"環境很好，在市中心，但是很安靜，房間乾淨整潔，吃的也很不錯，主要是服務真的好，晚上我們去的比較晚，還安排人幫我們拖行李上樓，送夜宵我們吃，對孩子們也很好，送了過年的零食，因為是家庭組團來的，怕大人沒券，早餐券特意送了三張我們，非常好，真的很棒，來河南，這個地方住的最舒心"

"這個酒店的點評有點難。住遍全國的酒店。這是唯一一個吃不上早餐的。原因是：網上預訂的時候，衹有兩份早餐和無早餐，沒有一份早餐。這種情況在西藏，青海和吉林的酒店很人性化的會贈送一份早餐。這個酒店很冷冰冰的，經攜程溝通也不行。誰都不在乎一份早餐，關鍵是酒店要有一份早餐的價格項，方便客人預訂的時候直接訂。這樣平台、酒店和客人三方都方便。否則的話，三方都麻煩，浪費很多社會資源。而且到的時候大門沒有禮賓，空盪盪的。也沒有人幫助提一下行李。前台的服務基本上業務水平不行。沒有禮貌用語，沒有微笑符，更沒有規範的服務。可見酒店的管理水平很差。工作人員整體的精神風貌不行，沒有工作的熱情和積極性。好像都在應付。住過全國的酒店。有幾個我心目中的黑名單：告訴大家，方便大家在預訂的時候多加小心。1.天津賓館（非收按金，不交按金不讓住），很多酒店經過溝通，如沒有別的消費，就很人性化的不受按金。2.漯河迎賓館。3.新疆阿拉爾塔河景觀酒店，新疆伊吾沙楊胡酒店，非常小氣，斤斤計較，一瓶水都不給。而且服務非常差。"
