Great hotel, good sized modern rooms only thing the tv’s doesn’t have a smart features. Only 1 out of 3 lifts are working so need to spend some time on waiting it and it’s get busy at some times. Breakfast 10/10 a lot of options for every kind. Great location. A lot of restaurants around, shopping, Christmas market. Public transport like Underground or buss stops few minutes walking distance

This is a good hotel for family or business trip, the location is good for shopping and dining place

Very good stay, hotel was fairly easy to reach, about 10/15 min from subway by foot. Good room, very clean and quiet. Very good breakfast. Gym also has plenty of exercise machines, fairly good for an hotel. Would stay again.

It's rare to find hotels that just got out right. The Circus Hotel is one of them! From a ”red carpet” rolled out in the hallways in line with their theme, to a handwritten welcome card with Bulow candy (Yum!), pictograms next to the light buttons, and lights that go on automatically when entering the room and give you 30 seconds to find the key card holder. Well done team Circus! Chapeau!

1. Less than 15mins walk to S-Bahn trains, including airport routes, to and from airport is around an hour. The most economical way to travel. Yes, there’s a lift access for luggage, pram, wheelchair and etc use. 2. Location was ok in general, loving the residential surroundings, pretty peaceful and quiet. 3. Room overall, satisfactory cleanliness. Smart tv, outdated radio(cd,cassette)which I don’t mind having jazz music played whole day. Bed was confortable, pillow was just so-so. 4. A lot of strategic power sockets but not user friendly, all were local rounded in plug, usual international traveler plug would not fit in. Reception would loan without fuss. 5. Good security, lift access through room key, CCTV was placed, after hours main lobby door have to be access by room key, 6. Reception staff in general serious looking, some are friendly with a smile and greetings. Housekeeping gentleman was friendly. 7. Shower pressure and temperature was great, have to point inner slightly, if not water would be sprayed out from the shower cubicle. 8. Lastly, Aircon was not working and reception claimed perhaps it’s spoilt and could loan a fan without charges. Did not request for one, had my window left ajar at all times when in the room as weather was still lovely ranging about 10-20 degrees Celsius. I bet summer time would not be that ideal for sure.

Läget var okej och rummet var okej, men det finns två hotell i Berlin med exakt samma namn men olika adresser, vilket gör det lätt att blanda ihop dem. Min kollega blev förvirrad och hamnade på det andra hotellet. Jag rapporterade detta till hotellet, och de sa att många hade klagat på problemet, men de brydde sig inte och skyllde på att gästerna inte kontrollerade adressen noggrant. Denna attityd är problematisk. Även om adresser kan skilja mellan två hotell, borde hotellnamn inte orsaka missförstånd. Medvetna om att de redan orsakade betydande förvirring fortsatte de att vidmakthålla den. Jag kommer inte att bo där igen.

Good hotel, great location, but disappointed with the service… either you stay for one night or 4 nights they will only put once water in your room when you first arrive. Which is not fair for people who pays for several nights. I asked the front desk and they simple said no. Same about the Sauna… there is a sauna in the hôtel but it’s only open from 6pm!! Til 11pm. That means we cannot go at all in the morning which is silly. So i went there at 6 pm but i had to ask the front desk to turn it on but they forgot about me and at 7pm it was still not on. Very bad.

The room was super clean. The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance from a shopping mall and the train station. We tried ordering room service but we didn’t have a way to do it and when we called reception they basically told us to just look in the room for the menu. We only had a breakfast one. Other than that, everything else was awesome.

Great stay! The location is super convenient！only a 5-minute walk to the subway station. It’s located in a very quiet and comfortable neighborhood. A huge plus was being able to watch a football match right from the window over the weekend. It was spectacular!

Para hacer el checking es online y es un coñazo… a veces falla las taquillas y hay que esperar a que venga alguien… que pueden tardar unos 30min tranquilamente. No hay nadie en recepción… solo horas concretas de algunos días…. Eso si, el dormir allí muy tranquilo y muy bien ubicado porque tienes al lado la estación de metro y bus que enseguida te lleva al centro. Limpieza muy buena y siempre te dejan algún detalle para desayunar como cápsulas de café, bolsas de té, patatas, bebida fría en la nevera….
