Second stay at this hotel. Chosen for parking, lots of space, and easy access. My only gripe is the cost - €25 a day! Rooms clean, beds comfy, coffee pod machine. The bathroom could do with an update, but lovely shower, lots of hot water. Liked incentive of a free drink from bar instead of room cleaning each day, but surely you could stretch to a large beer, rather than 0.2 l?

Hotel is very near from the airport, hotel lobby to T1 Departure took just 5 minutes using their shuttle service. Only downside to this is reaching the hotel from the city. Reception & lounge was spacious with a good vibe. Rooms were also very spacious, even the bathroom & shower area. They have some of the best pillows, so comfy to rest after a long day before an early flight. Checkout process was also smooth. Didn't have enough time to explore other facilities such as the gym or breakfast.

Location is perfect for traveling on the train, the room was clean and nice. If you want any disposable items, you need to ask for them on the reception, also extra 50 euros for a deposit from credit card. At night the doors are closed and the front desks are empty, so you need to use your card to enter the building. Feels a little bit overpriced for such room, but in general it’s not bad

CityClass Hotel am Dom in Cologne is an excellent choice for a stay in the city. The location is perfect, just steps from the Cologne Cathedral and close to the main train station. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-soundproofed, ensuring a restful night. The breakfast is outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh options, including breads, pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Cologne!

Rummet var litet, bäddsoffan var obekväm, sängkläderna var enkla och faciliteterna mediokra. Jag tog med mig schampo men inte balsam, och hotellet hade inget. Att tvätta håret var en plågsam upplevelse. Det pågick byggarbete under min vistelse; ljudet av en borrmaskin var tydligt, vilket störde mitt telefonkonferenssamtal kraftigt. Den enda positiva egenskapen var personalens vänlighet, vilket var mitt enda positiva intryck. Jag kommer aldrig att bo här igen.

precis bredvid järnvägsstationen kan ta tåget lätt till stan, rummet är ljudtätt så inte bullrigt. rum något daterat men rent nog. parkering kostar 19 euro per dag. litet gym bara konditionsträning och lite vikter, bra basturum. mycket trevlig restaurang och bar som du kan njuta av.

The Dorint hotel is in a very central location with wonderful views of the cathedral. The staff were very professional (from pre-trip communication to check-in and check-out) and super friendly. The hotel is huge and has lifts to all floors. The room was large with ample furniture (larger bed than usual, built-in suitcase stand, full desk, armchair) and the decor a palimpsest of older furniture zhuzhed up with wall coverings, a decorative vase, floor lights in addition to bedside table lamps and desk light, etc. There was even a kettle to make tea and coffee, and a fridge, which was much appreciated! The bed was on the soft side and the pillows rather thin and fluffy, which was not quite to my liking. However, the blackout curtains and well-insulated windows made for a quiet night's sleep, despite the roads and building sites outside. It was still possible to open one window to let fresh air in. All in all, a very good experience.

It’s a lovely and convenient hotel. With everything located nearby, it allows visitors to easily get around the city and all the popular spots. It is especially just a short walk away from the new market and all the neighbouring restaurants, bars, and it is connected to the famous Cologne Cathedral and train stations. In a word, I am very satisfied with my three - day stay.

Great location and very near to tram. Room is relatively small and without kettle. Breakfast is average with basic.
