靜。房間非常温暖，讓北方人感覺像回家了，晚餐嚐了嚐玉米饃饃，衹恨自己胃太小，不然一碗全都能炫了，早餐很豐盛，吃了好長時間都吃完了，一點也不想浪費。
老闆很健談，聊了聊天，摸了摸狗，時間太短，下次有機會真的想多住幾天。

TTapas K DeyWe had an amazing experience staying in this hotel. The property is located in a scenic area with very clean rooms and amenities. The restaurant food is very tasty. Front office staffs, housekeeping staffs and restaurant staffs are extremely caring and helpful. Highly recommended for a family vacation.

AASinhAWe had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which really made a difference to our experience. While the English language barrier was sometimes challenging, using translation apps like WeChat and Google Translate helped us communicate and work things out smoothly.
The outdoor facilities have great potential, and it would have been even better if the fireplace areas were lit and there were more drink options available in the evenings. Similarly, a slightly wider selection of food at the restaurant and during breakfast would really help cater to Western travellers.
That said, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily recommend.

SSalviiaFamily room is another good choice for 4 adults even the shoes that they provided are for 2 adults and 2 kids 😂🤣 but i would recommend it. One king bed and 2 twin beds. The room is big enough for 4 big luggages. The location is in Lixian city so around 30 mins from Bipenggou so this place is a bit far for those who has no car 😅 but if you want to experience and have time to explore the cith, I think its a good hotel 😊

DDJaiiOur stay here was comfortable and suited for a short visit. The nightly service was great, and we enjoyed the dance performance, complimentary drink, and attentive service. A special mention goes to the lovely front desk lady who went above and beyond she even helped reheat some food we had brought from home.
Breakfast was Chinese-style, which was fine for us, and the pool closed at 10:30 p.m. we wished it stayed open a bit later, but we understood the policy.
We chose a room facing the river, which comes with an important note: there is heating but no cooling air conditioning in the bedroom. That said, the gentle sound of the river was like raindrops falling on a rooftop peaceful and relaxing. Once our bodies adjusted to the air, the mornings felt cool and refreshing, and we enjoyed a great night’s sleep.

RRynn’sExcellent stay. We changed to a hot spring suite and it was worth it. Very spacious and well appointed. Front desk Shi Shi was very helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We also left some items in the hotel and she helped to advise on how we can retrieve them via courier. However the hot spring next door looked a bit sad, I think it would be a fabulous place to visit when it’s peak season and all the facilities are up.

AAngeeeeeecThe place was deep in the mountains so it was a bit difficult to get to without a car, but once arrived, it was an expensive looking hotel. However, the service leaves much to be desired. For an expensive hotel, there were no service staff to get our luggages, and after checkin, there were no directions on where the lift was. We booked 2 rooms, and the other room they gave was in another building, which required a buggy. If it’s a family booking, the hotel should have informed us beforehand that there would be such an inconvenience. Breakfast was good, the room was nice, but there was also only one bathroom for a room that fits so many so that’s something that could have been thought through as well. Apart from that, the public hot spring in the hotel was great and beautiful, and the breakfast spread was great and have many variety. The surrounding area was beautiful for pictures, so that’s a plus too.
