"Fantastic hotel! It made my visit to Yixing extra enjoyable. The room looks exactly like description and very clean. The staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful, makes your feel like home. The resort is huge but the drivers are always there to bring you around to other parts of the property. The bathroom is so clean and smells nice all the time. Beds and pillows are comfortable too. It is really one of the best hotel I have stayed in. Breakfast was delicious and the Chinese restaurant in the main hotel sets very high standard. What a lovely room to go back to after a long and tiring day from 竹海 and 瑶湖小镇. By the way, it’s easy to grab Didi from the resort."

"This is my 2nd stay at the hotel. The hotel is very popular with corporate and school events. Room given has problem with the socket points the 2nd night of staying. Reception offered to change room but we decided to just let them help with charging our phones. Breakfast spread is quite limited."

"The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!"

"非常棒的一次體驗入住，酒店按照四星級的標準設定，服務熱情到位，房間乾淨衞生，酒店提供免費的停車場，並且有充電樁，周圍是大潤發超市和較多的餐飲小吃，很方便，前台服務熱情幫助延長退房至下午2點，推薦大家前去體驗入住。"

"春節假期來溧陽旅行，入住了兩天。找酒店時對比了很多家，最後選了萬楓。因為酒店比較新，而且是萬豪系的，所以入住前還是抱着挺高期待的。 不過入住了兩天後，覺得在服務和細節上還是有很多很多可以提高的地方： 1. 客房衞生條件有待提高。剛辦好入住進了房間就發現床邊還有之前客人留下的橘子皮。在那麼明顯的位置沒打掃乾淨，清潔質量是存在問題的。 2. 早餐的管理值得商榷。可能是因為春節期間客房入住率高的原因，早餐用餐高峯期人滿為患。跟菜場一樣，第一天我們進去後半天沒找到座位。建議在高峯期可以限制一下客流，如果已經滿座的話，可以讓後面來的客人有序排隊等待進場，我想大家都是能夠理解和配合的。 3. 工作人員服務存在疏忽。第二天早餐就餐時，餐廳裏有個熊孩子拿了隔壁健身房的一個大啞鈴在餐廳裏亂跑。我注意觀察了一下，熊孩子至少從3個服務生面前跑過，但沒有任何一個人進行勸阻。不知道是沒看到，還是潛意識裡覺得這是一個可以被認可的行為。 4. 品控細節有瑕疵。入住兩天每天都送了歡迎水果，本來是件讓人覺得暖心的事。但是第二天收到的水果裏，有個沙糖桔爛了一個洞。如果是用心在準備水果的話，我也覺得這個問題是可以被避免的。 5. 硬件問題。由於酒店比較新，所以客房設施基本都是不錯的，但有兩個我認為是比較大的硬傷。一是wifi速度比較拉胯，是好是壞。有時**刷個視頻都會卡很久，我特意用測網速的app測了一下，發現衹有10兆的網速，而且延遲嚴重。這種問題在這麼大的酒店裡是不應該的。第二個是洗澡水時冷時熱，特別不是舒適。不知道是我們這個房間的問題還是通病，希望可以維修一下。 第一次對酒店寫了這麼多的評論，希望酒店可以有則改之 無則加勉。在服務的細節方面提升客人的入住體驗。"

"酒店標準5星級的，前台小姐姐服務都很友善，看我們有小朋友主動免費幫忙升級了親子房，還送了水果給小朋友，早餐種類也比較豐富，退房的時候還有伴手禮相送，整個入住過程太貼心了，大讚一下…."

"山裡空氣真好！民宿位置絕佳，就在玉女潭隔壁，離張公洞僅5分鐘路程。安靜。服務到位，管家主動聯繫，入住當天提前開了空調，提供景點介紹和旅程建議。客房佈局合理，設施齊備，乾淨衞生。院子很美，傍晚坐着吹吹小風很愜意，主人家對小院是花了心思的。有泳池，深得孩子歡心！民宿提供的菜品雖然不是特別多，但是口味挺不錯的。圍牆邊有充電樁，2支充電槍。慢充，一晚上也夠用了。以後還想帶家裡長者過來住兩天。"
