PPauline PengHotel is very clean, and kudos to the owner for being very hospitable towards the guests. Breakfast is unique as well, providing a 9 different dish which includes youtiao, corn and floral bao. For a foreign tourist, I highly recommend this hotel as location is strategic and is about 5 mins drive away from nanshan bamboo sea.

IIlia(伊莱）Well, first of all this is really wonderful place!
The hotel is very new and tidy, has a huge place to walk around (they call it meditation garden). Rooms are big and cozy and very stylish. Also there is a hot spring, but I did not go, because we went to Yushui hot spring.
The breakfast is good. It’s buffet type with mostly Chinese dishes, but also has some western food. For kids they also have playground with ball pool.
The location is a little bit far from bamboo forest and yushui hot spring (i mean far to walk). We were there during Chinese New Year eve, so call a didi was a challenge. However hotel provide us a car with a driver who send us to the bamboo forest.

GGästanvändareI went to Liyang last weekend. And I stayed at the hotel with my family. I made a reservation for including Package. The hotel was too convenient to go to 南山竹海. It was too close to go. When I arrived at the hotel, I received a warm welcome. I was going to just go 南山竹海. But when we came back to the hotel, it rained outside so I decided to go to the hot spring. It was really nice. Because I thought it would be small, but it was really nice to have a big place and facilities. I don't remember person in charge what name was. But I really appreciate their kindness and plus there was one guy who was really passionate to take pictures. Their picture quality was really good.

HHandsome2482This place is a mountain area, great for relaxing and good for couples enjoying their private time. There is no TV in the room, which is good because you do not want distraction. A really good place for reflection and Getaway from the hustling and bustling life.
The service provided is great, and very prompt. They also provide transport back to the train station.
If you want to have dinner at their premises, do note that you need to pre-book with them. Or you could call delivery.

MMilos TosicWonderful resort. The swimming pool is excellent because it has a section for children and for adults and it is connected. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. Within the resort there is also a lake with a children's playground and a small zoo. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. we will definitely come back here. 😁😁😁

GGästanvändareThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

CChristian SteinertHidden in the mountains and therefore quiet, family oriented hotel. Rooms were a bit old but more or less clean. Pool, lake and Hotsprings looked nice, but not too much else to do there. Restaurant is in the basement where food was just okay and not special. Free Coffee all day at least and more water was also supplied. We went rafting afterwards, what the kids liked a lot :-)

GGästanvändareThe location is perfect. It is just next to Tianmu Lake Park. The staff is very helpful and offer extra assistance to make our visit to places of interest a breeze and our stay a memorable one. The hotel even gave us an upgrade so that we have a wonderful lake view right from our bed. The breakfast is good too.

AAnonym användare春節假期來溧陽旅行，入住了兩天。找酒店時對比了很多家，最後選了萬楓。因為酒店比較新，而且是萬豪系的，所以入住前還是抱着挺高期待的。
不過入住了兩天後，覺得在服務和細節上還是有很多很多可以提高的地方：
1. 客房衞生條件有待提高。剛辦好入住進了房間就發現床邊還有之前客人留下的橘子皮。在那麼明顯的位置沒打掃乾淨，清潔質量是存在問題的。
2. 早餐的管理值得商榷。可能是因為春節期間客房入住率高的原因，早餐用餐高峯期人滿為患。跟菜場一樣，第一天我們進去後半天沒找到座位。建議在高峯期可以限制一下客流，如果已經滿座的話，可以讓後面來的客人有序排隊等待進場，我想大家都是能夠理解和配合的。
3. 工作人員服務存在疏忽。第二天早餐就餐時，餐廳裏有個熊孩子拿了隔壁健身房的一個大啞鈴在餐廳裏亂跑。我注意觀察了一下，熊孩子至少從3個服務生面前跑過，但沒有任何一個人進行勸阻。不知道是沒看到，還是潛意識裡覺得這是一個可以被認可的行為。
4. 品控細節有瑕疵。入住兩天每天都送了歡迎水果，本來是件讓人覺得暖心的事。但是第二天收到的水果裏，有個沙糖桔爛了一個洞。如果是用心在準備水果的話，我也覺得這個問題是可以被避免的。
5. 硬件問題。由於酒店比較新，所以客房設施基本都是不錯的，但有兩個我認為是比較大的硬傷。一是wifi速度比較拉胯，是好是壞。有時**刷個視頻都會卡很久，我特意用測網速的app測了一下，發現衹有10兆的網速，而且延遲嚴重。這種問題在這麼大的酒店裡是不應該的。第二個是洗澡水時冷時熱，特別不是舒適。不知道是我們這個房間的問題還是通病，希望可以維修一下。
第一次對酒店寫了這麼多的評論，希望酒店可以有則改之 無則加勉。在服務的細節方面提升客人的入住體驗。
