Only 30 minutes from the Putuo Mountain scenic area and the World Ocean Park, this hotel offers guests a great chance to explore the sights of Zhoushan.The hotel’s rooms are beautifully decorated and well equipped with the latest modern conveniences.Diners can head to the restaurant which serves both Chinese and Western styles, and specializes in Zhoushan seafood, while the elegant dining hall is ideal for holding banquets and wedding ceremonies.There are 10 meeting rooms of different sizes in the hotel, and a function hall that can hold 1,000 people.Other facilities include a gym, a bathing center and a disco.
"It appears efficiency is a key at this hotel. Requests were actioned very promptly. Cleaning staff did a nice job. Room was a good size and mostly in good condition. Plenty of stains on the carpet in the room though, and the room entry door frame was partly torn away from the wall. Service was very good, though it was four days before any staff so much as smiled. Efficiency but not much in the way of warmth towards guests. While some rooms are non-smoking, most of the hotel seems fair game for smoking including halls, washrooms, elevators, etc. Cigarette butts to be found and smell throughout. Apparently the hotel must be very pet friendly given the dog that was brought into the restaurant at breakfast. Acceptable all around, but not sure I would opt for this hotel again."

Удобства в номере совпадают с описанием (зубная щетка, полотенца, бумага, моющие средства, тапочки, халат и т.д), имеется холодильник, телевизор, диван, кровать, рабочий стол; 5. Обслуживание в номерах хорошее, всего в достатке для рабочей поездки; 6. В гостинице имеется спортивный зал, бассейн, СПА; 7. Рядом с гостиницей много кафе и ресторанов (китайские, японские и европейские), где можно покушать. В общем рекомендую для проживания. Цена проживания соответствует условиям"

"第一次來舟山，在網上看的這個酒店，隨便選的一家，性價比很不錯，來了之後工作人員的服務態度也很積極，環境很優美，風景秀麗，空氣清新，衞生打掃得也很乾凈，很不錯。附近吃東西或者點外賣也很方便，可以送到樓下。從這裏到蜈蚣峙碼頭也才十分鐘，樓下有停車場和充電樁，有不懂的我都直接問前台，前台回覆的也很及時。周邊景點也都集中在這附近，下次還來。"

"Excellent. The quality is really good compared to the price. The breakfast is very decent. The cake at the cafe is nice. Complimentary tea & cookies at the lobby are very good. When we saw the tea table at the business corner. We instantly fell in love with it and asked the receptionist to use it. Too bad that it’s private and not in use. But she offered to bring tea set to our room for us too. Full Chinese tea set. I’m totally mind blowing. The best hotel and area I’m staying so far during my trip to China (Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Xi’an)"

"Stayed here for 6 nights and had no issues at all. The staff were all nice and accommodating. The room was cleaned very well, had a nice shower, good soundproofing, comfortable mattress and pillows. There are a lot of restaurants, bubble tea shops, and convenience stores nearby so you'll be fine even as a foreigner that can't order delivery food."

"stay for 2 nights at this very new hotel from 3/24 to 3/26. Mr.Huang and Ms.Chen are very helpful and nice. They arrange pick-up and drop-off at the airport with SUV as per my request by phone as we are travelling with 2 big 30” heavy luggages and 1 hand carry luggage. The hotel is about 1km away from the biggest shopping mall in Zhoushan downtown, they offer very good breakfast start at 630am for free, and some snack, coffee and bottle water for free. A good stay and will come back for sure."

GGästanvändare房間面朝大海，我們的在拐角剛好 對着小海灣，看着對面的山，風景絕美，房間硬件顯示老闆的用心，全自動調控，就是按鍵太多，要研究還一陣子。我最喜歡的是這家民宿的餐廳，梭子蟹炒年糕連吃兩天，老闆會根據我們的需要，向漁船購買相應的海鮮。味道是花錢也在城裡吃不到的。民宿裏東崖絕壁僅5分鐘步行，建議凌晨花這個門票錢看中國第一縷陽光，其他時間就不要去了。無人村應該在5-8月比較好，我們國慶期間去，很多綠植已經敗了，沒那麼好看。去嵊山島主要去吃海鮮，不要比價格，越好的東西越貴。

VVictor RUWe had a lovely stay at Sea Cliff Hotel for May 1st break. This is what I liked: - buying ship ticket for May holiday was mission impossible, starting with Tickets App not accepting foreign passports. Hotel helped me with arranging the tickets both ways, even after there were no tickets online (sold out in 20 min) - they arranged a pick us up on arrival and brought us back to the pier on departure - hotel has an excellent sea view location, very silent and sea centric rooms, same for restaurant - everything is modern, I specifically liked ability to share Apple screens on TV in the room, great way to review photos and watch own movies in the evening - good breakfast 8 to 9AM, you can come 8:45 and enjoy a late breakfast as well; we also had late lunch in hotel restaurant on arrival, great food, great to seat outside, flexible working hours (not closed 14-17!), actually I liked their meals more than what we had on the main beach top restaurant, finally reception can brew you a coffee though bit hot - there is 20 min walk from the hotel for a great bay and coffee place to watch sunset, excellent experience and no need to wake up early - hotel was always online on WeChat to address any issues or questions, including how to organize a day, fantastic services! - hotel has own beach area, looks like good to swim, I will consider for summer, water is clean on the island, and this is just couple of hours from Shanghai - small drawback: fishing boats pass by from early morning, this may disturb your morning sleep ;) - other thing the bed is a bit too hard for my back, but where did you see soft beds in China? Overall: highly recommended!

GGästanvändareWe love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

AAnonym användare普陀山碼頭接送:海景酒店會專門派專車專人來接送，真的很方便，尤其家裡有長者孩子的話，這個服務我覺得特別受用。 環境：就在百步沙灘景區那邊，風景不用多説，衹要天公作美，第二天妥妥的坐在床上就可以看日出。太美了！！！ 服務：有免費早餐服務，然後這家海景民宿後面有一家叫漫月餐廳。雖然環境其貌不揚，但是他們家海鮮還特別的好吃和新鮮。很推薦！！ 然後這家民宿最棒的一點就是它的位置真的特別好方便，所以去普濟寺，法雨寺，善財洞，還有包括去南海觀音，不肯去觀音廟那邊其實都很方便。處在一箇中間的核心位置。説實話，價格是不便宜的，但整個普陀山上住宿其實都不便宜。所以綜合對比下來，我認為他還是有一定的性價比的，至少這個風景絕對是千金不換。話不多説了，上圖！！！

WWarren TanadaService by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

YykchowVery friendly and helpful reception counter services. They were very patient to answer all your questions and it was free to keep your huge luggage in the reception counter before going in to PuTuaShan. And vegetarian lunch was available in the resort hotel restaurant at CNY39 per person. I would highly recommend to spend a night here and spend at least half a day to visit the Kuan Yin Fa Jie 普陀山观音法界. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The furnishing was new and looked fresh. 2 bottles of water and basic toiletories were provided (except shaver). Less than 10m walk to Wugongshi Wharf.

The view from the balcony was truly beautiful, we ate at the Westin (they offer a breakfast and dinner buffet), they also have a vegetarian restaurant behind the main restaurant area. Definitely recommend this option for meals, the quality is great and the buffet is from 530pm - 9pm. Access buffet tickets through scanning the code, don’t let people trick you into buying tickets at higher prices, ask for the QR code/ mini program to buy meal vouchers. We were tricked into buying meal vouchers through the hotel as we arrived for a slightly higher price. Then soon learnt that you can buy them for cheaper on their mini program! Beach access - locals need to show ID and pay 10rmb. Although we had mostly cloudy days, the environment is very comfortable and the food from the Westin was delicious.
