"Lovely place! An oasis of peace nature and tranquility in urban region. We booked this hotel due to proximity to airport not knowing that it is a animal nature attraction. The location is remote and next to the lake with well appointed rooms excellent food and exceptionally kind restaurant staff and management. Employee 221 was even so kind to take us to airport himself once we explained how important is for us to get to airport in time and how concerned we are that as foreigners we may not be able to request taxi or didi in time. Overall I would recommend this hotel without reserve for families and business travellers alike. It is restful in nature and with kind people."

"房間在別墅區，可能因為是一樓，早上其它客房打掃，退房人員走動會有點吵，對睡眠淺的人不友好。早餐是固定品種建議後面在豐富一點，可以添加小孩早餐類別。別墅區整體環境非常好，距離千古情也很近，下次出行還是會首選。"

"衞生乾淨整潔，房間面積也大，環境十分優美，園區綠化多，餐廳，足浴，商店都有，簡直是一站式服務啊，停車位也非常多，進出門也不用取停車票，進去很方便，離高速路口也近，這次衝著千古情來的，幾分鐘就到了，服務員無論是前台還是客房阿姨都非常有禮貌，出門遇見我們就打招呼，服務非常熱情暖心，特別是房間水喝完了，前台拿給我們的水都是加熱了的，冬天感覺十分暖心，設施設備都很新，用起來方便周到，價格也不貴，性價比很高，不愧是四星級酒店，很滿意的入住體驗，朋友們都很滿意，約好下次還要來住維納斯，非常愉快的一次住宿體驗，特地寫個小作文，推薦一下"
