"房間新穎舒適，有落地窗和陽台，房間明亮乾淨無異味霉味，有衣櫃、保險箱、小冰箱、床頭兩邊都可充電，冷氣溫度可調整至舒服的溫度，浴室有雙蓮蓬頭水壓大水溫也很好調整。大廳還有提供小點心、小餅乾、咖啡包、茶包自行取用。重點是價位合理CP高，很棒的民宿。
老闆還有兩隻出門會自動回家的店貓很可愛。住宿地點距離離恆春轉運站走路大約5分鐘，距離恆春老街也很近。"

"the room is spacious and facilities are really good for kids. especially the slide from 8/F to G/F. It was amazing. but I have doubt on their cleanliness. The floor corners are full of dust and seems not completely clean by the housekeeping."

Våra rum är dubbelrum, på första våningen, upp till japanska vardagsrum, ner till badrummet, med stora badrum och smarta lådor.Även om sovrummet är i källaren, är det inte fuktigt.Rummen är på havet, boss och fru är mycket entusiastisk och har en buss som kan transporteras till Martin Street Night Market. Hotellet har två alternativ: kinesisk och västlig frukost, frukost skickas till rum, frukost känns bra för havet, jag rekommenderar kinesisk frukost, mycket smakfull.

Rarely write a review. But this time the service worths it. The Typhoon brought a lot of inconvenience in the suburban area. It’s hard to get to anywhere due to the heavy rain. While the host is very kind and warm-hearted. She asked my request and gave a hand without any hesitation. She drove me to the bus station, made early checked in for me. I’m really appreciative of these. Although the trip was bothered by the weather, it’s still a very nice experience. Thank you so much.

Due to the server weather, we asked hotel to provide exception refund. But hotel refused and my families and I had to travel in huge danger in order not to waste the full fee. I found the management in Volando hotel is unreasonable. If something happened during our trip, would they be responsible?

第二次入住，房間空間很大，非常舒適，停車場也大，停車方便，早餐非常豐盛美味，唯一的缺點是離市中心遠一點，進出購物吃飯可能需要開車，而且價格非常便宜，是非常物超所值的住宿選擇。

Been using this hotel ever since visit Hengchun. Slight south of Bus station but it a good stop for those with bike and bicycles. It a short walk after South Gate coning from bus station. You can get recommended scooter rental through them.

位置比較適合有交通工具的旅人，因為建築物本身圓形設計，可以利用的空間相對較小導致停車格也是很剛好的大小，車子較大就需要特別注意，不小心會有擦傷的機會。 無邊際游泳池做像魚缸透明設計，可以看到全身，半開放式若有太陽也不至於太熱。 teamlab 晚上在三樓公共空間很驚艷。 值得帶小朋友去體驗。 入住迎賓茶沒有小餅乾略微可惜，免費綠豆蒜開放時間接近晚餐時間，若習慣五點吃晚餐就比較沒有辦法嚐到。

優點：房間隔音好，地下有停車場，浴室大
缺點：給了第一間房，房間內床鋪還未使用，一進房洗手發現洗手台阻塞水降的慢，跟櫃檯反應後房務檢查說要拆開洗手台清理，因為還有行程要走所以要求換房，需要溝通兩次才願意換。
換了新一間房後洗手台沒問題，但是電視遙控無法使用，所以又請櫃檯來檢查後是電池沒電，等弄好後行程也delay了！
冷氣很冷，但是溫度調高至設定溫度後，冷氣啟動送風時會有一股悶臭酸味襲來，必須把冷氣溫度降低才不會有味道！建議還是需要常清洗冷氣。
另外房間內有個非常大聲的機器運轉聲，原本以為是廁所抽風機，最後發現是小冰箱運轉的聲音（冰箱內刻度在中間尚未調整），音量大到有些擾人。

Swan lake villa is a very nice n beautiful place to stay. Staffs are friendly and patients. The room are big and we have a lake view room. Many amenities are free to use for hotel guests. There are free boat ride and little animals to see. Suitable for family with kids as well. The pool is big but need maintenance. You can even park your car just outside the lot of your room. Night time is quite n cozy environment.Overall we enjoyed our stay for 2D1N. Best part is you can find Merlion here!!😘🥰😍
