The construction uses a myriad of natural, stones, woods, and other native materials to meld the property into the Costa Rican landscape. The living and dining space are an open concept extending up to the 2 story roof line.The kitchen features all modern high end appliances and ample seating for 6 at the massive kitchen island. The kitchen opens up to a covered terrace with a hand carved table which can seat up to 15; making the spaces a perfect combination for entertaining and lounging. You will find 2 guest suites with queen size beds on the lower level, each with access to their own full bathes. Both of these guest suites have access to a shared outside terrace that leads to the property's private pool. Head upstairs and you will find a large 3rd guest bedroom with a queen and twin bed; perfect setup for a kids suite . Also located on the 2nd floor is the huge master suite, adorned with a king size bed and separate seating areas.
