Comfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

How does a stay being outstanding from others with same location, same scenery and surroundings? These are the important points that affects me: 1. The service 2. The cleanliness 3. The connection (with their guest) Hechu Minsu gives me the best experience with all the above. Awesome stays with them! Although they require a certain amount of deposit, look at the amenities and facilities, to me, it's necessary and it's refundable anyway. The quality of the stays come from a bad experience of the Minsu owner in other places, thus she set the standard with hers. Will definitely come back!

Wonderfull getaway. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice view. We enjoy everything. However there’s one suggestion, to have more options for breakfast, like toasts with butter and jam, croissants and fruits.

Jag hade inga förväntningar på pensionatet, efter att ha haft en rad besvikelser tidigare, men det här i Wanfenglin överträffade verkligen mina förväntningar. Vårt flyg var försenat med tre timmar, och vi anlände till pensionatet sent på kvällen, men ägaren väntade fortfarande på oss och hjälpte till med vårt bagage. Deras service var exceptionellt bra. Rummet var rymligt och rent, och badrummet hade separat dusch och toalett – jag var nöjd med allt. Miljö: Pensionatet ligger i byn Shangnahui, omgivet av berg, och erbjuder vacker utsikt från rummen. Det är inte långt från gatan med stekt ris och populära kaféer, allt inom gångavstånd från sightseeingvägen. Service: All personal var mycket välkomnande och hälsade oss välkommen när vi gick och kom tillbaka på morgonen. Även om frukostutbudet inte var omfattande, var nudlarna och riset nylagat och smakade utmärkt.

Extremt nöjd! Rummet var fantastiskt och rymligt, beläget halvvägs upp på berget, med utsikt över soluppgången från motsatt sida 🌅. Personalen på pensionatet var ung och vänlig, hjälpte oss med vårt bagage och rekommenderade bra lokala restauranger. Vi behövde inte ens gå ut och äta; maten de lagade var utsökt!!! Och priserna var mycket rimliga!! Rekommenderas starkt!!

Pensionatet ligger bredvid Bagua-fältet. Videon filmades från pensionatets trädgård och vårt rum på tredje våningen. På dagen för vår incheckning ringde ägaren och uppgraderade oss proaktivt från ett tatamirum på andra våningen till ett rum på tredje våningen och sa att utsikten skulle bli ännu bättre. Och utsikten var verkligen exceptionell och vacker! Under vår vistelse var personalen otroligt varm och artig. Varje morgon hälsade de oss varmt och frågade vad vi ville ha till frukost. Frukosten var nylagad och vackert presenterad, en riktig bonus. Servicen var också fantastisk. Eftersom vårt flyg gick klockan 17.00 lät ägaren oss vänligen låta vårt barn ta en tupplur innan vi checkade ut klockan 15.00. De gav oss till och med omtänksamt en hemgjord present. Det var en underbar vistelse, och jag skulle definitivt välja att bo här igen om jag någonsin besöker Wanfenglin.

Hotel offers welcoming luxury pick up transportation and drop off services from either airport or high speed stations. There are complimentary fruit baskets and generous drinks and snacks on the stilt room we stayed with good view. The village is very scenic and food was considerably reasonable within the village. Performances was held in the evening with interesting steel fire show, singing and dancing along with Buyi cultural show. The room is relaxing and I suggest have at least spend a night in this village to enjoy to the fullest.

There were many shops and restaurants around the hotel.  After 7 pm, a night market was also open next to the hotel.   The hotel upgraded us to a bigger room and gave us free daily breakfast and snacks.  The room was very comfortable and the view from 26th floor was amazing.

Den här gången är det mycket bekvämt att bo, rummet är rent och rent, sängen är mjuk och luktigt.Receptionen är entusiastisk, effektiv, allmänt lugn och bekvämt, prisvärt, kommer att komma igen nästa gång, verkligen rekommenderas!

The best thing about the place is the location. You can walk to the fields and easily drive anywhere you need to go in the area. The car park only fits six cars. The decor makes the rooms seem run down. Bugs can come in through the cracks of the front doors. There’s no soundproofing and heard someone talking very loudly for a long time, as if lecturing two children, when I wanted to rest. Breakfast was terrible, with some dishes not tasting good and guests having to find staff to ask for refills. No water provided at breakfast. The accommodation calls itself a resort but no welcome gift was provided and the spa wasn’t working, both of which were advertised when we booked.
