"Had a lovely stay, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We requested a room close to the elevator and they gave us a spacious one just as we asked. The location is fantastic, especially if you're visiting during the Christmas market season; everything is within walking distance. The only downsides were the weak internet connection, so it’s better to have your own data plan if you rely on being online, and bed sheets are only changed upon request. Overall, still a pleasant experience and would recommend for the location, helpful staff and lovely spacious rooms!"

"The rooms were really spacious and the breakfast was delicious!! I would really recommend booking that if you‘re staying here. The only thing I have to criticize is that the gym is really small and it will quickly get crowded if multiple guests want to use it at once. There is only one multi use machine and treadmills, a bike and some weights which are way too heavy for most trainings. Overall we had a really great stay though!"

"The hotel is very nice and spacious, nice glass building, a lot of restaurants, good pool, useless gym. Personnel is very kind and friendly. Food is great."

"The Dorint hotel is in a very central location with wonderful views of the cathedral. The staff were very professional (from pre-trip communication to check-in and check-out) and super friendly. The hotel is huge and has lifts to all floors. The room was large with ample furniture (larger bed than usual, built-in suitcase stand, full desk, armchair) and the decor a palimpsest of older furniture zhuzhed up with wall coverings, a decorative vase, floor lights in addition to bedside table lamps and desk light, etc. There was even a kettle to make tea and coffee, and a fridge, which was much appreciated! The bed was on the soft side and the pillows rather thin and fluffy, which was not quite to my liking. However, the blackout curtains and well-insulated windows made for a quiet night's sleep, despite the roads and building sites outside. It was still possible to open one window to let fresh air in. All in all, a very good experience."

"Absolutely friendly staff and the hotel rooms are also very clean. Great view of Cologne Cathedral from the third floor. All in all, inexpensive, clean and very central."

"The room was nice and clean however, there is no fridge in the room. The aircon was not working, when we tried to call the reception multiple times to help us fix the issue but no one pick up even though we called multiple times. The parking lot is at the mainbuilding and we stayed in the other building which is across the street and doesn't have the reception desk. It says there is parking provided but you still have to pay 23 euro for 24 hours. In the end they waived this for us since the aircon didn't work and they didn't fix it. The coffee provided was nice. The hotel is quite in the night but during the day there was some construction noice since there are some renovations going on around in the area."

"Det är ungefär 12-minuters promenad till Köln-katedralen.Hotellet är på uppskalningen, har stora faciliteter.En Nespresso maskin w pods i rummet och några ingår minibarer.Det finns också qtips osv.Sapp och schampo luktar mycket trevligt. Rummet är mycket rymligt.Jag skulle bara bli av med kontorsstolarna utan hjul.De har också en mycket obekväm design där sätet är lutat framåt, glider du framåt när du sitter i det. Dessutom är bladen trådbara.Jag såg ett hål i bladen.Jag passar inte ett hotell deras kaliber.Frukost är utmärkt.Nice te och kaffe.Många söt och smakfulla alternativ, rökt lax osv. Jag stannar igen."
