Super stay! I booked at the last moment and accidentally found these wonderful apartments. There is absolutely everything you need. Very clean and cozy. Excellent location, not far from the old town, all public transport stops nearby. There is no reception, but all instructions are sent quickly, all questions are answered. Everything is very, very convenient. There is a children's room and a playground on the street, and even a trampoline! There is an opportunity to leave your luggage, there is a coffee machine in the corridor! And most importantly, you can even leave your car in the private parking lot of these apartments at no extra charge. Thank you so much! 100/10

Renligheten var acceptabel, men sänglamporna såg väldigt smutsiga ut. Ljudisoleringen var sådär; jag hörde ofta ett högt smällande ljud, jag vet inte vad som hände. Hotellets frukost var ganska bra, och det var alltid fullsatt. Det finns ett gym och en bastu.

The place is really beautiful and there were little nice things like a camera or a charger or a yoga mat inside the room. Also it was nice that the kitchen came with cooking oil because that's a kind of thing you don't want to buy for a few days. The place is very close to the tram and was quite noisy. Also I heard neighbours across the hallway. So even the walls are soundproof, the doors are not really.

Det är inte ett 5-stjärnigt hotell. Sedan januari har det varit ett 4-stjärnigt hotell. Men för den här servicen skulle jag bara ge det 3 stjärnor. För det första var rummet för litet, pyttelitet. Det fanns inte ens plats att ställa min resväska på golvet. Möblerna var gamla, repiga och några hörn var trasiga. Skjutdörren till garderoben fungerade inte. Vi hade ingen duschgel. De snålade med allt. Tuber med schampo, balsam osv. – bara en för två personer. Jag var tvungen att be om mer. Frukosten var mer än mager. Inte mycket utbud. Det finns bara en person i receptionen under dagen. Ingen annan personal. Jag var tvungen att bära min tunga resväska upp sex eller sju trappsteg till hissen själv. Det finns ingenting på hotellet – ingen bastu, pool osv. Restaurangen var bara för frukost. Ingen gratis flygplatstransfer. Det enda pluset var närheten till gamla stan.

Great position. Close to town center. Room unfortunately was not the same as the one we booked. The one showed had wooden floor, the one that was given to us had carpet which I am not a particular fan of. There was a terrible smell coming from the toilet. We should have mentioned but we only stayed 2 nights so we just left it and got on with it. Not particularly impressed considering it’s a 4 stars hotel.

Overall a great stay, room was clean and location decently close to the historic centre with a shopping mall and supermarkets around the area. Luggage storage worked well too. Can recommend to anyone. Make sure to claim your free water upon checkin as it’s not provided on the room which I cannot fully understand though, could be changed in my opinion…

I was given a room on the 1st floor and due to the weather, I’m only left with the option to open up the windows for some coolness to come in. Amazingly it was quiet during the night~ Breakfast was great. Appreciate the coffee machines and the options for hot food instead of just sandwich’s and salads. Will definitely use book this hotel again thought they charge for guest overnight parking.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, being close to the old town, major tourist attractions, and a variety of restaurants. The highlight of the hotel is the Sky Lounge on the 26th floor, which offers stunning 360-degree views of the city. I highly recommend visiting at sunset and for night views – it’s incredible. The hotel also features a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor, and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the coffee and tea selection in the rooms. Hotel rooms are comfortable. Additionally, there's a small area near the reception where you can get free water, snacks, and fruits, which is a nice gesture not commonly found in other hotels. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they offer a free luggage room. The staff was really helpful throughout my stay. However, the room service was disappointing; the cleaner didn’t spend enough time cleaning the room or bathroom properly. On a positive note, we tried the spa, which is excellent. If you buy a coupon at the hotel reception, it costs €10, compared to €25 at the spa counter. The spa features a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel and would recommend it.

This is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious.
