這次入住真的讓我感受到了家人般的温暖和貼心！ 來這邊旅遊，特意去嚐了當地超有名的牛骨湯，想着補補身體，結果喝完回到酒店前台，突然就頭暈目眩，呼吸都變得困難，渾身發軟站不穩，當時整個人都慌了。 就在我手足無措的時候，前台小妹立刻跑過來扶住我，小心翼翼地把我攙到旁邊的沙發上歇着，還馬上沖了一杯温熱的蜂蜜水遞給我緩解不適。看我狀態一直不好，小妹絲毫沒有慌亂，一邊輕聲安撫我別害怕，一邊果斷幫我撥打了 120，全程陪着我直到救護車趕到，還細心地聯繫了我的家人説明情況。 到醫院檢查後才知道是腎結石發作，也算有驚無險。讓我沒想到的是，酒店知道我的情況後，特意派人帶着果籃和鮮花來醫院看望我，叮囑我好好休養，還主動幫忙協調後續的退**宜。 從突發不適時的及時援手，到事後的暖心探望，這家酒店的服務真的超出了我的預期。他們不是把客人當顧客，而是真的當成家人來對待。這樣有温度的酒店，以後不管來多少次，我都衹選這家！

Overall Nice and Clean environment, enjoyed Breakfast at Revolving Restaurant. Service could have been more efficient if the Captain of the restaurant had shown More effort instead of declining it. (No, phrase as usual). Overall Modern Hotel at the center of City.

一定要這家酒店服務點個贊 春節雙床房像搶一樣，好不容易搶下一間，才發現寫着“窗户對過道” 到前台商量，沒想到帥哥會陪着我們看房，從兩間房中自己選擇一間，其實過道還是對外的，衹是和對面的樓隔得比較近而已。 房間很大，空間很大，還送了三張早餐券，自助早餐意外得好，有魚有蝦還有雞 牛腩，還有當地特色豬腸粉，樹葉搭，早餐的現磨咖啡豆子用得不錯 特別要表揚一下安保大哥，還會幫忙洗車 賓館每層都有兩個洗衣房，配四台洗衣機，這一點也是很意外的 豬腸粉是用大米磨成漿加上佐料蒸熟後，再將粉皮捲起成長條形，因其狀如豬腸而得名，以特別嫩滑為著稱。粉皮具有白、薄、滑的特點，可稱得上“白如雪，薄如紙，油光閃亮，香滑可口”。豬腸粉不同於腸粉，雷州的豬腸粉裹滿花生粒，甜中帶鹹，粉皮軟糯順滑，當然，可以根據個人喜好加蛋、肉、蝦仁、臘腸、叉燒、豬腸、排骨等等。 樹葉餅，也稱“樹葉搭”。葉搭餅   餡料多元 葉搭餅外層用的是菠蘿葉，餡料有鹹有甜，可根據個人口味製作，有椰絲芝麻餡、木瓜絲餡、花生白糖餡等等。在雷州，農村裡逢年過節葉搭餅必不可少。 從味道上分，樹葉餅一般有甜味和鹹味兩種;若按製作“餅皮”的原料來分，又可分為糯米樹葉餅（用糯米粉製作）和番薯樹葉餅（用番薯粉製作）。樹葉餅原為雷州半島民間過年時製作的食品，如今在當地的市面一年四季都有擺賣。樹葉餅粘軟、鬱香、味美，而且適宜較長時間存留（若存留時間較長，再次蒸熱或蒸軟後又可食用，味道同蒸熟時相差不大），是一種大眾化的四時佳食。

With the cost and these wonderful services, —＞ excellence👏👏👏👏 It is also very near to shopping mall, Walmart. So convenience! Except, there are only 2 elevators to serves all people stay as guests of hotel and other local people that stay as apartment here. I fall in love with this hotel!

非常滿意！ 辦理入住前台非常熱情，日常有任何需求也能很快解決。 客房打掃非常好，雖然房間能看出來有些年代了，但是能感覺阿姨每天都認真打掃，而且看見我們洗了衣服，還主動幫忙掛了一根晾衣繩，非常貼心。 樓下的餐廳也很好吃，不需要專門去別的地方打卡早茶，和這裏的味道也差不多。 唯一的問題是入住時發現手持淋浴頭漏水，實在有點擔心前面的客人幹了什麼。 其他各方面都很不錯，在過年這種爆滿的情況下服務到位，價格合理，滿意！

We chose this hotel for its convenient location—just a short walk to the shopping mall—and were pleased with several aspects of our stay. The rooms are genuinely smoke-free and fresh, which we greatly appreciated. Generally, the service from the front desk was polite and helpful. Special mention to staff 6018 for allowing a late check out. Breakfast: The offering was focusing on staple carbohydrates like rice, congee, noodles, and buns. However, given that the hotel's restaurant specializes in local dim sum, it felt like a missed opportunity not to feature a few of these signature items on the breakfast buffet. A curated selection would have elevated the meal from simply filling to a more distinctive and enjoyable experience. Areas for Improvement: Our stay was impacted by a few operational inconsistencies. The most noticeable was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel corridors, which contrasted with the clean air in the rooms. We also encountered a persistent issue with a malfunctioning toilet in our first room. While the front desk was responsive in offering a room change, the process became confusing due to conflicting messages from different staff members. This back-and-forth, which lasted into the late evening, was frustrating. The situation was only resolved when we firmly communicated our need to change rooms. We hope the hotel can improve internal communication to handle such issues more seamlessly. A small suggestion for enhanced service would be more proactive assistance with luggage, especially for elderly guests, when staff are available. In summary, this is a hotel with strong positives: a great location and clean, comfortable rooms. We would consider staying again, hoping the operational hiccups we faced are addressed. With a few refinements—particularly to leverage its culinary strength at breakfast—it has clear potential to be excellent.

標榜五星級酒店，但是服務意識完全達不到普通連鎖酒店，差評： 1.前台服務態度差，不專業，無服務意識，回覆問題不耐煩，當客人的外賣機器人送不到的時候不會自己搭電梯送一下。 2.部分服務人員無服務意識，與服務人員同乘電梯，服務人員會先一步出去，且29號的清潔阿姨服務態度差、懶惰，陰陽怪氣。 3.早餐性價比低，標註價格88元，實際價值18都不值。 好評：1. 30-1號的14樓服務人員態度都非常好。 2. 店內設施齊全，養生館服務態度好，技術好。

The staffs are very warm, friendly and helpful to serve. The location of the hotel was nice. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around hotel. There is parking lot where is convenient to park and reach to hotel. The room was very clean. The breakfast is very rich enough.

Great Service and Comfortable Rooms, but Location Was Misleading The hotel service and room environment were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I was misled by the location: 1. There is no proper drop-off area at the main entrance, which makes access a bit inconvenient. 2. Although the hotel is named after Wanda Plaza, it actually takes about 10 minutes to walk there, so it’s not as close as expected. That said, I want to give special thanks to the hotel staff. My daughter accidentally left behind her stuffed toy, and the staff promptly called us and arranged to have it mailed back. We are truly grateful for their thoughtfulness and care.

The hotel is not bad, the room is actually pretty good, you get your own mini swimming pool, however there are 2 things I was very unhappy with. First, the swimming pool floor and walls felt slimy, so the feeling while swimming we wasn't very pleasant. The natural pool the room is connected to my stairs is not really clean and you are recommended to not swim in there, so if you're thinking you'll get some sort of private beach, you won't, it's dirty. Everything else was fine. Breakfast is what they give you, so you have no choices and you better drive a car because other food options are not close. Your dog is allowed to be with you, that's a big pro and the room had a little yard which made conviennent for us having a dog with us.
