Nachts kann es etwas laut sein,da neben dem Hotel die Straßenbahnen fahren,aber dafür liegt das Hotel sehr zentral neben dem Hauptbahnhof und der großen einkaufsmeile.Zoo in 10 min zu erreichen

"A great hotel in the pedestrian zone. Parking behind it in the public car park, it was about 12 Euros. Up to the hotel and pleasantly surprised at the location, it’s modern and nice decor. Everything worked perfectly in our standard courtyard room. Staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was perfect. Free tea and coffee was appreciated.
We liked staying there so much that we are planning to return on holiday."

"The hotel is close to the railway station and the city centre. After checking in you can receive tickets for the city transport service.
Every important monument is walking distance and the city is lovely.
The staff, especially at reception, is lovely.
There are also check-in machines that will help you register and will print your key cards.
I’m not a fan of carpet but the room was perfectly clean with a nice bathroom. The bathroom was tiny but with all that was needed.
There’s also a nice luggage rack, unfortunately only one in a room for two, but it’s spacious.
We appreciated the complimentary waters."

Zimmer zum Atrium sind ruhig, allerdings können bei geöffnetem Fenster schon mal Küchendüfte und das Läuten der Nikolaikirche wahrgenommen werden.
Na ja, dass Atrium ist auch mehr eingroßzügiger Lichtschacht.

rymt, har fullt utrustat kök, men ingen hov, med varning om att man inte ska producera rök/ånga, eftersom detektorn är direkt ansluten till brandstationen, och värmar om fint det skulle orsaka.
Behovet av att rengöra köket, annars fint 50 euro.
Rengöringsgruppen behöver bättre information och kommunikation.Rumdörren öppnades av rengöringspersonal två gånger innan tiden gick ut.
Gratis te och kaffe finns i en trevlig lobby lounge.

LLars Good location spacious room (we got an upgrade) and also good facilities for remote working and washing clothes. Check in was a bit slow due to computer issues or lack of training.
I think the requests made via the trip.com app are not forwarded to the hotel. No mentioning of it and whilst we had an upgrade there was no view. Maybe just contact the hotel direct. Check out efficient. Cleaning on demand feee if charge but you need to ask.

GGästanvändareNot a great experience overall. Location is not directly off any public transportation line so bear in mind lugging luggage on cobblestone can be very taxing. Service was slow at check-in. Only one staff was there in the evening, and a short queue formed to check-in while waiting for the staff to get off the phone. At check-in, room was automatically assigned via iPad, which was not a courtyard view as advertised on Trip.com, but rather a view of the garbage dump (from room 101). Went back down to ask for a change of room, and 45 frustrating minutes later, the front desk said it was because of the room category and “offered to upgrade” for 20 euros additional per night. After travelling for a long time, I didn’t want to waste any more time with a back and forth as to why Trip.com advertised a courtyard view, and the hotel gave me a garbage dump view instead, so I obliged. The new room however, was much better with a view of the Thomaskirche opposite, a lot more internal space, and a mini kitchenette.

Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful!
We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable.
The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town.
Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received.
Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels.
Don’t hesitate….value for money!

RRPSMThe hotel is very well situated and fantastic bar upstairs we didn’t use the breakfast place, but it’s looked very good. The air-conditioning is very good. It’s one of the few hotels in fact the only hotel in Germany that we stayed at that had a good air conditioning. There’s a parking at the hotel but we use the one in the central Plaza and that cost €20 a night. Everything was comfortable it’s a hotel. I would recommend.

Smelled of sewage in the bathroom. Weird interior design with huge glasswall between bed and bathroom is very unpractical at night with all the light going to wake others who are sleeping.
