They are happy to serve you, not one person but every staff that I encountered. I got a surprise birthday cake in my room with a hand written note, am truly grateful and heartfelt. "We stayed for 1 night at Park Plaza Nuremburg to have a quick visit of the old town before flying out the next day. The hotel suites our purpose well. It's located just across the road from the train and underground stations and allowed us to explore the old town on foot. Room is clean, modern and well equipped. We had a comfortable stay."

"The room is spacious and clean. I am especially impressed with their buffet breakfast, which is thus far the best breakfast I have experienced in Germany. What’s more is the extensive hours for breakfast. At weekends, breakfast is served from 6.30am to 12pm!!! It really considers guests’ needs to get up late at weekends."

"About 20 min walk from Nuremberg Station, the road is quite easy to walk even with bigger luggage. The area is also about 20 to 30min walk to main attractions (e.g. marketplace), overall quite accessible. To note that immediately next to the hotel is a red light area, will need to take another path when walking back if avoiding the area."

"Melter was the best place I stayed in throughout my Germany trip. It was in the centre of the old town, right above the Lorenzkirche U-bahn, 3-5 mins walk from the Hauptbahnof, and only steps away from everything you might need - bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and all the highlights. It's a 10-15 min slightly uphill but beautiful walk to the Castle. The property was extremely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and stylish. Was given an upgrade by Jacqueline (or Jackie) to a studio with a kitchenette overlooking a quaint street; good for cooking. Spacious room, comfortable bed, and beautiful bathroom with nice soaps. Only complaint could be that some rooms (216-219) are not accessible by lift, and require a winding (confusing at first) walk through long corridors to reach, but it was OK for me. Laundry room also had detergent provided; gym was adequate. Did not have breakfast, but had lunch twice at Monki downstairs - impeccable ramen. Overall, this would be a great choice when in Nuremberg. Affordable, beautiful, comfortable, and convenient; and lovely staff - everyone of them took great care of me. Even granted late checkout. Will highly recommend this place."

"the room was beautiful and spacious, and breakfast was adequate, though some variety would have been a bonus. quiet location away from the hustle and bustle was something we appreciated! however, perhaps we’re not used to this, but no water and no fridge were provided. also, there was a constant sewage smell from the toilet bowl. overall, still a pleasant stay and good value for what we paid:)"

"Bad experience in double charging and then they agreed for their mistake once their Manager was called. Lost atleadt 30 minutes and got delayed for a the meeting AC not working in the 1st room provided and then had to change room late night"

"It was a good stay. The room was quite big and modern. It was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. You can definitely check in early, but it costs 10€ / hour, which is fine with me since I have to attend an event and get some rest. The hotel practices an eco-friendly system, so there is no housekeeping unless requested, which I prefer as I don’t like to be bothered or have someone enter my room during my stay. Definitely will stay again for RIP next year!"

"The breakfast options are extremely limited compare to other hotels in the area & the room which i got was ridiculously small compare to other rooms in the hotel. I will most likely not be staying there again."
