"Generally, it was 3 star experience. Advantages: good cleaning service, buffet food was okay most of the time, hotel is located very close to the sea. The biggest disadvantage is an “all inclusive”, it is definitely not comparable with Turkish all inclusive. First of all, visitors who paid for all inclusive are not getting anything in mini-bar, not even a water. You can get water from the bar from a water cooler, but you have to have your own bottle. Also, their “all inclusive” does not include a lot of drinks from the bar, and restaurant near the main bar and in front of the sea. The “all inclusive” ice cream is a joke, instead of the normal ice cream you are getting a smallest version of only 2 or 3 basic ice creams, for all other ones you need to pay. Also, the “snack bar” is located outside of the hotel, food itself was not too bad, but pretty basic, the area was very small and near the children’s swimming pool. For the beach towels you need to give 10€ deposit in cash, and if you want sun lounger with umbrella on the beach you need to pay 25€ for one day use. The hotel bar on the beach is also non “all inclusive”. So, out of all hotel locations you only can use your all inclusive benefit in 2 bars and 1 “snack bar” + buffet. Overall, hotel is not bad but not good. Would only recommend to go there with option bed+breakfast, and pay for the rest meals and drinks. It will be cheaper and you will not feel like an outsider or beggar, going around the hotel asking where you can eat. Because that how we felt exactly. P.S. Russian lady in the adults only bar was providing an amazing service and was very helpful and kind :)"

"Detta hotell ligger i Cambril i stadsdelen Vilafortuny. Du har nära till Salou till fots och med buss (en busshållplats precis framför hotellet, köp ett uppladdningsbart busskort på Plana bussbolag, biljetten är 3 gånger billigare). När det gäller rum sker städning varje dag och rent. Man kan höra många röster i korridorerna och är man bara på övervåningen från festlokalen kan man höra en del oväsen under festerna. När du är utslagen är det okej, annars planera för några seriösa bollar. När det kommer till frukost är det verkligen en 10/10! Massor av val för alla smaker. Kvällsbuffén är också en 10/10, massor av rätter och desserter till ett pris av €15 per person. Jag provade gymmet, litet men bra med grundläggande maskiner och jämna vikter. Och till sist var bemötandet mer eller mindre bra. Slutligen vid incheckningen var värdinnan lite kall och inte särskilt artig. Men andra värdar och värdinnor är bra. Du kan hyra cyklar på hotellet för €9 per dag (testad men inte godkänd så en värdinna gjorde en kommersiell gest till oss). Annars hyr du bara några steg från hotellet för ungefär samma summa."

"Отель держит уровень уже много лет. Были здесь 12 лет назад, очень понравилось. Сейчас тоже. Немного износился, конечно, но стараются поддерживать. Для 4 звезд не хватает косметических принадлежностей в ванной: ушных палочек, ватных дисков. Полотенца пляжные с депозитом 10 евро на человека. Хороший выбор блюд на шведском столе, вкусно. Напитки и питание в кафе не оверпрайс. Цена качество соответствует."

"Fue un viaje en pareja por 4 noches. El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta, al salir de sus instalaciones caminas una calle y justo al frente está la playa y la zona de del Puerto, tiendas, restaurantes, etc. Fueron 4 días de relajación, buena comida y buena compañía. El desayuno y cena buffet son tal cual leímos en los comentarios. Muy limpio todo y apetecible, con platos diversos y bien cocinados. Lo mejor, su personal, desde las chicas que hacían las habitaciones hasta el jardinero. Natalia en la recepción y los demás chicos y chicas que siempre nos orientaban y ayudaban; en el área del comedor Antonio y Nuria, siempre haciéndonos recomendaciones culinarias de todo lo que había y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo tipo de dudas. En el bar está Santos, que prepara el mejor café y los mejores tragos. Hay mucha sincronía entre los trabajadores, así como diligencia y buen trato. Si quieres venir a Cambrils, este hotel promete una excelente experiencia y la cumple. Ya te extrañamos, Mónica Hotel. Galia y José Luis."

"Super hôtel, mais très déçu à l'arrivée j'avais réservé pour deux adultes, un enfant et quand je suis arrivé à l'accueil de l'hôtel ils m'ont dit que c'était que pour deux adultes ils m'ont demandé 40 € de plus pour un enfant j'avais la feuille de ma réservation avec marqué deux adultes, un enfant, ils n'ont rien voulu savoir même avec l'épreuve dans les mains"
