"Overall very nice hotel. All of us in the group got upgraded to a bigger room which is clean and big and comes with a nice bathtub. The only downside is it’s seems to be further away from the central strip but it’s ok for us since nothing much to do in Mohe itself."

"在攜程低價訂了個四星級的酒店，沒想到能這麼好！尤其讚賞他們的服務：因為一覺睡到了9:00，早餐錯過了點，打電話問前台時，本就沒抱什麼希望，但前台問過餐飲部以後，餐飲部特別為我們準備了一點早餐，他們在收拾物品的同時，還叫我們不要着急，慢慢吃。必須贊！"

"Well located. New but design clearly full of after thoughts. For example odd wires sticking out because of after the event design alterations. Toilet and shower doors are transparent which is quite silly. Even families staying together don’t necessarily want to see one another in the buff. Hotel is a work in progress with renovation going on. Free Chinese style simple breakfast provided which was a nice touch. Toiletries not the best quality. Still, probably one of the better hotels in rustic Mohe."

The International Conference Center (Guoji Huiyi Zhongxin) consists of four European-style villas. Ten minutes' drive will see guests to Mohe Airport. Eight private dining rooms can accommodate 10 to 26 people in the restaurant and medium-sized restaurant. A teahouse is also available.This Mohe hotel offers a large banquet hall, auditorium and meeting rooms.Guests can unwind in the hotel's bath center, work out in the fitness center or take advantage of the hotel's car services to explore the area.

"設施：確實裝修比較舊了，但是夠用，熱水挺熱的，就是花灑水壓有點小，水不沖，沒有全屋智能，有中央空調和暖氣。衞生：乾淨，但是我感覺給我們升級的那個套房太大了，像是打掃完好幾天都沒人住的樣子。不過酒店的毛巾、浴巾還有浴袍確實都洗不出來了，顏色發黃，我們都不敢用，希望酒店能換一批新的毛巾環境：窗景好看，停車位多，不過是分佈在好幾棟，有可能辦理入住和實際入住的不在一個樓裏，走起來有點麻煩。服務：我們到酒店的時候都夜裡11點了，開進院子裏很黑，有點害怕，而且我們是先進的門口這棟樓，但是立了個牌子説要辦理入住，要去另一棟樓，摸黑走到另一棟樓裏，前台也沒人，不過給打電話的話前台很快就有人出來幫我們辦理入住了，前台應該也覺得我們摸着黑走來走去不方便，就給我們升級了房型，安排了同一棟樓的房間。不愧是國際化的酒店，前台還是挺有禮貌的。早餐的時間段我們根本起不來，所以沒有吃。第2天我們還在這個酒店附近住的，10點多的時候園區裏還是亮的，衹是漠河這邊關燈比較早吧，11點以後就都黑了"

In addition, there is a coffee shop serving Chinese style breakfast and Western style snacks.Three small and medium sized meeting rooms can accommodate groups from 20 to 80.When it comes to relaxation, guests will find a leisure club in the basement which houses a swimming pool, gym, spa, massage room, bath center and beauty salon.

"酒店位於北極村景區內，本以為位置環境會給出遊帶來很多便利，但恰恰相反。住店客人必須購買景區門票和觀光車票，乘坐景區的觀光車才能進入，車要停在景區外，這對自駕的客人很不方便；而酒店在預訂時未申明這一情況。房間雖然很大，但使用起來並不舒服，如空間利用率不高，房間空了不少地方，可洗澡間卻小的轉不開身，該有插座的地方沒插座…可以看出裝修時考慮得不周全。設施設備也比較老舊了，燈光有點昏暗，甚至有幾個燈都不亮。前台的服務也跟不上，沒有主動為客人解決問題的態度和意識。早餐很一般，與其價位不匹配。總之，這次入住體驗是這次出遊以來最差的！"

"北極村在旺季不讓私家車隨意進村了，這個酒店距離村中心4公里左右，可以乘坐環線大巴，觀光敞篷車去，出門不太方便，需要等環線大巴，酒店設施有點陳舊，沒有空調設定，儘管山裡二十度左右，但是我覺着該有的設施應該有，屋子比較寬敞，床也比較舒服，衞生也不錯，就是去的太晚了，沒體驗到酒店特色的按摩，葯浴等收費服務。"

"酒店從硬件設施方面説，可以堪稱五星級別，但是，這家酒店的服務，簡直是太差了！感覺還不如80年代的國營賓館。早餐特別差，柿子椒炒肉沒有肉，芹菜肉絲沒有肉絲，西紅柿炒雞蛋幾乎看不到雞蛋，服務員沒有禮貌，沒有笑容，就跟誰欠了他們家一樣。滿世界張貼“大字報”，就怕來吃飯的旅客都是“偷雞摸狗”之輩。我的評價很真實，也很客觀，如果這家酒店想有更好的口碑，從酒店的管理到服務人員的培訓，必須要有足夠的改進才行。"

"有一説一，先説優點：#服務服務態度很好，笑臉迎人，非常親和，也幫忙收外賣#衞生新的民宿，非常乾淨整潔#房間景觀綠草茵茵，舒服安靜再説不足之處：#位置交通處於新區，距離縣城中心北極星廣場和漠河舞廳、餐飲旺區有1.7公里，出入需要打車，而且漠河出租車遇到三次起價的，本地人5元，遊客6-10元，去火車站本地人10元，遊客15-20元，就是有被坑的感覺。現在對面有施工的別墅，有一點灰塵，但是噪音不大，晚上不會施工，還是很安靜的。我們淡季來的，沒看到什麼遊客，民宿一共有7座別墅，估計也有二三十個客房吧，當天我看到就衹開了兩個房間，第二天我的火車是下午4點，諮詢前台能不能延時到2點退房，回覆是我們的房間已經有人預訂，不能延時。當然，我們是11:50分退房，準時把房間騰出來，這也不能為難前台，前台姐姐也是非常禮貌的，其實不延時也是情理之中。衹是如果有下午航班或者火車的遊客，可以做好心理準備，這家民宿大概率是不能延時退房的。"

"賓館對面就是黑龍江碑，房間裏就能看到東流的黑龍江。賓館距北極村的交通集散地也僅5分鐘步行路程。看到我們年紀大了，賓館服務員主動幫我們搬運行李上下樓。園區交通司機服務好，下大雨時車直接開到園區門口停車場自駕車旁邊。賓館早歺很一般，這樣不菲的房價沒有咖啡、牛奶，豆漿味道也極淡。"
