We had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. The surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking scenery that left us in awe. Every aspect of the resort was meticulously organized, creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed the expansive pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly; it truly made our visit unforgettable!

A great hotel with an awesome breakfast. Right near the metro and tram stops. A little dated but nothing too major. The water pressure in the shower is incredible! Internet fast enough for calls, around 50mb/s

Efter en trevlig dag i Cesky Krumlov checkade vi in ​​på hotellet igen nästa eftermiddag. My friend and I were truly amazed when we saw our apartment – it exceeded our expectations! The location of the apartment was near the historical center. However, we did experience a minor inconvenience on August 15, 2025. At first, we received an email stating that check-in was at 3:00 PM, but after refreshing the app, the time suddenly changed to 4:00 PM. I immediately contacted the reception via email to let them know that I was already in front of the apartment and had planned everything according to the original check-in time. The receptionist was very professional and reassured me that I could still check in at 3:00 PM. She provided me with a working access code, and we were able to enter the apartment without any further issues. I really appreciated her quick and calm response, especially considering that she manages 20 other buildings. Her promptness made a great impression! The apartment had new and modern furnishings. The bathroom was well equipped with its own hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, hand cream, and towels. The kitchen featured a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary ristretto and lungo capsules, as well as a selection of teas. There was also a kettle, stovetop, microwave, and all the necessary kitchenware like plates, glasses, and pots. The entire room was equipped with a smart system — for example, if the window was open, the air conditioning would automatically turn off. The AC itself was cleverly designed, as it was positioned low but still cooled the room effectively. The TV was a smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, a web browser, YouTube, and regular TV channels. The room was equipped with an iron and ironing board inside the wardrobe. We will definitely return in the near future to the botanist.

Before my trip, I wrote and requested a comfortable and quiet room. When I arrived, they gave me one on the top floor and the ceiling was the roof, which made the room smaller. It was not pleasant or comfortable. I asked for a room change, but I had to pay the difference and it was only for the last 2 days of my stay, so I didn't do it.

Beautifully design room, spacious and comfy and clean. Location is excellent being in the centre of old town entrance, between old and new town. 15 min walk to Charles bridge through old town. Highly recommended!

This hotel's location is its strongest point - its a single tram ride to the Old town or the main train station. It does go down-hill from this point on. The weakest point of this hotel is the staff. The receptionist (fair hair, glasses, on duty afternoon 25/09/25 and morning 26/09/25) was positively rude, and it marred the whole experience of the stay in this hotel. When I enquired about the breakfast options (continental vs. cooked) the reply I got was: 'explain the difference'. When I asked about the tram number to the Old town's main square, the reply was ' you have to read the signs on the tram stop'. When I asked to put the suitcase in the storeroom, a very stern (if not aggressive): 'you bring me the key back immediately' was hurled at me... During the 24 hour stay, there wasn't a single person (reception/catering/housekeeping staff) who smiled and/or made you feel welcome. Similar feedbacks have been posted previously, and obviously nothing nothing has changed, so please be prepared for the similar treatment. The breakfast experience was awful. The photos are misleading, the drawing posters are no longer on the wall and the room feels cold and unwelcoming. At 9 AM finding a free table was a challenge, and I witnessed people sharing large tables put together, instead of single tables being provided. You get your drinks from one room and food from the other - in the meantime, someone else has taken your table. The plates provided were a joke, dessert plates of 10 cm in size, so as to make people get up and refill from buffet! Scramble egg tray (just about the only edible food) was empty at the peak time (9 AM). This situation could've been easily avoided with a bit of communication between the reception and the kitchen, in terms of guest numbers. WIFI was just about adequate. Overall, really unpleasant experience and they will not be getting my custom again. Advice: pay few Euros more and book elsewhere!

When I made the booking, I had entered 3 adults and 1 child, but at check-in, they only had 3 adults in the system. That was a bit disappointing. When I showed my Trip.com booking confirmation, the hotel staff said it might have been a technical issue. Luckily, I was able to check in my son without any extra charge, but the room was only prepared for 3 adults. So my kids ended up sharing the couch. I went to the reception and kindly asked for an extra pillow and blanket, which they provided. That’s why I can’t give 5 stars. Parking was €35 for 24 hours, and breakfast was €20 – which I found quite expensive. But overall, the stay was okay – the hotel was very clean and in a central location.

The location and the little apartment was great, right behind a shopping mall and 5mins walk from a local Christmas market with bunch of shops nearby. The bin was broken but that doesn't harm. Everything was great but had issue on the check in process, the confirmation email was not sent to my email and I find out upon arrival. Took me an hour to get it done in the cold. - I am not sure if this is trip.com issue or the management issue of this hotel group. Have to make sure you have done the online check in process through the link the will send to your personal email if anyone is booking this place.

房間特別乾淨衞生，設施齊全，房間大小合適，酒店環境非常好，門口有噴泉，不遠處的小公園還有很多櫻桃樹滿樹的果子，無人看管，裏面有酒吧，桌球廳，游泳池，餐廳等，停車場也相當好。交通需要步行幾百米到大路上就有電車，公交。
