"The rooms were really spacious and the breakfast was delicious!! I would really recommend booking that if you‘re staying here. The only thing I have to criticize is that the gym is really small and it will quickly get crowded if multiple guests want to use it at once. There is only one multi use machine and treadmills, a bike and some weights which are way too heavy for most trainings. Overall we had a really great stay though!"

"It’s a lovely and convenient hotel. With everything located nearby, it allows visitors to easily get around the city and all the popular spots. It is especially just a short walk away from the new market and all the neighbouring restaurants, bars, and it is connected to the famous Cologne Cathedral and train stations. In a word, I am very satisfied with my three - day stay."

"Location is perfect for traveling on the train, the room was clean and nice. If you want any disposable items, you need to ask for them on the reception, also extra 50 euros for a deposit from credit card. At night the doors are closed and the front desks are empty, so you need to use your card to enter the building. Feels a little bit overpriced for such room, but in general it’s not bad"

"Had a lovely stay, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We requested a room close to the elevator and they gave us a spacious one just as we asked. The location is fantastic, especially if you're visiting during the Christmas market season; everything is within walking distance. The only downsides were the weak internet connection, so it’s better to have your own data plan if you rely on being online, and bed sheets are only changed upon request. Overall, still a pleasant experience and would recommend for the location, helpful staff and lovely spacious rooms!"

"Sehr nettes Personal, wenn was im Zimmer gefehlt hatte, da konnte man jeder Zeit nach fragen und hat die Sachen nachgereicht bekommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, die nächste Bahn war direkt vor der Tür. Klimaanlage war sehr angenehm und schalldichte Fenster und Wände"

"Wirklich wunderbares Hotel mit individuellen Character. Unser Zimmer war wunderbar und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer haben ein Thema unsers das Thema „Heimat“  Der Service war nett und freundlich Die Lage ist zentral in Köln und dennoch ruhig. Was will man mehr. Ideal geeignet für City Touren. Anmerkung leider gibt aus baulichen Gründen keinen Aufzug und die Rezeption ist im 1.Stock gelegen. Frühstück gibt es auch nicht im Hotel.  Man muss sich entsprechend einrichten. Komme gerne wieder"

"The Dorint hotel is in a very central location with wonderful views of the cathedral. The staff were very professional (from pre-trip communication to check-in and check-out) and super friendly. The hotel is huge and has lifts to all floors. The room was large with ample furniture (larger bed than usual, built-in suitcase stand, full desk, armchair) and the decor a palimpsest of older furniture zhuzhed up with wall coverings, a decorative vase, floor lights in addition to bedside table lamps and desk light, etc. There was even a kettle to make tea and coffee, and a fridge, which was much appreciated! The bed was on the soft side and the pillows rather thin and fluffy, which was not quite to my liking. However, the blackout curtains and well-insulated windows made for a quiet night's sleep, despite the roads and building sites outside. It was still possible to open one window to let fresh air in. All in all, a very good experience."
