The house is located 3 km from Kappeln in a quiet residential area near the Ellenberger forest, which invites you to take long walks. The loop can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and the Baltic Sea is about 5 kilometers away. The house is located on our property and has a size of approx. 40 sqm. It is equipped with a spacious living and sleeping area, separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It is designed for two people, a sofa bed is available for a third person. In front of the house there is a covered terrace with garden furniture for relaxing and barbecuing. It is possible to store bicycles and motorbikes. A parking space is also available.
